3rd person POV:

Kuroka felt somewhat uneasy making this decision. "Izuku...I...I can't stay with you. I'm targeted by the Devils for what I've done."

"We've cleared that up." Gremory spoke up for Kuroka to look at her. "The truth came out and Midoriya is in charge of hunting you down and delivering whatever punishment he deems is necessary for you."

"I've killed people and hurt you and Shirone."

"I've made amends with it and I'm pretty sure Koneko did too." Koneko looked down for a moment, understanding that her sister even when she hurt them was just trying to do what she thought was best for them.

"I've...I've hurt more."

"Kuroka." Izuku hugged his sister again in a way to try and reassure her. "For a long time, I hated you as well as myself because of what happened. But after I found people that care for me and love me, I decided it was best to make peace with my past. As such, I want to give you the same peace I was able to gain. You held onto so much grief because of me and Koneko. You can let it go. Let it go and let us take some of that grief."

Koneko started to walk towards her older siblings and hug them as well. "Kuro-nee. Please be part of our family again. I...we love you. We want you to be part of our family going forward." Now shaking in grief, Kuroka bit her lip as a single tear came down her cheek.

"Shirone....Izuku.....*hic* when....when did you two grow up?" Her hands slowly went to hold Koneko's and Izuku's head and began sobbing into them. "I...I don't deserve this. I'm *hic* I'm so sorry for hurting you two for so many years." Finally letting go of her guilt, Kuroka sobbed into her younger siblings' heads with everyone present to smile at what they saw.

"So the nice cat lady was really daddy's and Aunt Neko's sister?" Eri asked with Xenovia nodding.

"That's right, Eri. Your daddy and aunts had some problems, but they're able to now put the past where it should be."

Irina began sobbing at this while wiping her tears with a tissue. "It's just so heartwarming!" She blew her nose in it with Kuro going over to the three.

"Meow. Kuroka. You didn't betray everyone?" The small demon cat asked with tears in his eyes.

"How could I betray my family? I love them too much to do anything of the sort." Hearing this, Kuro turned into his real form to push his head up against Kuroka's and cry.

"This is nice. I hope Koneko, Izuku and Kuroka can have a life together now." Issie states as Gremory smiled and held his hand.

"Yeah. It's small, but they're now on a road to recovery." Another shake happened for everyone to look around and try to recompose themselves. Gremory ran towards the window to see both Vali and Azazel facing off for some reason. "Wait, I thought the White Dragon Emperor was on the side of the Fallen Angels?"

"Yeah. Vali's not." Kuroka bluntly explained while giving the real truth. "Vali is a faction leader of the Chaos Brigade as well as the son of the former Lucifer. The one before Sir Zechs."

"Wait, but if he's a member of the original 72 pillars, why is he trying to destroy the faction he's part of?"

Kuroka held up two fingers to answer Izuku. "First. He was deemed impure since he was the son of a human mother. That immediately pulled his nobility status and let the title go to Sir Zechs. The second is to initiate a battle with the most powerful being in existence. Big Red."

"Wait, you mean that dragon from ancient legend that is the most powerful dragon in existence?"

"The one in the same daughter of Gremory."

"Crap. We gotta stop him before he causes more problems." Issei was about to run out of the dorm before Izuku grabbed his arm for a sec. "What's wrong?"

Saying nothing, he placed a hand on Issei's head and made his body feel as if it was on fire. "That should allow you to use Balance Breaker for a few minutes. Your body's going to feel it later, but you're without a doubt going to stand a better chance against your dragon's natural enemy with it than without."

"Thanks." Issei ran out the door with the mages part of the Chaos Brigade lowering in number. Deciding that it was best to help out, Izuku activated Full Meow to hop up on the rooftop and aim for some with all fours.

"Alright. Time for the kitty to get his ball of yarn."

At the meeting hall

As the battle continued, the members of the group that were stuck in time thanks to Gasper's Sacred Gear being deactivated. "Seems like Izuku and your sister were able to succeed. Nice job on their part, Zechs."

"You know as well as I do that Izuku is quite the interesting person to deal with these ordeals, Serafall. Also, I feel as if things are about to get even worse." As he predicted, the Devil King had noticed Issei barreling towards Vali in a hope to take him down.

"Seems I'm no longer needed here." Azazel went down to the ground with Izuku being noticed taking down several mages. "That kid's got talent, I'll give him that." Azazel smiled as he saw Izuku jump on top of a mage and used them as a stepping stone to punch several Senjutsu punches.

"I must say, Izuku Midoriya is a natural born fighter. It's a bit of a pity that he wasn't scouted by my faction first." Michel pointed out before seeing Issei pull out Escalon and try to slice Vali. "The two dragons of ancient times are fighting one another. An age-old battle that has pre existed even Sacred Gears."

"Should we give them a hand?" Katsumi asked, with Serafall stopping her.

"Facing off against the White Dragon Emperor right now is dangerous. His Sacred Gear is known as Divine Divide. An ability that divides your power in half and adds that to his own every ten seconds. Right now, the only person that stands a chance outside of us is Issei and Izuku. If you get involved, it's not going to end well."

The group watched as Vali matched Issei's blows punch for punch, kick for kick and out maneuver him. Even with the help of Izuku's training, the Red Dragon Emperor was just too outclassed without even adding Sacred Gears. "It seems you're not even worth my time, my rival. That is, if I can even call you that." Vali gave a knee to Issei's stomach to force the wind out of him and feel his power declining. "DIVIDE!" "You nothing." He gave another punch to the face with his Sacred Gear activating again "DIVIDE!" "Not even worth taking on at my full power!" Vali gave one final punch to knock Issei out of the air and towards the ground.

"ISSEI!" Gremory shouted as she witnessed her house's pawn get submerged into the ground.

Looking up to Izuku, Vali glared at him prepared for him to fight. "So when are you going to take me on? I heard so much about you from Azazel, Kuroka and Overhaul. What is keeping you from attacking me?"

"Simple. I'm not your enemy. He is." Izuku pointed downwards towards Issei. "But why do you want to fight and be the best of the best? Can't you just settle for being among the best?"

"What good is that? Someone is still above you."

'For christ's sake....Why do I feel like Irina is annoyed I made that comment?' "Alright then. I guess I've got no choice." Izuku cleared his throat before shouting towards Issei. "HEY PERV! YOU KNOW HOW THIS GUY CAN DIVIDE POWER, RIGHT!?"

Issei pulled his head out to show the helmet to his armor was cracked. "Yeah, what of it?"

'If this works, I'm gonna be really steamed.' "HE TOLD ME THAT HE'S GOING TO DIVIDE ALL THE GIRLS IN THE OCCULT RESEARCH CLUB'S BOOBS DOWN BY HALF THEIR SIZE!"

There was a pause in Issei's reaction as if he was lost in thought. All of a sudden, his power burst through with his Sacred Gear activating on overdrive. "YOU BASTARD!" He bolted up towards Vali to give him a solid right towards his face. "HOW DARE YOU MAKE RIAS'S BOOBS SMALLER!? THEY'RE AMAZING AS THEY ARE AND GOING SMALLER WOULD ONLY MAKE THEM LESS AMAZING! TAKE THIS!" Issei gave a solid left to Vali. "THAT WAS FOR RIAS'S GIANT MELONS!" He gave another right. "THIS IS FOR AKENO'S ROCKIN RACK!" Grabbing Vali's arm, Issei gave a left to the gut. "THIS IS FOR XENOVIA'S GREAT GAZUNGAS!" Going above, Issei struck Vali's back with his fists held together. "THIS IS FOR ASIA'S STILL GROWING BUDS!" Pulling Vali's shoulders towards him so that his head is facing Issei's, the Red Dragon Emperor had headbutted him in the skull, cracking both their helmets. "AND THIS IS FOR KONEKO'S ITTY BITTY KITTY TITTIES THAT WOULD BE NO BIGGER THAN MOSQUITO BITES IF THEY WERE ANY SMALLER!"

"I gotta admit. I didn't expect him to be so adamant about breast sizes of women." Kuroka smirked at this while Izuku came back towards the ground clearly enraged.

"Can I hit him really hard for what he said? One for each comment about Xenovia and Akeno as well as ten for Koneko, please!?"

"I...I'm going to pretend I never heard what I did." Gremory had no words outside of this as Irina was holding Eri's ears a bit irritated by what she heard as well.

Both Issei and Vali came falling towards the ground for both their armors to break apart. "I'll admit, I never expected you to have this much strength. I guess I'll have to use my final trump card now." Vali's power started to skyrocket. "I, Albion, am the heavenly dragon who has taken the principles of supremacy from God. I envy the infinite and pursue the dream. I shall become the White Dragon of-" Before he could complete the chant, Izuku darted for Vali to punch him in the gut and level the White Dragon Emperor to the floor.

"Alright, I'm stopping you here. I don't want to deal with a giant dragon thanks to you letting loose the Juggernaut Drive."

"Juggernaut Drive?" Issei asked for Draig to speak up from inside his arm.

"It's one of our most powerful techniques we could have. In short, we would be able to become what my original form is. Any being with a dragon in their Sacred Gear is capable of unleashing this power. However, it costs you your lifespan since it puts such a strain on your body."

"With that explanation out of the way, I'm having you two settle this dispute in a way that won't cause any more bodily harm to the people around us."

Vali looked up, still in pain. "And how might that be?"

"Since you two useless reptiles insist on carrying out this millennium long dick measuring contest that's how you two are going to end it. Gremory... The female one." Izuku offered the idea with a silence happening between everyone. "Put an end to this, find some measuring tape and get this over with."

"I'm game for that." Issei spoke up for everyone to facepalm hearing.

"I guess it won't be the worst thing to happen. Alright. Just so we can settle this amongst ourselves, I'll partake in what you're planning." Vali agreed for Issei to start trying to drop his pants before getting hit by both Koneko and Kuroka.

"NOT IN FRONT OF ERI, YOU LITTLE PERVERT!" Gremory pulled them both to the side in a building that was still standing with there being a few minutes of silence. In that time, the heads of the factions as well as those present in the meeting came back to see everyone standing around in silence. This was broken when the three came back with Issei having a giant smile on his face.

"Well?"

"I win! Half a foot bigger!" He began cheering while Vali as well as Draig and Albion seemed to be ashamed this was how they settled their differences this round.

"So you saw what they're both packing?" Kuroka asked Gremory to hold a deep blush, unable to comprehend what she saw. "What's the Red Dragon's size?"

"E-eight inches."

"....Izuku's got another four on him." Xenovia pointed out for Issei's bubble to pop and fall into a bit of depression.

"Alright. Can we end this stupid fight now and call it a day?" Izuku asked with Vali heading out of the area. "And where are you going?"

"Just because our fight is settled, Hyoudou, doesn't mean I've given up on my final goal of defeating Big Red. Kuroka, are you coming?"

Kuroka looked down at Eri who was holding her kimono and at Koneko and Izuku who were worried she might leave again. "Nah, I think I'm gonna stay here for now. Good luck with what you're dealing with and tell Chisaki that I'll end him if he tries to mess with my niece again." She smiled while Vali shrugged and headed out using his Sacred Gear as a form of travel.

"So...You're staying then?" Izuku asked with Kuroka lifting Eri to rest her on her hip.

"I don't see why I should leave. That is...if you're willing to have me?"

Hugging his sister, Izuku smiled knowing he had his family back together after all the years apart. "Of course. I'm sure even Eri would be happy to have you around."

The group smiled as Sir Zechs had cleared his throat to get everyone's attention. "Considering that now there is a treaty among us, I think it is best for us to move forward with our objective of repopulating the Nekomata race. When summer break comes, I'd like the three of you as well as any mates you have to go to your territory in the Devil's realm and prepare it for such."

"Yes sir." Izuku bowed at the faction head as everyone began leaving. Once they did, Kuroka placed Eri back on the ground with the barriers around them dropping.

"So. What does your love life look like so far, Izuku?"

"Meow!" Izuku panicked hearing this before a shadow came out of nowhere and something barreled down on top of him.

"YES! WE STUCK THE LANDING!" Miruko raised her hands in the air as Usagi seemed to smile at the act. "Huh?" The rabbit hero looked down to see Izuku underneath. "Sup, kid? I was hoping to find you to scratch an itch I've got."

"Woah there, rabbit mama. Before you get another kid, you might want to wait for everyone else to get one." Camie spoke up for Miruko to shrug.

'WHY IS MY LIFE ONE THING AFTER THE OTHER!? ALSO, WHY IS SHE NOT GETTING OFF ME YET!?' Izuku thought this to himself as the girls had pleasant conversations with one another and saw Kuroka talking amongst them. 'I guess I can handle the pain a little longer.'
