*Continuation after Chapter 1*

Frisk's P.O.V

"No, you're not a love angel," my sister quickly reassured me. "Me, Asriel, Mom, and Dad are not one, so how could you be any different?"

"I'm sorry," I apologized, feeling heat rise up in my body. "That was stupid thinking of me."

"It's fine, sis- are you blushing?"

"N-No," I flusteredly protested. I took off my brother's jacket, threw it at Chara, and quickly covered myself with my wings. "What are you talking about?" I mumbled.

"Frisk," Chara laughed. "You wrapped yourself in your wings as soon as I said that, and they are taking on a tinge of pink, and if I remember correctly, you only do that when you're embarrassed or ashamed. Who is he?" she asked, guessing the former because of the color of my wings.

"I don't know what you're talking about," I said stubbornly. "I always stayed in the castlegrounds and Azzy and I made sure not to meet anyone on our way over here!"

"The only person we 'met' was the receptionist," my brother added, "and even then we caught no sight of his face. Unless his rough voice, from him smoking, has somehow charmed her."

"That person, besides how mean he acted, isn't even a thought in my mind." I stopped talking as soon as my soul shone in front of me, illuminating my tiny little cave. Although it was impossible, an energy that was not my brother's or sister's, nor my own, resonated from it, and it was different from any other angel's.

"Frisk, hide your soul, now!" Asriel shouted while I felt the energy suddenly surge around me. I hid my soul, but the energy stayed and seemed to wrap around every part of my body. I knew I was blushing hard now.

"Frisk?" Chara asked. I felt her put her hand on my wings, and I knew she wanted to see if I indeed hid my soul, and if I was alright, since I had not answered Asriel. I shuffled them tighter. The energy seemed to have dimmed, but I still felt it around my body.

"I-I'm fine," I stuttered, hoping with all my heart that that would satisfy her so she wouldn't force me out of my little cave and ask more questions as to why I'm blushing so hard. "Why the warning?"

My breath sounds so loud, I thought. Am I panting? Can my sister hear it?

A knock sounded around the room before either of them could answer me. I shuffled my wings to peer through and caught the looks of curiosity and surprise on my siblings' faces.

"Were you expecting company, Chara?" Asriel asked.

"No, were you?"

"I certainly didn't call to tell anybody I was coming to Earth with my little sister. I'll go answer it."

I watched him disappear from sight, to the small hallway leading to the door. I heard the creak of the door, then a swift, loud one following soon after.

"Dr. Gaster. I didn't expect you to be here on Earth."

"Dr. Gaster's here?" I whispered, unraveling my wings. "How did he know we were here?"

"I don't know." Chara replied. Thank goodness she was facing the exit and not me, although my blush had faded a bit by now.

"Dr. Gaster! Watch out!" Asriel suddenly shouted.

"Stay inside, Frisk!" my sister ordered me, leaping from the couch and sprinting towards the door. I stood up from the couch and moved to a spot in the room where I could see what was going on. However, Chara had paused in the doorway with a tall skeleton standing beside her. I knew that was Dr. Gaster from his frequent visits to the castle.

A beam of light erupted and lit up the outline of my sister and the royal scientist. That was when she headed into the fight that was going on. The only thing I caught was a flurry of wings, bones from some sort of attack, and another beam of light. Dust clouded into the room, and I coughed as I inhaled it. When it had cleared, my siblings were blocking the door, so I still couldn't tell who was attacking.

"Are you not going to help us defeat this love angel, Dr. Gaster?" Chara asked. I could hear the excitement of the fight creep into her voice despite asking for help.

"No," he responded. "I want to see how my son does against two powerful angels."

"Son?!" my siblings and I exclaimed.

"surprised ya even know that term," a deep voice, though not as deep as Dad's, spoke up coldly. Something about his voice seemed to lure me to the doorway.

"How is that even possible?" my sister asked, not believing a single word. "A love angel can't be the offspring of an angel!"

"If I were to tell the truth, then none of you would trust me, while the king and queen would still believe who they think I am and think you three are just trying to spread 'untrue' rumors," Dr. Gaster replied, a sly smirk appearing on his face.

"and there's the father i know."

"Why wouldn't you tell us?" I asked the scientist. "The fact that you're a love angel and that you have son?"

"I wouldn't be where I am today if I had. Out of pure curiosity, do you three trust me now that you know what I am?"

"No!"

"Yes."

Chara and Asriel looked back at me in shock, and I could finally catch a glimpse of the attacker. He was a skeleton only a bit taller than me, and his wings were about the same color as his bones, except for the fact that they were turning a light shade of blue when he spotted me.

"Why is that, Princess Frisk?" Dr. Gaster asked me, snapping me out of my daze and making me look at him.

"Because you have never harmed us before," I answered him. "Angels and love angels are at war, yet you decide to work as the royal scientist in Heaven. I don't believe all love angels are as bad as we are taught."

"That's an interesting way to put things. And what if I were to say I just wanted you all alive as a source of energy?"

"Wouldn't you have done that earlier, when we were younger? Did you not tell me yourself that love gets more complicated as we grow older? That there would be certain people we would attach to, while to others our love is just... out there?"

"Well haven't you matured?" he joked, smiling for real. I smiled back. I've found that everything was better when people around me were smiling and happy. Although that clearly wasn't the case for the rest, who looked a bit uncomfortable as I chatted with the scientist as though we were old friends catching up.
