Jaehyun sighed, in relief but at the same time, in disappointment, "Oh...I thought I was your...Anyway, boyfriend?"

Taeyong awkwardly looked around before he smiled and nodded, "Yeah, boyfriend. I have a boyfriend. We...We just kinda thought about it."

The alpha nodded and smiled even though he was quite upset about it. Jaehyun just thought he could make a move and start dating but the only omega he wants to date is already bonded. Well, there's nothing he could do about it.

So much for getting a partner before 30.

"That's nice. Does he know that you have a kid?"

"Y-Yeah! Of course, he knows that," Taeyong chuckled, "I rarely keep secrets..."

Jaehyun nodded slowly, almost awkwardly, "Congratulations, I guess."

"Thanks...How about you?"

"Me?" the alpha hummed, "I got busy with work and I kinda want to put all of my attention to Blue. Hopefully, it's okay to your mate that you're talking to me."

"Oh, don't worry. He isn't that protective," Taeyong said.

Jaehyun raised an eyebrow, "Really? It's surprising to hear an alpha not being overprotective."

"H-He just trusts me," the omega said.

The alpha nodded, "Well, I think I have to go. Blue might be waiting for me."

"Oh, before you leave," Taeyong said and returned the picture, "Are we going to tell them about this?"

Jaehyun smiled, "You don't have to worry about it. I'll handle things. For now, just enjoy being with Blue."

The omega nodded, "Okay," then huffed, "Kinda felt better when I got to let things out."

"I'm glad that I found you--because Blue's been looking for you," Jaehyun said, "I'll get going then. See you tomorrow."

Taeyong waved at him as he watched the alpha walked down the stairs. He looked over the railings and watched Jaehyun step into his car. The omega sighed then his hand went over his bitemark, feeling very anxious at the moment.

"I messed up."

Taeyong rubbed his face against his palms. After Mark left, the omega immediately went to have a talk with his brother. Donghyuck did enjoy his night but unfortunately, his brother says otherwise.

"Hyung, I know you're smart. I got that from you but why do you get stupid when it comes to these things?"

Taeyong looked up and raised an eyebrow at him, "Oh, come on. You're not an omega who got bonded accidentally. You don't understand."

The omega crossed his arms, "Then make me."

"If I said we're bonded, what do you think will happen?"

Donghyuck hummed then shrugged.

"Happily ever after?"

"Hyuck!"

"Hyung, I'm dead serious. Surely, he likes you," the omega said.

Taeyong pouted, "Don't say that. I don't want false hope."

"Wait, you like him?"

Donghyuck stared at his brother who immediately has his eyebrows furrowed.

"N-No...?"

"Hyung, I literally ship you two," the omega chuckled, "Jaeyong is your ship name."

Taeyong groaned, "Hyuck--"

"But seriously, you two will just stay as 'friends' while you guys have a kid? That's stupid. I'd say just tell the truth so you don't have to hide anything anymore. You'll regret that," Donghyuck said, "It'll backfire, hyung. Also, the burden's still there."

"So what now? I'll go up to him and tell that I lied that I have a boyfriend? Then what? What if he really doesn't want to get into relationships yet?" the omega said the questions that were littering his mind.

"Why did you even lie in the first place?"

Taeyong hummed and looked away with worry in his eyes, "Oh, come on. Who wouldn't get scared of rejections?"

Donghyuck sighed and pulled his brother for a hug. He is scared of rejections but he did take a risk. But his brother is just that problematic. Taeyong just overthinks too much he just needs a hug and someone to do it for him.

"I'll bet that you guys are soulmates but for now, just be with your kid. I've been waiting to be an uncle," Donghyuck said.

Taeyong chuckled and stayed being with his brother.

"I heard everything from Donghyuck. Are you alright?" Kun asked as he carried the boxes where the writing booklets are. It was for Taeyong but Kun thought he shouldn't carry too heavy things.

The omega nodded, "Yeah. I just need to pretend that I have a boyfriend."

"But he's already here. Why would you pretend? You could've been in a family already," the beta said and started laying the booklets on the table.

"Kun, I got my kid. Isn't that enough?"

"But you've been writhing every time you got into your heat. Neither one of us can help you. We just don't want you to suffer when your alpha is already here to take care of you," Kun uttered.

Taeyong smiled softly, "Thanks for the concern but I got this. I'm not that fragile."

Kun sighed then shrugged. Taeyong is just that stubborn, "You can go out and greet the kids. I'll put the others in Jungwoo's classroom."

The omega nodded before he walked out of his classroom. He puts a wide smile on his face and waved at kids. He was quite excited to see a specific kid today. He stood by the gate with his hands behind his back. But suddenly, a hand was placed on his shoulder. He turned and greeted the omega.

"Oh, Ten," Taeyong called, "Hello, River."

"I heard that you're the omega that Jae's been looking for," Ten said.

Taeyong nodded shyly, "Yeah, I was happy that I finally got to find them--"

Ten immediately pulled him into a hug.

"Welcome to the family."

The omega's eyes widened, "W-Wait, what?"

Ten pulled away and smiled at him, "You're Blue's parent. Of course, you're technically part of the family."

"Really?" the omega's lips slowly curved into a subtle smile.

Before Ten could even say anything, Taeyong got surprised by a kid hugging his leg. Taeyong looked down and saw Blue having the widest smile he could give. His dimples showed and the omega cooed. The omega went down and carried the baby.

"You are really my papa! My papa!" Blue exclaimed happily then wrapped his arms around Taeyong's neck.

Taeyong chuckled and kissed the little boy's head, "Sorry if it took too long for papa to show up."

"It's okay. I'm happy that we're going to be a happy family," the boy said.

Taeyong looked at Ten who just shrugged. Of course, Jaehyun just can't say that he and Taeyong can't be together like a wedded couple. Blue's still a kid, it could make him upset. But he snapped out of his thoughts as he saw a man stepping out of the car. Taeyong felt his heart fluttered upon seeing the alpha again that was dressed to impress.

"Hey, Ten," Jaehyun greeted then his eyes went over to Taeyong. He smiled at him, "Hi."

"Hi," Taeyong greeted softly.

Ten watched the drama unfold and immediately rolled his eyes at them.

"Did you sleep well?" Jaehyun awkwardly asked.

Ten was clearly cringing because of him.

Taeyong chuckled and nodded, "Yeah, just fine."

"Jung Jaehyun, just say it," the omega behind said with his arms crossed.

The alpha furrowed his eyebrows at him before he looked at Taeyong again, "My parents want to meet you. Just a small talk, don't worry."

Taeyong hummed, "When? I'm fine with any time."

"Saturday. I'll pick you up at eight," the alpha said.

The omega nodded, "Okay."

"Papa will play with me, right?" Blue buts in.

"Of course, baby."

Blue cheered and both parents were happy to see their kid this happy. Ten, on the other hand, just wants to make them kiss. But Jaehyun did mention Taeyong has a mate.
