Luckily I wasn't sick tomorrow so I got up and went downstairs, I was a bit tired though. I looked at the time and noticed that I was going to be late for the bus if I don't hurry, I must have woken up late. Where are mom or my brothers, they usually wake me up if I'm not awake on time. They must be asleep still which is kind of unusual. Oh well, I went outside and went to the bus stop, the bus was already coming down my street. Good thing I'm not late, I get on the bus and sit down to rest my legs. We got to Yuzu's stop and today she got on, she looked allot better than yesterday too. She sat next to me "thanks for visiting me yesterday" she smiled.

"Yea, it's no problem" I smiled "I'm just glad you're better" I said and the rest of the time we just talked about random stuff like what we like and what we do.

"You play basketball? That's awesome, maybe we should play sometime" Yuzu says.

I smile, "we can tonight if you want" she nodded and after that the bus got to summer school and we went our separate ways until we got onto the bus again. Around 4:00pm we went to a basketball court, I brought the basketball, and we started playing.

She was actually pretty good, I wonder if she's ever played before or ever thought of joining the team, I shot the basketball but it was blocked by her hands, she grabs the basketball and runs to her basket and throws it in. In the end of the game she beat me by 1 point. "you're pretty good Yuzu, you should join the team" I say.

"Oh, no, I couldn't, I couldn't have people staring at me, it's too embarrassing" she said, I smile and hug her.

"you're so cute, you know that?" I said, it's not an uncommon thing to say to friends ..right? She blushes a little and nods smiling.

"And you're really cool, I wish I could be like you Yuri" she said.

"No, you don't" I say nodding my head no, "and I'm not very cool, I'm more of a delinquent, the only reason I'm going to summer school is so I can play basketball this year"

She smiles "I can tell, but that doesn't mean anything" she says. Wait, she can tell? Why did she want to be friends with someone like me anyways? Maybe I should ask.

"Why did you want to be friends with me anyways?" I asked.

I could tell she hesitated a bit before answering, she blushed a little more "well, I've been watching you for a while and I kinda ..I started to like you so I asked if you would want to be friends, though I expected you to say no"

I was kinda surprised "l-like me? What do y-you mean?" I stuttered.

"T-the kind of like, like where you kiss and I wanted to be t-together with you all the time" she said.

I gasped, I didn't know how to reply, this was all very knew to me, I've never had someone actually like me before. Why me? There are so many better people at this school. "W-why me?" I asked stuttering a little bit.

"I-I don't know, it just has to be you, I've never felt this way around anyone else, a-are you disgusted?"  she asked and looked away, though I can still see a blush on her face. I turn her face so she looked me in the eye.

"no, I'm not disgusted Yuzu" I smile and kiss her. She kissed back, though I guess I didn't expect anything less, after a few seconds we pulled away.

"D-do you like m-me too?" she asked, I was kind of hesitant, thinking about it a little bit, then I nodded and she smiled and hugged me. "Well we should get home" she said and I nodded again as we walked home hand in hand and this time I walked her all the way to her house because it was getting pretty late, then I walked myself home after saying our 'goodbyes.'
