If there was any time I was actually scared it was now. I left phonex droop as soon as I got word Zane came back, I keep travailing back and forth between the two. I stayed for a good week and hurried back because I knew he didn't like me there but I never told him. It was about a week till he got back and by the time he did I was already nearly due and the baby could come any day. That's why he was coming back.

So I sat in his office house and waited for him I was excited to see him, but I couldn't tell him anything and no one else would say anything. I stood my the window waiting for his horse smiling like an idiot.

"(Y/n)!" I heard him yell from the fount door and ran up the stares his armor still on. "Oh my love how I missed you so much!" He said and I nearly cried.

"Zane, it's so good to see you! Oh and I'm so glad your home and just in time too, the baby can come any day!"

"Let's just hope it's a boy, I want a son,"

"We don't get to decide that, Our lady Irene does," I told him and he nodded. "So tell me about your trip, I know you wrote about it but I want to hear about it,"

"I made an alliance with the king there he is grateful for that and we are close to bringing my trouble some brother to justice and have him suffer!"

"Zane you get happiness why can't he?"

"He made me suffer for so long! He deserves this, he deserves to marry someone he doesn't love,"

"But you had a choice," I told him and walked away from me.

"Yes but he hurt me so much I want him to suffer if a loveless marriage arranged by my father. He is a cowered for running away! I took on all the responsibility he left behind I took the power and now I can make him suffer!"

"Zane please," I was worried for him. "You said you would wait till the baby comes, you said you would wait."

"I can't the king of Tu'la is coming in 5 days time and if the baby isn't born you are to hide in the winter cabin with your maidens till you give birth, if I don't come back to get you in 3 days then assume the worse and forget about me."

"How can you ask me to forget when I love you! When the baby will now know of it's father! How can you say that I could never forget you!"

"Well you must," He said going to his desk and opening the bottom draw pulling out a necklaces. It was absolutely beautiful a purple gem with a gold trim around it.

"This is a family treasure, my mother had it and Zane's wife would of gotten it, I figured now is a great time to give it to you. I'm also leaving one of my swords for our child Spence we don't know if it's a boy or girl, but teach them how to fight."

"Zane-" I started but someone came bursting through the door. "What is the meaning of this!" I shout and the guard apologies but said he had to talk to Zane alone. "I haven't seen my husband in 9 months! And now you all must speak to him!"

"(Y/n) go," Zane said going and sitting at his desk. "I'll be home for supper soon, I do have something I must take care of so please we will talk more soon." He said and I rolled my eyes. "I love you my lady," he told me and I just stormed out. Once I was fat enough away I heard Jeffery's voice. He sounded worried.

I just ran home I didn't want to deal with this! Once there my maidens put some tea on and I sat by the fire. Till I felt something and I let out a scream! My water had broke.

Sorry it's been so long senior year is a pain in the ass and being 18 teen is a lot of responsibility and voting is also important so I'm sorry like really sorry about me not updating sooner but the next chapter we will meet the baby and see what it is!
