Next day, Shad woke up around 8am, he overslept for jog. He shook his head cursing himself, he could have woken up around 5 and impressed Eifad at the park. But he missed his chance.

'Cha! Damn' he cursed leaping out from the bed. 9am, Eifad will be leaving for work, he still has time to make up for his mistake.

Since, last night Shad wondered what wrong he had done that made Eifad storm out from the restaurant. She isn't even picking up his call. He had just absent mindedly spoke about a girl. Shad smacked his forehead, as he realized this blunder while taking a shower- it's true, great ideas come while in shower.

Eifad hates him talking about some other girl, she is possessive about him. Little possessiveness is good but the way Eifad reacted on just mention of a name of another girl was not normal. Shad shrugged away the thought thinking, Eifad had never been attached to anyone but him and her father, she lost her father and now she feared losing him. Shad knew her since childhood and knows her more than anyone else, he knew very well that behind a tough exterior she is a small child looking for love.

Eifad climbed down the stairs from her room, dressed in her office attire – black trouser suit, black stilettos, maroon lipstick, and her shoulder-length hair tied in a French twist.

She opened the door and is taken aback on seeing a huge bouquet of white roses with a small "I am sorry" note, a man holding it. She frowned.

Shad poked his head from behind the bouquet flashing his signature dimpled smile, and his best puppy dog eyes. Eifad felt herself melting. Shad forwarded her the bouquet

'I am sorry' he pouted and Eifad smiled slightly. She took the bouquet and Shad sighed in relief.

'Dheem Kaka' she called and a middle-aged man appeared quickly. She handed him the bouquet and asked him to place the bouquet in the living room. The man nodded his head and took the bouquet. After the man, had left Eifad turned around looking at Shad. He is about to say something when Eifad intervened 'I will drop you off to hospital' she said and walked out. Shad shrugged, he is happy that things are sorted between them.

Rhea is on top of the world after she gets the keys of her new scooty. She took a selfie again, also she asked the salesman to click a photo of her sitting on the scooty with a helmet, a photo of her standing beside the scooty twirling the key with her index finger. She smiled brightly  checking the photo and send it to her father. She could imagine his smiling and proud face, she could imagine Saima, her best friend's reaction too. Rhea even though belonging from a small town has been living a life of being independent compared to her friend Saima. Hashim had ensured that his daughter should be no less than a son. Rhea was the only one in her friend's circle to have gotten a medical degree.

Rhea considered herself blessed to have a father like Hashim.

Rhea opened the google map and searched for a nearby café, she wanted to have some snacks and celebrate her first victory. She wished she had someone to celebrate this day with her. She wished she had her dad here. Nevertheless, this is life.

Taking the directions from the map, Rhea landed in front of a Café coffee day outlet. Carefully she parked her scooty and climbed down. Driving in Delhi is unlike driving back home, but Rhea being a fast learner she managed the road very well.

Rhea looked at the menu poster stuck above the counter and also at the delicacies at the counter. She frowned looking at the options.

'I will have a croissant and one café latte' she placed her order to a young girl behind the counter. She nodded her head and asked Rhea to wait for some minutes as she prepared her order.

Rhea waited patiently tapping her feet to the music playing in the background.

Soon, she took her order and sat on a seat in a corner seat. She took another selfie, she didn't like it, so she deleted the photo and took yet another. She smiled as she liked this one, she sends the photo to her dad with caption

Eating at CCD

After she had her fill she left the CCD outlet and took out her mobile, she decided to head towards Connaught place. Rhea has heard a lot about that place and decided to check it out.
