After the kiss, Rhea blushed brick red and lowered her gaze. She is amazed at her boldness. But she did what she felt was right, and she is happy that she shared her first kiss with the man she loves. Shad smiled at her and cupped her face. She is still not looking at him, she is shy to meet his gaze.

'I love you' he said softly. Rhea blushed and hugged him. Suddenly, everything seemed happy and perfect, like nothing bad happened and nothing bad can happen. Shad kissed the top of her head and wrapped his arms tightly around her.

The rest of the day went smoothly. Rhea wasn't miserable anymore, she was the happiest. Her cheeks continued to burn as she kept replaying the kiss in her head. Shad too had widest smile he ever had. His patients were surprised, noticing a glow on his face.

By night, Shad and Rhea had planned a dinner date for the weekend and Rhea was in seventh heaven. Shad assured her nothing can spoil this date.

Rhea climbed on her scooter, butterflies in her stomach as she thought of the things that could happen between them in the date. She drove with dreams in her eyes and shy smile on her lips.

Eifad had asked Tansen to leave early, she will drive on her own. Eifad had left her cabin early and waited inside her car in the parking lot. She smirked watching Rhea come, she seemed lighter on her feet and it burned Eifad. As Rhea drove, Eifad drove behind her.

Rhea is mindlessly driving. Suddenly a car came in high speed from the side. Suddenly, Eifad slightly turned her car almost crashing into Rhea. Rhea to avoid Eifad's car, took a sharp turn and fell into a deep pit. Rhea was thrown out from her bike and into the thorny bushes and piles of dried leaves. She got scratches and bleed profusely, her body ached and her helmet wasn't of much use, she had hurt her head. Soon, she lost consciousness. But, before Rhea's scooty crashed she had glimpse of Eifad in the car.

Eifad didn't stop, she sped away. She took a U-turn and drove back to the hospital with an evil grin on her face.

'I am sorry Rhea. But Shad is only mine and whoever tries to come between us will suffer the same fate.' She thought devilishly.

Shad is surprised when he noticed Eifad's car missing. She too wasn't in her cabin. Has she gone home? Is she still angry with him? Shad wondered. He dug his hand into his pocket to take out his phone when he remembered his phone is still with Eifad. Shad cursed under his breath.

'Hey!' he heard Eifad's voice from behind him. He turned around. He rubbed his eyes when he saw she is smiling. She seemed happy, a very rare sight.

'Hey' Shad said little surprised. Eifad informed him that she had send Tansen home and now is going to take him out for dinner. Shad nodded. He is still trying to grasp the reason for her changed behavior.

She opened the passenger seat for him, he sat. She went to the other side and sat on the driver's seat.

Shad buckled his seat belt and turned around.

'Here' Eifad handed him his phone.

'Thanks' he replied eyeing her suspiciously. Eifad smiled and started the ignition. Shad kept watching her from corner of his eyes. She seemed to have a straight face but a small smile on her face. Shad shrugged and turned his head looking out from the window.

Shad was full after dinner. Surprisely, Eifad seemed happier and was talking more than usual. At first, Shad was suspicious but then seeing her smile and happy, he is happy. Shad had wanted to shift back home but Eifad insisted one more night. Seeing her in a happy mood, Shad couldn't refuse.

After Shad, had retired to his room, Eifad walked into hers. She quickly changed into her black night gown and left her room.

She took out a big canvas and made it stand. She tied her hair in a messy bun and picked up a brush. She began her painting.

Half an hour later, she is done. She took a step back and looked at the portrait of Rhea she had just made. She smiled looking at it. She recollected the accident, the look on her face when she fell into the pit. Eifad took a step closer and placed her hand on the face of the painting.

'I am sorry...Rhea...' she said caressing the jawline, her tone slightly above whisper and her eyes dark.

'May your soul rest in peace...' she smiled to herself.

Eifad is the happiest, the biggest threat to her Shad, Rhea is now gone. Gone, forever. Now, once again Shad is hers, only hers.

Eifad dipped a brush in red paint and wrote above Rhea's portrait

"RIP RHEA"

And in the corner of the painting, along with her sign, she wrote, "I AM SORRY!"

Shad had gotten up to drink water, but his water jug was empty and so he decided to have water from the kitchen. As he walked, his gaze fell upstairs. He frowned noticing lights to Eifad's study on. He looked around and slowly climbed up stairs.

'Eifad!' he called. There is no response. He walked towards the room. The door to the study is slightly ajar. Shad like everyone else has never seen what is inside the study. He got curious and couldn't stop himself. He took a step closer and placed his hand on door knob. He is about to push the door open.
