Tesoro x Reader

It was simple. Everything was planned out, nothing to go wrong. Security high, everyone scrambling to get the finishing touches, while you sat. Sitting at the mirror, brushing your (H/C) hair. A dress is what you wore, a ballgown to be exact. Embroidered gold on the trim of the dress, corset, sleeves and some patterns on the white skirt. You were simply beautiful. Carina had helped with the makeup and then went to fetch the veil. Yes. You were to be married today. A grand show to everyone. Literally everyone. You glanced to the flyer your name beside Tesoro's. Followed by, "A Grand Wedding Across the Whole New World."
You giggled turning back to the mirror, Tesoro always made a big deal out of everything. He spread the news across the world quicker then you could say gold. But. It was because he loved you. And did everything in his power to keep you safe. He told you about Stella, and how he tried to save her. That was when you saw him break before you. He was expecting you to leave because he loved someone before you. But. You only smiled and stayed beside him, and that's when he fell in love again.

The door opened but you were too busy pinning up your hair. You heard it close and footsteps approach. Once you had finished you turned and gasped. Tesoro stood with a soft smile on his face. You tore away from his dressed up form and covered the side of your face. Keeping contact away.

"Tesoro! You can't see the bride before the wedding." You gasped.

He chuckled, "I couldn't help myself."

You smiled looking to your dress, "You better leave before Baccarat comes in."

"What is she gonna do? Your going to be my wife. I can see you whenever I want."

"Tesoro!"

You lowered your hand seeing Baccarat in the doorway out of the corner of your eye, she snapped and pointed out of the room.

"Do you want bad luck? You better get out of here." She barked.

He pursed his lips before glancing to you one last time. Then left without another word. She shut the doors as you turned to her. She wore a gold dress with two slits showing off the sides of her legs.

"You look beautiful." She said.

"Oh. Thank you." You smiled.

She approached you placing a gold veil on your head. A small gold tiara was pinned to your head as well. She tilted your chin up and smiled.

"Tesoro is a lucky man." She said.

You smiled, "Says the lucky lady."

She smiled helping you up, you two walked over to the window and glanced to all the people in the stands.

"Tesoro does know how to get the news around quick." You muttered.

You noticed Doflamingo in the stands, with his 'family'. A few marines you knew, and. A celestial dragon. Your eyes widened and touched your chest.

"Why is he here?" You asked.

"Tesoro personally invited him. You'll see why." She said.

You glared to the man, the man who inflicted pain to you, who starved you, touched you. The man you wished would burn, drown, be killed, anything to kill him. You and Baccarat left the window. As the lights started up you knew it was time. You and Baccarat headed to the stage. Where you climbed a stair case to a pedestal. Each time your heels clicked against the steps your felt your heart race. You grew nervous, as you took the last step you turned to Baccarat and Carina.

"Hey! (Y/N) catch!" She called.

She tossed up a bunch of gold and white flowers bundled together. You smiled to them before to the girls. They waved before the star had shut around you and then started to move. You heard people cheer and cry out. You bit your lip shutting your eyes. Taking in some breaths, relaxing yourself, once you opened your eyes. The Star was opening and you were brought out into the light. You batted your eyes adjusting to the lights on you. Everyone was in awe, along with those who were crying. You turned to Tesoro who stood on stage. He was smiling proudly as he pulled off one of his rings. He flicked it up to your pedestal, and a case of stairs formed. You smiled as you made your way down the stairs. He approached the stairs holding out his hand. You had taken it as you reached the last step. He smiled kissing your hand as the ring formed back and fell. You held out your hand as it fell into your hand. He smiled and lead you over to. Akainu. Upon Tesoro's request, he was to wed you. Something about him didn't sit right with you. You clutched Tesoro's ring in your hand.

"Marines, Pirates, and those who have joined us, we are gather-"

Cannon fire broke out earning everyone's attention. A small ban of pirates broke in, they howled there foreign war cry.

"Tesoro, I wasn't expecting anyone else to arrive." You spoke.

"Nor was I." He said.

You looked to the now silver ring in your hand before back to the pirates.

"Tesoro! We're here to steal your bride and your treasure!" He cried.

You couldn't help but giggle, Tesoro chuckled as well.

"Oh you want her?" He glanced to you, "Then come and get her."

The crowd was shocked that Tesoro would give you up so easily. But, he knew. That Silver was stronger then Gold. You tossed the ring up and down in your hand. Waiting for them to get close enough, and once they did. You tossed the ring onto the ship. Where the silver melted off and took the head of the ship. They cried out as it started to crush the ship. Tesoro raised his hand and clutched his fist as the gold had taken its form on the people and crawled slowly up there bodies. The people cheered as the two of you smiled turning to each other.

"May I continue I don't have all day." Akainu spat.

"Yes please." Tesoro said.

"We are gathered here to bring these two together. If anyone objects to this marriage please speak now or forever hold your piece." Akainu sighed.

After a moment of silence Akainu spoke more more.

"Do you (L/N) (Y/N), take Gild Tesoro to be your husband, in sickness and in health, for richer or poorer, to love and to cherish, from this day forward until death do you part?" Akainu asked.

"I do." You said.

"Do you Gild Tesoro, take (L/N) (Y/N) to be your wife, in sickness and in health, for richer or poorer, to love and to cherish, from this day forward until death do you part?"

"I do." Tesoro said.

Akainu sighed, "Exchange the rings." 

You placed a silver ring on Tesoro's finger. As he placed a gold and diamond on your finger.

"I pronounce you husband and wife. You can now kiss the bride."

Tesoro smiled pulling back your veil and cupping your cheeks. He kissed you softly earning cheers from the crowd. And being the tease he was, nipped your bottom lip softly. You pulled back with a squeak having him smile. There was fireworks and gold and silver glittered down onto the crowd. Tesoro and you held hands and waved to the people. Before the lights went out and you two were taken to your private quarters. You lied on the bed looking to the two golden rings on your hand. Your engagement ring and your wedding band. You smiled raising your hand into the air to get a far away look at it.

"What are you doing?" Tesoro asked.

You sighed, "I can't believe I'm Mrs. Gild Tesoro now."

He chuckled putting up his top hat and setting aside his sunglasses.

"I'm proud of you today." He said.

You glanced to him lowering your arm, "How so?"

"You took care of yourself."

You smiled, "I didn't do anything really. But thank you."

Tesoro approached you and held out his hand. You smiled taking it he placed your hand on the cease of his arm.

"I have a little surprise for you too. A wedding gift."

He lead you out of the room. And down to a double doored room. He opened the doors as the celestial dragon sat in a chair in the room. Gold wrapped around his ankles and wrists. He looked pretty battered and tattered. You glanced to Tesoro who laughed.

"Now that's funny." He grinned.

"Why is he here?" You asked.

"Karma my love. It's time for your revenge." He said.

He handed you a silver vase, which melted into a silver whip into your hand.

"You. You." You muttered.

You lashed out, cutting, spitting and crying at him. Until you had enough, you fell to your knees and cried. Tesoro picked you up in an arm you cried onto his shirt clutching onto it.

"Let me go. I'll tell the Marines and your little casino will be shut down!" He cried.

"Tanaka." Tesoro said.

Then he turned taking you two back to the room. He lied you down onto the bed. Your hands clutched your chest as your glassy eyes glanced up to him.

"Th-Thank you." You sniffled.

He smiled, "No one sees you cry and lives to tell about it. He will be taken care of. So in the mean time."

He kissed away your tears slowly unzipping your dress. Pulling it down your figure to the lacy underwear. His fingers traced the star on your breast. He raised your body up and kissed it.

"I won't let anyone hurt you again. I promise. I may have lost Stella. But. I'm not losing you." He said.

You smiled kissing the top of his head.

"I'll always be by your side." You said.

He smirked, "After all, Silver is stronger then Gold."
