As Midari continued to finish up her shift, Kirari was the only thing she could think of. Customers would become frustrated when Midari zoned out, thinking of the beautiful girl that had been in there just a little while ago. Midari's shift ended and so she left the small café. She rushed out through the glass doors, hoping to see Kirari waiting out there for her, but there was no sign of her. Midari's heart sank as her mind ran wild, running out of control with so many emotions. Midari searched frantically, freaking out when she saw no sign of Kirari showing up.

"No! She should be here!" Midari exclaimed as she checked the time. When she looked up from her phone, she felt intense relief as she saw Kirari approaching her, having just rounded the corner. Her elegant walked soothed the racing heart and mind of Midari.

"Hello again, Midari Ikishima." Midari adored the way her name rolled sweetly off the fair girl's tongue.

"H-Hi Kirari." Midari replied, nervously shaking a little.

"Have you had any lunch yet?" Kirari inquired. "Maybe I could take you somewhere to get some food." Kirari smiled softly and sweetly.

"I haven't eaten yet. That would be great!!" Midari answered.

"Perfect. Come with me then." Kirari turned and walked off in the direction she had just come from. Midari followed as a puppy would follow its master.

They soon came upon a very nice restaurant. Kirari led Midari inside to lush red walls patterned with a trim of gold along with a black frame. The restaurant had clean, organized tables spread throughout with a hostess stand at the front doors. The hostess looked at Kirari then said she could seat herself with a pleasant smile. Kirari thanked the girl and instructed Midari to continue following her which she continued to do. Kirari led her through the restaurant to the back area reserved for "VIP Guests" as the small, black sign said in golden letters. It was restricted by a room; however, a guard unhooked the rope to let the two girls pass. Midari stared at the guard as she walked right by him.

Somehow the VIP room was much more luxurious and upscale than the regular restaurant. The room had a sleek, clean bar along with regular tables kept very clean and rather shiny and finally there were leather couches with coffee tables. TVs hung up in the corners of the bars with a huge flat screen TV near the leather couches.

"H-How can we be back here?!" Midari asked in utter shock.

"Well this is my family's restaurant so of course I can be back here along with my guests." Kirari said with a mysterious smile. "Is this your first time in any VIP section? I would assume so considering where you work." Kirari laughed softly.

"Heh. Yeah, you guessed right." Midari replied, slightly sheepishly. "I mean! My parents have been to VIP rooms before!! But," Midari looked around, "I always had to stay home."

"Oh your poor thing." Kirari said with an almost vile tone. She smirked at Midari then motioned for her to sit down. "Well now you get to see what it's like for us. Order whatever you want, we don't have to pay for anything." Kirari sat down in one of the leather couches, crossing her legs and spreading her arms along the back of it.

Midari stared at Kirari, forgetting anything she had said or as saying. All Midari could see was herself curled up next to Kirari as they say together. Her heart began to race.

"Well, Midari, aren't you going to sit?" Kirari wondered expectantly.

"Right!" Midari shouted as she hastily took a seat. She smiled and leaned into the comfortable leather couch, laying one arm along the back.

"Oh Midari, you're so funny."

The two girls began conversing after ordering their meals. As they waited, the two grew closer. Kirari shared what it was like for her as the daughter of a famous restaurant owner as Midari listened close to everything she would say, hanging on to every word and anticipating every next word she'd say. Midari opened up about her everything for herself. She told Kirari all about her parents' work, her family life, why she had the job in the first place, and everything about herself. She wanted so desperately to impress her new found beloved.

"My, my, you're a wonderful story teller." Kirari said as their food was placed before them. "You must go on, my dear Midari." Kirari began cutting her food. "Tell me more about your parents." Kirari smiled sweetly at Midari.

"O-Of course!" Midari said as she began eating. "My parents always go off to these big fancy events. They took me to a few when I was younger, but they stopped because of one time..." Midari paused as the memory hit her hard.

Kirari smirked and pressed her to tell more. "What happened? Oh do go on, I wish to know more."

"I got into a fight with a boy. My parents told me they were humiliated afterwards and so they stopped taking me to events. I disappointed them greatly that night." For a moment, Midari felt a slight bit of pain that she didn't quite understand. She quickly pushed it aside and continued talking to Kirari about her parents. "They just have to do what's best for their image with them being such important people. It's better for them and me this way. I won't make a fool of myself and I won't embarrass them then." Midari said with a beaming smile.

"Very interesting." Kirari said with an intrigued look. "Well, Miss Midari, you certainly are interesting. I think I would like to see you some more after today."

"Y-Y-You would?!" Midari stared at Kirari in disbelief.

Kirari giggled adorably and responded, "Yes I would." She snapped her fingers and an employee brought her a pen and small piece of paper. She quickly scribbled something on it then handed it to Midari. "Here's my number. I insist that you call me sometime."

"I will!"

"Very good. I'll be waiting then."

Midari finished up her lunch then said goodbye to Kirari and left. Her heart raced as she stared at the paper with Kirari's number on it. Midari couldn't believe it! She could barely wait to call her when she got home! So she hurried home, anxious to call her beloved Kirari.
