Anika's POV:

The incompleteness of some stories is their end, since not everything has an end even completeness remains incomplete in some places.

Although some stories may seem incomplete, it's important to remember that they can be revisited or completed at a later time. Even though completeness can be elusive, there are moments in life when we can find resolution and closure, even in places where it seemed impossible before.

...

Anika looked at Shivay as he applied the red powder known as sindoor on her forehead. She looked into his blue eyes before looking down, unable to meet his gaze, and felt a heavy weight settle in her chest.

...

Younger Anika: Shivay Singh Oberoi! I am drunk!

Younger Shivay: that I know, now come on.

Younger Anika: and Shivay Singh Oberoi, I am in love with you!

...

Despite my sister making stupid decisions which led to my supposedly complete story to reopen again, I still love her and I want her to be happy.

...

Anika smiled as she kept the veil on Gauri's head and kissed the top of her head.

...

Gauri: arre didi, we don't even know the baby's gender right now and you brought all this?

She said as she saw the massive shopping bag Anika gave her.

Anika: why do you think I brought everything in white and cream and ivory?

Gauri: but you didn't need to buy all this.

Anika: relax I didn't pay, your pyaari se jijaji paid for everything.

She said, showing off the gold credit card in her hand.

...

I never thought I would be living a second chance romance saga, but here I was. Married to my stupid ex.

...

Shivay: care to be my date for my product launch?

Anika: if I didn't come, are you going to replace me with some pretty model?

Shivay: don't be ridiculous Anika.

Anika: I am not being ridiculous, I am simply being precautious.

Shivay: I'm pretty sure that's not how you use precautious in a sentence.

Anika: yes it is.

Shivay: is it?

Anika: yes!

...

Or maybe it's more of an enemies to lovers second chance romance saga?

...

Shivay: you are doing it all wrong! The two colours cannot correlate with one another!

Anika: I told them to do it like that.

Shivay: what?

Anika: yes! I don't need it to be all boring or too organised.

...

But is it really a romance saga between us? Is there really any romance left for us?

...

Anika: I hate you.

Shivay: and I love you so I guess we're even.

...

Anika: why did you do it Shivay? Why?

...

Gauri: it's like ShahRukh Khan said in Pardes, Joh sach sunna chahte hai, woh apni jeb mein pistol aur dil mein nafrat lekar nahi aate. (Those who want to listen to the truth, they don't come with a gun in their pocket and hatred in their heart) Do you get what I am trying to say?

Anika laughed as she said: why am I taking advice from someone who got accidentally pregnant?

Gauri rolled her eyes, scoffing at her sister

...

Om: you need to just get her in a calm mood then speak and don't keep getting defensive. If you are telling the truth, then no need to get so hyped up else it looks like you're lying. You get me?

Shivay: please tell me why I am taking advice from someone who got a girl pregnant and then dragged me in this drama?

Om rolled his eyes, throwing a pillow at his brother.

...

Life changes every moment and every moment has the ability to change everything.

My sister getting pregnant changed my life and the walls which I had built around myself ever since that day shattered one by one.

...

Shivay looked at sleeping Anika and caressed his hair, a small smile appeared on his face.

...

But the things which come unexpectedly sometimes turn out to be better than the things which are expected.

...

Anika shed tears of happiness as Om placed a small baby in her arms. She was a maasi now and this little baby was finally here. Everything that had happened in the last nine months to lead up to this moment felt worth in that one moment where she had her sister's child in her arms.
