Pisces POV

I told Chris that I wasn't interested in him. I know it sounds wrong over a text but I had to do it. Not because I was scared but because of Covid-19. Yeah, it turned out ever since the pandemic, every school district in the world is closed. Including ours. When I told him the truth, I didn't get a reply. He's probably crying in his room right now. I feel so terrible about it that I want to cry. But I can't. I have to keep moving forward.

The past few weeks haven't always been stressful. The day after the fight between Taurus and Aries, Taurus apologized to us about it. He really didn't mean to hurt our feelings. Especially Gemini's. Though, he still refuses to get treatment. Gemini still isn't convinced that he's okay, but she forgave him of course. I just hope that Taurus is doing the right thing.

As for me and the Ryan thing...I decided to forget about that. I didn't wanna get so paranoid over it so I decided to let it go. Hopefully, it was all just a misunderstanding and I can get back to my normal life.

A knock on the door snapped me out of my thoughts. "Come in." I said as my friend Gemini came to the door. "Aries says you and Scorpio have to go shopping." Gemini said as I blushed at the thought of me and Scorpio together. Luckly, I was wearing a turtleneck sweater so couldn't see it. "Oh and don't forget to wear your mask."

"Okay." I replied back as she left my room.

---------------------------

Once I came downstairs, I was greeted by Scorpio. "Took you long enough." he said as he was putting on his mask. I adjusted my mask so I could still be able to talk. Though with all my breathing, my breath was fogging up my glasses so I had to be careful. "It's also cold today so you should wear a jacket."

"I already have on a turtleneck."

"Yeah, but it's not gonna protect you from the cold." Scorpio said as I rolled my eyes. "Of course it will. It always does." That's a complete lie. I just don't like wearing jackets. Especially not ones that cover up yourself completely. I only wear jackets when it's snowing. "You sure you don't want a jacket." Scorpio asked as I shook my head. "Okay, don't blame me when it suddenly gets cold."

--------------------------------

When we arrived at the store, which was Publix, I was shivering nonstop. He was right. It was gonna be cold. "Told ya." Scorpio said and even though I couldn't see it, I felt him smirking under his jacket. I hugged myself so I wouldn't be cold. "Shut up." I said with a shiver that only made him laugh.

I tried to warm myself up by breathing rapidly, but it did no good cause yet again, my glass never seemed to get unfoggy. Scorpio must've noticed my struggle so he turned around in front of me and said, "You know, you could always wear contacts." he replied to me as I hid my blush. "I have to wear them. He always-"

"You mean Ryan?" I froze when he said his name. Everytime he does I freeze like a little statue. "You don't have to wear them if the glasses bother you."

"But I can't see without them." I spoke softly like I don't want anyone to hear. "It's okay, it's only for a little while." Scorpio said as I slowly let him take off my glasses. My vision was now foggy. I couldn't see a thing. Still I didn't move when Scorpio was looking at me. I couldn't see him clearly, but I knew he was staring at me. Eyeing at me with his beautiful eyes. I completely blushed right in front of him, now caring if anyone sees cause I can't really see them.

Soon after, Scorpio put my glass back one. Once my vision was clear, Scorpio was smiling at me. "I still think contacts are a better use for you. You look better without those silly glasses." Scorpio rubbed my head a little like I was a child and walked ahead of me. I followed close by like a baby duckling so I could keep up.

---------------------------

Soon after we got all the stuff, we were ready to leave. Though there was one more thing I needed to do. "Scorpio, I'm gonna go the bathroom."

"Okay, be back soon." Scorpio said as I walked to the women's restroom. When I stepped in, I heard a woman screaming. "Help, someone please! Help m-"

"Shut up!" Another person said over the woman. It sounded like a man. I rushed in there so I could at least try to save her, but when I entered the stall, I frozed with absolute fear.

The man was tall and was wearing all back. He didn't have a mask on and he was wearing a hoodie. I saw a couple of knives on his waist and a gun. His pants were baggy and he looked so familiar. That's when I realized he did look familiar. It was him. Ryan Benson.
