Third person

Scott had managed to regain himself after Fritz left. He was still in pain, but he could manage.

The brunette now had a conflicting decision: should he go home to think or go to Vincent and tell him what had just happened?

Scott's parents were out running errands for the day anyway, so he decided to go back to Vincent.

The injured brunette stumbled back into the trees and used them for support. His stomach was in the worst pain he'd ever felt. Scott had never been in any type of physical fight, so he wasn't used to the pain it caused him.

He walked back slower than he normally would before he finally reached the cave entrance. The Naga was surprised to see his friend back so soon, but instantly noticed he was in pain.

"Ssscott! What happened?!" Vincent asked, rushing to Scott's aid.

"I-I'm fine... Just a little scruff with a school bully is all..." The brunette explained softly, not wanting to worry his only friend.

The Naga knew this was a lie. Scott was obviously in a lot of pain and that made him worry. But Vincent was also angry.

He was angry that his only friend was just hurt by someone else. It angered him that he couldn't do anything to prevent Scott being hurt. He hated the thought of being helpless when it came to protecting the one person he cared about.

"You're hurt..." He said softly, yet with a stern tone to let Scott know he could tell.

The brunette sighed, seeing as though he wouldn't be able to lie to his friend. But on the other hand, this situation did show that Vincent cared for him.

The Naga led him into the back area of the cave. Scott had bruises and a few scrapes from when he'd been pushed to the ground.

He sat against the wall and watched Vincent as he took a piece of cloth and soaked it in the small body of water inside the cave. He wasn't exactly sure what to do, but he knew the purple male only wanted to help him.

Vincent slithered over to him and gently rubbed the scrapes with the dampened cloth. The brunette hissed in a stinging pain, which the purple male apologized for causing. He was only trying to make sure the other's wounds were cleaned so they would heal faster.

Scott realized this and bit his lip to keep from making any sound of discomfort. His hatred for Fritz had grown stronger in the last twenty minutes. It was now stronger than it ever had been before.

"Why did he do thisss to you?" The Naga asked softly, still cleaning Scott's injuries.

"It was the same guy who made me spend the night here... The night we met... He got angry because he saw me leaving... He's just not a very good guy..." The brunette replied, looking away from the other.

"I won't let him hurt you again..."
