(The scene opens on the Special Forces Headquarters. Cassie stands next to the techno-portal and is speaking over the communication station next to it.)

Cassie: What happened in there, Zuko?

Zuko: It looks like something took Izuku away!

Cassie: Something?

Zuko: Yeah. By the way, how is your techno-portal?

Cassie: Still unstable.

Zuko: (sighs) Damn it... Try to contact Aang. The Avatar might know where he is.

Cassie: Got it!

(Then she communicates with Aang.)

Cassie: Aang, this is Cassie Cage, please respond.

Aang: Aang here.

Cassie: Something happened to Tarantula. He may need help. My techno-portals are unstable and I can't risk ending up in the middle of nowhere. Can you portal to him?

Aang: Unfortunately, no. There is a crisis here in Ba Sing Se that requires my full attention. I do not have time to explain.

Cassie: Understood. I'll have to go there myself.

Aang: I will send Sokka to help you.

Cassie: Cassie out. If the portal was working properly I could get to Tarantula immediately. But the destination is...too erratic.

(Someone can be heard walking behind Cassie.)

Cassie: I can't risk emerging in the wrong place...or worse, bringing something here.

Robin: It's a little late to be worried about that.

Cassie: Who are you?

Robin: I'm Robin, and I really need to be getting back to Metropolis, so if you could just maybe--

Cassie: Security breach, portal room! Initiate immediate lockdown!

(Klaxons sound around the room and doors begin closing.)

Cassie: You aren't going anywhere.

Robin: Come on, little rascal. I have a headache.

Cassie: Little Rascal? You asked for it, little brat!

(Cassie takes up a fighting stance.)

Robin: (draws his sword) Alright then... you're headed to the cemetery!

(They fight. Cassie's Special Forces training gives her the advantage in the melee and soon Robin is down and out cold.)

Cassie: Security'll take care of you - I've got to get to Tarantula.

(Cassie arrives at the Shirai Ryu Temple, but no signal of Tarantula or anyone. Then Zuko comes in, dragging Toga)

Cassie: I can see you brought Toga. She may be useful.

(Cassie's communicator beeps. She answers.)

Cassie: Cassie here.

Jacqui: Cassie, it's Jacqui. Who's the kid in the brig?

Cassie: He calls himself Robin. I'll question him later - he's not a priority right now. Something's come up.

Jacqui: What's wrong?

Cassie: I need help locating Tarantula. Follow my signal and rendevous with me as soon as--

Zuko: Watch out!

(Cassie grabs Katsuki's wrist, then she throws him down.)

Cassie: Katsuki Bakugo?!

Katsuki: Cassie Cage!

Cassie: (to Jacqui) Just get here as soon as you can! Cassie out!

Katsuki: Neither Jacqui, nor Deku. Nobody will save you this time!

Cassie: Never thought you would be so low! Typical of a fake hero!

Katsuki: I'M NOT A FAKE!!

Cassie: (giggles) I love ticking guys like you off!

(They fight. Although taken by surprise, Cassie holds her own against the Explosive Murder and manages to defeat him)

Cassie: Okay, this is getting suspicious. (to Zuko) Bring the girl to Jacqui.

(The scene opens at Raiden's sky temple. Cassie is standing at the front door, which is closed to her.)

Cassie: Raiden? Where are you? There may be another invasion of Earthrealm. Shao Kahn may be returning. Raiden, can you hear me? Raiden?

(A flash of lightning appears in front of Sonya, but the man who emerges is not Raiden - it's Black Adam.)

Cassie: Black...with a lightning bolt on his chest...

Black Adam: My name is Black Adam. I am the messenger of your death!

(Black Adam attacks Cassie. They fight, and Adam's rage gets the better of him, leaving him open to Cassie's counterattacks. She soon has him on his knees before her.)

Cassie: Now maybe I can get some answers out of you.

(Unfortunately, Cassie gets shot from behind as Soldier: 76 comes in)

Soldier: 76: Another insurgent, I see...

Cassie: Insurgent?

Black Adam: (weakly) You dare oppose... the Regime? Wrong... choice...

(Black Adam passes out)

Soldier: 76: I'll finish you off!

(Then a yellow light is seen on Cassie's eyes.)

Cassie: Bring it on, villain!

(They fight. Soldier: 76 is overwhelmed by Cassie's fighting skills. Then Cassie grabs him by the throat. But then Black Adam electrocutes her before knocking her out.)

Soldier: 76: Thanks for the save. Whoever she is, she was ready to finish me.

Black Adam: Let's take her to Khandaq and use her as a decoy for the Insurgents.

Soldier: 76: Roger.

(Black Adam and Soldier: 76 take Cassie away.)

(It looks like our heroes are facing a threat which is bigger than they though it would be. What happened to Izuku? Who are the heroes from the universe these four individuald come from?)
