"Hyung?"

Taeyong snapped out and looked away from Jaehyun. He fixed up the cardigan he was wearing to cover up the bitemark. He put up a small smile at Mark.

"Hi, nice to meet you," Taeyong told to Mark, "I see why my brother wants to look good for once."

The alpha chuckled, "Really?"

"Come in. He's been waiting for you. He was already dressed an hour ago," the omega said.

"Hyung, what the heck?!" Donghyuck buts in as he heard what his brother had said to the alpha while he fixes the table.

"I'm sorry if I was late," Mark said.

"Oh, you're not. You're just in time," Donghyuck uttered with a smile.

Taeyong lets them be and turned to face the alpha by the railing. The omega cleared his throat and hugged himself as the cold wind blew. He combed his hair back and thought that Jaehyun should come in.

"You...You can come in if you want. I cooked lots anyway," the omega said, trying to break the ice.

Jaehyun shook his head, "I, uh, got something else to do. Have a nice dinner then."

The alpha sternly said. He nodded before he walked towards the stairs. Jaehyun didn't want to make things uncomfortable for the omega. He also wasn't prepared. His heart pounding too hard and his mind was a mess. The lavender scent lingered and he was just fighting back to stay.

But before he could even go, Taeyong spoke.

"I know it's a bit sudden but...don't you want to talk?"

Taeyong looked at the back that was facing him. He fidgeted with his fingers that got covered by the sleeves of his cardigan. He felt his heart beating upon seeing the handsome being infront. Is it really him? He didn't really remember that he had a handsome alpha.

Jaehyun turned to face him and looked at the omega.

"Is it alright? I mean, I know you need to keep an eye on the two inside," Jaehyun said as he simply tried to fix himself. He didn't want to look bad infront of the omega.

Taeyong hummed, "I know Donghyuck will behave..."

Silence went between them. It was unbelievably awkward. Taeyong felt so vulnerable while Jaehyun felt like it's his responsibility to make a conversation.

"I just want to say..."

They said in unison. Their eyes widened and made things worse.

"You first--"

Then again. Jaehyun sighed before he cleared his throat.

"You first. I think it's just fair," the alpha said.

Taeyong nodded. He took a deep breath before he looked straight at Jaehyun.

"I'm sorry for everything. I'm the omega that you spent with that night. I was the one who left the baby on your doorstep. I didn't mean to break any relationships or confuse your family. I just...I didn't know what to do and I didn't know how I will take care of the baby. I was just got lost and got nothing...So I thought I should give it to you since you could give him a better life. I understand if you're mad at me--"

"Woah, wait a minute. Who told you I was mad?" Jaehyun said, cutting the omega's words.

Taeyong bit his lower lip, "I just...thought about it."

"First of all, I'm not mad. Second, I've been looking all over for you. How would I take some effort to look for you if I was mad in the first place?" the alpha uttered.

The omega looked surprised, "L-Looking for me?"

Jaehyun nodded, "I got the feeling that I had to. Also, your son's looking for you. He's been asking me where you are, how are you...Things like that."

"It's our son, isn't it?"

The alpha suddenly got flustered, "Y-Yeah...our son."

Taeyong nodded, "Can I ask him how he is?"

"Oh, he's been doing great. He's a happy-go-lucky kid," Jaehyun fished out his wallet and opened to slide out the picture of Blue then gave it to Taeyong, "Though he is an only child, River goes to play with him sometimes at the house."

The omega widened his eyes as he saw the picture of their son, "Blue?! It's Blue?!"

The alpha chuckled, "I'm sorry if I just said it now. You're his teacher, aren't you?"

Taeyong nodded. Jaehyun smiled at how the omega lovingly stared at the picture he was holding. He thought Taeyong would deny and disown Blue, and thankfully, it was the opposite.

"I've been with him all along," Taeyong said, couldn't believe about Blue being his son. But he is happy, beyond happy.

The alpha nodded, "He mostly looks like me. But he got your pretty eyes."

Taeyong looked up and straight at Jaehyun. He raised an eyebrow with a smirk on his face.

"Pretty eyes?"

"O-Oh, yeah! Don't most people think your eyes are pretty? No? That's strange," Jaehyun stuttered.

Taeyong hummed, dropping the fact that Jaehyun thought his eyes were pretty, and looked back at the picture, "We had one activity where I asked them to draw their family. He drew cute stickmen then I asked him what his favorite memory was."

"What did he say?" the alpha asked though he thinks that he already know what Blue answered.

"You, surprising him in his birthday while wearing a santa claus costume."

"He likes Christmas," Jaehyun excused.

Taeyong nodded to play with the alpha, "Then I asked him what his wish was on his birthday. He told me about his mother. You know, then my instincts came out so I asked him to call me papa."

"I can tell him to stop if you feel un comfor--"

"No, I don't mind. Also...isn't it just appropriate that he calls me papa?"

Jaehyun hummed, "Well, yeah...But he doesn't know that."

"Ah...That's one problem."

Then they went quiet, but it was more like them thinking about breaking it to Blue and to Jaehyun's family. But Jaehyun couldn't keep his eyes off of the omega. He couldn't think that straight. He does look pretty overall. The lavender scent was something special, different, to him. The omega looked skinny as well but what caught his attention was the mark on his neck.

Before Taeyong could even do something, Jaehyun came into conclusion.

"We're bonded?"
