*Shivika's room*
Anika woke up to find herself alone in the room. She looked around to find Shivaay but couldn't. A Sudden grip of terror clouded her mind.

Anika(thinking): Did he leave me? No.... He can't.... He said he would stay with me forever. Then? No Shivaay can't leave me.... No..... No.....
Anika(closing her ears with her hand and shouted): Shivaay......

Hearing her, Shivaay who was in the balcony and enjoying the weather ran towards her instantly.He held her shoulder and asked.

Shivaay: Anika what happened? Why did you scream?
Anika(looking towards him): Shivaay.......

And she hugged him tightly and tears flowed down from her eyes. Shivaay tried to pacify her but it seemed an impossible task.  He finally broke the hug and cupped her face and wiped her tears.

Shivaay: What happened Anika? Tell me....
Anika(low voice): I thought you left me........
Shivaay: Why would I leave you, Anika?
Anika: I thought after yesterday's incident you will think that I am unable to give you happiness and you will leave me and go. But I am telling you Shivaay, whatever happens, I can't let you go. If you leave me then I will di.....
Shivaay(closing her mouth): Never utter that word..... Never..... And what kind of stupid thoughts are coming in your head.... Don't you dare think anything like that..... Neither you are going to leave me nor I am going to leave you understood?

Anika nodded and Shivaay hugged her tightly. She listened to his heart beat and felt relieved. She sighed as she felt being in her home, with her Shivaay. He broke the hug and looked at her keenly.

Anika: Why are you looking at me like that?
Shivaay: Can't I see my beautiful wife?
Anika: Yes you can but I can see that your intentions are not good.
Shivaay: Oh noo no my intentions are good very good..... Rather yours is bad..... What were you thinking by the way?
Anika(stammering): I..... I....... was thinking ...... nothing........nothing.....
Shivaay(coming closer to her in a husky voice): Really?

Anika couldn't stop her heart from beating fast and her cheeks to become red. She shivered under his intense gaze. She closed her eyes due to their close proximity.

Shivaay(husky voice): Open your eyes Anika.....

She opened her eyes and saw him almost over her. He held her waist and his forehead was almost touching hers. Her breaths became uneven. But she enjoyed this sweet torture of her husband.

They were in their own dreamland when a sudden knock disturbed them. Shivaay cursed the person under his breath while Anika just flushed red due to the proximity they just shared.Shivaay went to open the door to shout on the person who just broke their beautiful moment while Anika made herself presentable. On opening the door he was greeted with a suspicious Rudra and an irritating Soumya, who is ready to kill Rudra anytime.

Shivaay(irritated): What happened Rudra?
Rudra(suspiciously eyeing him): Bhaiya what were you doing? I was knocking the door for a long time.
Shivaay: That is none of your business Rudra.
Rudra(realizing something and opened his mouth wide open): Hoo bhaiya, you were romancing with bhabi. At least leave her alone for sometime.
ShivMya: Shut up Rudra....
Soumya: I am sorry Baade bhaiya but this Dumbell Oberoi didn't listen to me only and come to disturb you both. By the way, how is bhabi? Did she wake up?
Shivaay: Yaa she is awake.I was thinking of calling you, Gauri and Mona to make her ready for the surprise party.....
Soumya: Sure I will go and call them.....

Soumya went away but Rudra still stood there keenly noticing his bhaiya....

Shivaay: Aise kya dekh raha hai?
Rudra: Dekh raha hu aap kya kaar rehe the ander bhabi ke saath?
Shivaay(stammering): Nothing like that..... We were just talking..... Yaa talking......
Rudra: Talking and romance haa..... Bhaiya not bad..... Aap toh bare Ishqbaaz nikle......
Shivaay(diverting the topic): Rudra you need to drink your protein shake?
Rudra: Bhaiya don't try to divert the topic......
Shivaay: I am not diverting the topic....
Soumya(coming back with others): Rudra if your nonsense talks are over then please leave from here..... Baade bhaiya we will make Anika Bhabi ready....
Shivaay: Thank you so much. The Sari is in the cupboard in a packet and the required jewelleries are also there. But before that, I am sending some light snacks for you all. make her eat and you all also eat.
GauNaYa: Okay Baade bhaiya....... We got it........

Shivaay went away with Rudra while the girls went in to make their pyaari bhabi ready. Meanwhile, the boys helped Shivaay set up a small birthday party which would also be a bit romantic. Boys were teasing him but our Shivaay was lost in some other thoughts. Arnav noticed this and sent others to get ready. He then went towards Shivaay and placed his hand on his shoulder.

Arnav: What is bothering you so much Shivaay?
Shivaay(trying to avoid the topic): Nothing.... nothing at all.....
Arnav: You know that you can't lie to me. So speak up....
Shivaay(sighing): Anika.......
Arnav(confused): Anika?? But why?? Everything got sorted out yesterday night only and today she is perfectly fine.Then what is bothering you about her?
Shivaay: I am worried about today... How will she react when she gets to know about her family? And moreover, will she remember what happened after that? If something very brutal or dangerous had happened with her and she doesn't want to remember it then? I am very scared about her reaction. Today only she became normal due to our horrible past and now if I dig into her past and make her remember some horrible past then? I can't afford to lose her......
Arnav(calming him down): Shivaay calm down, you are hyperventilating......  Listen to me..... If she doesn't know about her family then she might again those nightmares which she used to get. And it will be good for her to forget all her past horrible memories and remember the fresh new onces.
Shivaay: i guess you are right.
Arnav: And don't worry we all, especially you are there to support her and I am sure you won't disappoint her.
Shivaay: I don't know. But I just want her to be happy.
Arnav: She will be.

Shivaay just nodded and prayed that everything goes well. On the other hand, the girls made their Anika bhabi ready and she was looking not less than a princess.

Gauri: Bhaujayi you are looking stunning.
Mona: Right Gauri. Bhabi is looking so beautiful.
Soumya: I'm sure Baade bhaiya will surely go stunned.

Everyone was teasing her and our dear Anika was blushing. She looked at herself and truly she was looking like a princess, light pink floral sari with minimal makeup. She was feeling blessed.

Gauri: Bhaujayi you wait here Baade bhaiya will come.
Mona: Yes, but don't start romancing now bhabi....
Soumya: Waise you can but....
Anika(blushing like hell) : Okay stop it.....
Shivaay(entering the room) : Yes, stop teasing my wife now. Thank you so much my Sisters now you can leave us alone.
Mona: Sure bhaiya..... Bhabi is all yours.....

And they ran away from the room leaving them alone. Anika looked at him and he wasn't looking less than a prince. Both were colour coordinated and looking heavenly.

Shivaay: Looking beautiful.
Anika: You too.
Shivaay: Me beautiful?
Anika: No I mean....
Shivaay(encircling his arms around her waist) : What do you mean Anika?
Anika(blushing): I mean handsome.....
Shivaay: Oh I can see my princess blushing...
Anika(blushing more) : Shivaay....
Shivaay: Okay fine let's not tease you more and take you to your party.... (releasing her and asking her hand)  So will you please do the honor of going with me madam?
Anika(giving her hand in his) : Sure......

Shivaay held her hand firmly and they walked out of the room hand in hand. They reached the rooftop area and saw everyone else waiting for them.

Shivaay: Is everything ready?
Om: Ha Shivaay everything is ready.
Shivaay(turning towards Anika) : I will close your eyes but don't panic I will stay with you.
Anika: I know.....

He smiled at her and covered her eyes with a cloth. He guided her towards the door and opened it. He made her stand and moved away.

Shivaay: Now slowly open your eyes princess.

Anika obeyed and opened her blindfold. She adjusted herself to the light and the decorations were just awesome. She kept on looking around and her eyes didn't leave even a single corner. The whole place was lighted with tiny tiny light and from the top numerous photos were hanging. Some had she and her devars some she and her devranis and some with Sahil. The most of them were with Shivaay. She was having tears in her eyes seeing the decorations. No words were coming in her throat. She was just so happy to see it.

Anika(with tears) : Shivaay..... Yeh sab tumne kiya?
Shivaay(coming towards her and wiping her tears) : I did all these to see your smile not your tears. I said you naa I don't like tears in your eyes.
Anika: These are tears of happiness Shivaay.....
Shivaay: Whatever it is it should never flow down your eyes. These aren't tears but pearls to me and dare you shed them again.
Anika(smiling at him) : Okay I won't cry anymore.
Shivaay: That's my girl. Now let's go.
Anika: Where?
Shivaay: Come naa you will get to know.

Shivaay along with Anika went further inside and the more they proceeded the decorations became more beautiful. She just kept admiring it. She saw a well decorated table at the centre of the hall and others were waiting for them. Rudra ran towards them and hugged Anika tightly.

Rudra: Happy Birthday Bhabi.....
Soumya: Duffer let Bhabi breath.
Rudra: Oh sorry Bhabi.
Anika: It's okay Rudra. And thank you.
Rudra: Let's go Bhabi. Cut the cake fast fast I am very hungry. You know bhaiya made me do so much work. (making a puppy face)
Anika(showing fake anger): Shivaay, how dare you make my little devar work so much?
Shivaay: Anika don't go to his pleading and innocent face. He didn't even do a single thing. He was just sitting and drinking his protein shake.
Rudra: Haa so what. Sitting made me tired and I was drinking. Leave him Bhabi, bhaiya is jealous that he couldn't drink protein shake. Cut the cake please.
Anika: Let's go.....

Rudra pulled Anika and made her stand in front of the cake. He passed her the knife and said her to cut it. She looked at Shivaay as if asking him to cut it with her. He understood and stood behind her. He held her hand in a backhug position.

Shivaay: Wait something is missing.

'' Not something jiju, someone is missing'' , came a voice. They all looked up and saw Sahil, Priyanka and Raghav.

Anika(huge smile) : Sahil.....

She left his hand and ran to him. She hugged him tightly and he reciprocated it.

Anika(breaking the hug) : Sahil you here how?
Sahil: Jiju called us and then Priyanka didi came and took me from hostel. And now we are here. By the way Happy Birthday Anika didi.
Priyaghav: Happy Birthday Bhabi.......
Anika: Thank you so much guys. Priyanka how are you now?
Priyanka : I am absolutely fine bhabi.
Shivaay: Now when you got your suprise then please do the honor of cutting the cake also.
Anika: Coming Mr. Impatient Singh Oberoi.....
Shivaay: Anika at least don't give me new names in front of them.
Anika: So what they should also know what you are.
Shivaay: Fine.... Now come and please cut the cake.

Anika made some faces and went back to the table. Shivaay again hugged her from behind and held the knife with her. They cut the cake together while others sang the famous 'Happy Birthday ' song for her. She picked up the first piece of the cake and fed it to Shivaay, then to Sahil and the rest. In all this, Arnav was thinking how to come up with the most sensitive topic to Anika. Shivaay saw him and assured him that he will handle. Arnav visibly relaxed while Khushi held his hand giving him support. After feeding everyone, Anika was given giifts by everyone. Rikara gifted her a potrait which had her's and Shivaay's picture in it. Rumya gifted her a pack of protein shake as well as a pair of pearl earrings. Mohi gifted her a beautiful dress. Priyaghav gifted her a pearl necklace. Sahil gave her a photo collage with all their moments and with others. Anika was very happy after receiving so many gifts. She was eagerly waiting for Shivaay's gift. Though he has given her so many things and she was very happy with it. Still she was in an anticipation of getting something from him.

Shivaay: Anika......
Anika: Hmm....
Shivaay: Are you ready for your birthday gift?
Anika: Hmm.....
Shivaay(holding her hands in his) : I had once said you that whatever happens I will always try to give you your happiness. And today I am fulfilling this words of mine.  I know you never wanted to know about your family or want to acknowledge about it. But how can I forget those longness in your eyes when you see my family.  I know you always considered my family as yours but still there was some part of your heart which wanted to know about your family or atleast see them. I can never see you hurt or upset. It pains me here (pointing his heart). For all these reasons, I went into the depth of this matter and found out Your Family......
Anika(shocked): You really did it?
Shivaay: Hmm..... And currently your family is here only around us.
Anika(shocked and in low voice): Who?
Shivaay(pointing towards Arnav and Khushi) : Your elder brother Arnav Singh Raizada and your bhabi Khushi Singh Raizada and your niece Arshi Singh Raizada.

Shock would be an understatement that Anika was experiencing. She kept on looking between them and didn't understand what to say. Her hold on his was loosing but he didn't let her go.

Anika(low voice) : How?

Shivaay couldn't see her like that. He held her hand firmly and started narrating his research work. By the end of the talk, Anika was standing as if her whole life was been reviewed to her in a short span of time. She couldn't understand whether to be happy or to be sad or to be angry at her fate. She couldn't understand anything. Arnav came towards her.

Arnav: Aru.... I mean Anika.... I know you are thinking how all these are possible. But this is the truth Aru.  I am your elder brother, your bhaiyu.... Remember. (taking out a photo from his pocket)  See this. Do you remember this girl. This is you(pointing at her picture) and this is me(pointing at his picture) and this is Chutki(pointing to the other girl). Do you remember?

Anika heard everything that was being said to her. She couldn't analyse the whole truth said to her.

Anika(low voice) : Tell me about ou.... Our.... Family.....

Seeing her devastrated, Shivaay couldn't hold back his tears. It flowed down involuntarily and silently. He left her hand and hugged her sideways trying to give her strength to listen to the truth. Arnav was not less effected. He couldn't see his sister like this. Khushi came by his side and gave him moral support to speak up the truth. Finally gaining some strength, Arnav started narrating the history of their family. As each scene was being described, a wave of memory hit her hard. Finally when he said about the day of blast in their house, the whole scene played in front of her eyes. Her head started paining immensely and her eyes were forced to shut. Negetive and blurry images poped up in her head. Unable to bear the pain she held her head tightly and screamed. Before anyone could understand anything, she had lost her senses and Shivaay caught her at the right time.

Shivaay(fear and patting her cheeks): Anika..... Anika open your eyes princess......
Arnav: Shivaay I guess we should take her to the room and call the doctor.
Shivaay: Haa... Haa.... Rudra call the doctor.....

Shivaay picked her up and went towards their room. But they failed to notice that someone else was also effected after hearing the truth. Omkara was about to follow them when he felt a tug on his hand. He looked back to see his wife standing with red eyes and shivering. He got scared and held her shoulders.

Om: Gauri kya hua?
.............
Om(shaking her to bring back to the reality) : Gauti, what's wrong?
Gauri(monotonous voice) : I am Anika Bhaujayi's Chutki...... I am Naina Singh Raizada...... Younger sister of Arnav Singh Raizada.......
Om(shocked): What? How did you get to know?
Gauri: When bhaiyu was telling everything to Anika Bhaujayi, I also remembered everything.  I don't know what happened after the blast.  I remember after that I was with Maa in Bareyli.  I never knew that I was adopted by them.  I want to know what happened after the blast.
Om(pacifing her) : Gauri.... Calm down..... See you got your family and sister back. Now let's go and check bhabi and then wait for her to open up the rest of the mystery.
Gauri: Omkaraji I also have a family. Now no one will point towards me for being a low grade girl. Am I right?
Om: I don't know about others but for me you will always remain that Dabangg Gauri or Chulbhul Gauti or Gauri Kumari Sharma and now as Mrs. Gauri Omkara Singh Oberoi.  I was always and will always be proud of you.

Gauri couldn't hold herself more and let herself fall on him. He wrapped his arms around her and held her securely. She cried uncontrollably and he was pacifing her by saying soothing words. Finally they broke the hug and he wiped her tears and kissed her forehead.

Om: Let's go and give this amazing news to others.
Gauri: Hmm.....

They interwinded their hand and walked towards Shivika's room.

While on the other side, doctor had arrived and was checking Anika. Shivaay was adamant about not leaving her alone and sat before her hold her hand.

Shivaay: Is everything fine doctor?
Doctor: Nothing to worry about anything. Maybe she was trying to recall something which triggered this sudden pain in her head.  I guess she has suffered from a memory loss years ago. And I guess you all were trying to get that erased memory back to her. Am I right?
Shivaay(shocked): Yes.... Doctor... Is it life threatening for her? Please tell us.
Doctor: I don't think so. She has overcome that pain and maybe she will remember the past which had forgotten. Yaa just one thing need to be taken care of is that she shouldn't be given stress. You all informed that she has recently come out of a trauma and I suggest you not to give her more stress.
Shivaay: We will take care of her doctor.
Mahi: Let me help you out Doctor.

As the doctor was leaving, Rikara entered. Gauri almost ran towards an unconscious Anika.

Gauri: Baade bhaiya, didi kaisi hai?
Shivaay(confused): Didi?
Om(understanding the situation) : Shivaay...... Gauri is Chutki..... I mean Naina Singh Raizada........

Everyone was shocked again hearing the new fact. The most happy person was Arnav. He not only got one but, both of his sisters back today. He can't be happier more than this. He looked at her and said her to come to him. Gauri looked at Arnav and ran towards her brother and hugged him tightly. She started crying and he tried to console her.

Arnav: Baas..... Baas...... Sshhh...... Ab chup bhi ho jaa...... Itna koi rota hai kya.....
Gauri: Bhaiyu...... I missed you so much........ I was staying with Didi for so many days but I couldn't recognize her.
Arnav: It is nothing like that Chutki.  You might not have remembered anything. That is why you couldn't recognize her. No need to feel bad. See now I have got back my sisters. Now smile otherwise your husband will scared seeing your crying face because you look like a witch....
Gauri: Bhaiyu....

Everyone laughed at his comment and the atmosphere lighten up a bit. Shivaay was happy that ultimately he could give his Anika the happiness of a family. He looked at her sleeping form and kissed her forehead.

Shivaay(whispering to her) : Get up Anika...... More surprises are waiting for you.
