(Y/N) pov

     Two weeks have passed since Team RWBY's mission to the village. Now we are carrying on at Beacon with classes and the tournament at the Vytal Festival. I am in the library trying to finish an essay paper for Professor Obleck, while everyone else is playing a game.

Ruby: Yang Xia Long, prepare your kingdom for battle!

Yang: Bring it on!

Ruby: I deploy the Atlesian air fleet.

Yang: You fiend!

Ruby: I get to deploy over your Ursai and attack your walls directly...and since Atlas is part of Mantle, my repair time only lasts one turn.

Yang: Hahaha, pretty sneaky sis, but you just activated my trap card!

Ruby: What!

Yang: Giant Nevermore. If I roll a 7 or higher, Fatal feathers slices your fleet in two.

Ruby: But if you roll a six or lower, the Nevermore will turn on your own troops.

Yang: That's just a chance I'm willing to take.

     As they play I finally finish up the paper, I sigh in relief and rub my head to calm the headache. Weiss then taps me on the shoulder, I turn to her and she is showing me the cards in her hand.

Weiss: What do think, I can do?

(Y/N): Well....sacrifice Resourcful Raider to special summon, this and you win. Trust me.

Yang: Alright Weiss your turn. Bring it on.

Weiss: Ok, I sacrifice my Resorceful Raider to special summon Transdimensional Grimm.

(Y/N): This monster allows Weiss to attack two kingdoms at once and if she destroys an opposing kingdom in the process the monster attacks again, Weiss wins.

Ruby/Yang: Aww, man.

Weiss: Blake, you alright? Games over.

Blake: Oh uhh.. I'm just going to go back to the dorm.

     We all look at Blake with uncertainty as she walks away.

(Y/N): Ruby don't forget to clean up the game before we head back too.

Ruby: I won't.

     We all make it back to the dorm and Blake is sitting there on her bed, Ruby and Yang are still talking about how Weiss even won. Blake trys to leave and is stopped by me being in the doorway, as Weiss turns.

Weiss: Stop. Lately you've been quiet, anti-social and moody.

Yang: Uh, have you met Blake?

Weiss: Which I get is kind of your "thing", but you've been doing it more than usual. You made a promise to me, to all of us, that you would come to us if something was wrong. So Blake Belladona what is wrong.

     For dramatic effect Weiss stood on my shoulders.

(Y/N): Weiss, please get off me.

Weiss: Sorry.

     After a moment of silence.

Blake: I just don't understand how everyone can be so calm.

Ruby: You still thinking about Torchwick?

Blake: Torchwick, the White Fang all of it. Something big is happening and no one is doing anything about it.

(Y/N): Ozpin told us not to worry.

Yang: Yeah, between the police and the huntsman, I'm sure they can handle it.

Blake: Well I'm not. They don't know the White Fang like I do.

Weiss: We're not ready.

Blake: And we may never be ready. The bad guys aren't going to just sit around and wait for graduation. They're out there planning something and none of us know what it is.

Ruby: Ok, all in favor of becoming the youngest huntresses, and (Y/N), to single-handedly bring down a corrupt organization threatning to attack Vale. Say "aye".

Yang: YES, I love it when your fiesty.

Weiss: Well, I suppose it could be fun.

(Y/N): I made a promise to defend my friends and I am not breaking it that easily.

Ruby: None of you said "aye".

Blake: Alright then, we're in this together.

Ruby: Let's hatch a plan.

Yang: Yeah!

Ruby: Ahhh! I left my board game in the library.

Weiss: We're doomed.

(Y/N): Dang it.

Timeskip next day in Port's class

Weiss pov

      While waiting for class to end so my team can start our investigation into the White Fang, Jaune is trying to talk me into going on a date with him. As the bell rings I breathe a sigh of relief.

Juane: Weiss, did you hear me?

Weiss: No, no and Yes.

Timeskip team RWBY dorm

(Y/N) pov

     As we ready ourselves for a night on the town, I am having a hard time getting my chestplate armor fastened. It's like I'm spinning around like a drunken ballerina. Weiss and the others start laughing.

Weiss: *giggles* Here, let me help.

     Weiss then fastens the armor strap snug and tight.

(Y/N): Thank you, milady.

Ruby: Alright, everyone understand the plan?

Weiss: You and I will head to the CCT tower and call for anything out of the ordinary.

Blake: The White Fang has regular faction meetings to recuit new members. I'm hoping to sneak in and gather any information regarding secrets and hideouts.

Yang: I have a friend on the shady side of town, supposedly he knows everything that goes on. And with (Y/N) with me getting information out of him shouldn't be a problem.

(Y/N): Good, now let's kick some ass.

Everyone: YEAH!!

Sun: Yeah!

     Everyone jumps at the Sun being in their window, that I actually end up punching him in the nose. Everyone looks at me with a surprised look.

(Y/N): What? He was freaking me out!

     Sun recovers and hangs out in the tree and Blake walks up with a glare on her face.

Blake: What are you doing here?

Sun: We finally going to get back at that Torchwick guy?

(Y/N): Yeah, us, not you.

Ruby: Look Sun we don't want anyone else getting hurt. We don't want to drag anyone else.

Sun: That's stupid. You should always get friends involved.

Ruby: But this is a team effort.

Sun: Exactly, that's why I brought Neptune.

     Everyone looks out the window and sees Neptune against the wall of the building.

Neptune: Sup.

Yang: How did you get up here?

Neptune: I have my ways. Seriously though can I come in, we're really high up.

     I grab him by the collar of his shirt and throw him in the room.

Neptune: Ow. Ok, yeah I deserved that.

Ruby: Fine, Sun go with Blake she could use some backup. Neptune and (Y/N) switch places, Neptune with Yang and (Y/N) with me and Weiss.

(Y/N): Copy that.

Neptune: Works for me.

Ruby: I'm only doing this to keep you two from killing eachother.

     It's time to find out what the White Fang are up to. Nothing is going to stop us.
