Kagerou is a tall and very muscular man with wide built. He has short spiky white hair and blue eyes. His casual outfit are mostly black top-tank, black long sleeve jacket with some dark blue line, long grey pants and boots. He have a big lightning scar at his left eyes.

Kagerou is a quiet person. People often think that Kagerou is a cold and indifferent person to everything around him. But in reality, Kagerou is a warm person to everyone. Even though he is known as the number 1 hero in the world, he himself became a hero because he wanted to protect innocent people. Kagerou has no desire for positions or titles at all. Because according to Kagerou's own concept, power is the source of struggle and pain.

Quirks

Nexus: In fact, Kagerou was the first owner of Quirk Nexus, not Kirigami. Because of this Quirk, Kagerou himself was assassinated to obtain the Nexus sample. The possessor of this Quirk can manipulate matter from ordinary matter to dark matter. Its power is manifested through the crystals and purple lightning created from it. The user is also able to travel through space-time when reaching enough power levels

God Of Reality: This Quirk is a unique Quirk that only Kagerou possesses. This Quirk allows Kagerou to control, change, establish, and even destroy this reality if desired. However, the fatal weakness of this Quirk is that if Kagerou uses it too many times in a month, he will have the following reaction levels: Using it more than 3 times will make Kagerou tired, nauseous, dizzy, and even crave more food than before. Using it more than 4 times will cause Kagerou's senses to be paralyzed for 2 hours. Using it more than 5 times will cause Kagerou to fall into a state of clinical death within 1 day.

Chrono: This Quirk allows Kagerou to manipulate time and space to his liking. However, this Quirk also has a fatal weakness. The longer Kagerou uses the Quirk, the longer the time Kagerou falls into a state of hallucination will increase. 

Fox Instinct: As the name suggests, this Quirk allows Kagerou to transform into a nine-tailed fox form, or a half-human, half-fox form. At the same time, it grants Kagerou the senses of a fox. Unlike Sakura and Miko, in addition to controlling lightning, this Quirk allows Kagerou to control fire at will.
