Arlong, the wildest of all the rebels, became a pirate, wreaking havoc across the ocean floor... And some, such as the coward macro, entered into the slave trade. And so it was that they all went their separate ways.*

*Yet one day, a shocking event occurred that left each and every one of them dumbfounded !!*

Fishman: TIGER-SAN STOOD UP AGAINST THE TENRYUBITO !!

*Fisher Tiger's attack upon the Holy land of Mariegoise, at once earned him the title "Hero of slaves", and marked him as a terrible criminal. Upon hearing of this, Fisher Tiger's one time fellows from the fishman district came together...*

Jinbe: I would like to submit my resignation !!

Arlong: LET'S GO, YOU GUYS !!

*To protect him from the government against which he rebelled. To avoid discrimination between the former slaves whom Tiger had freed and those who had gathered of their own free will.. Every one of their members branded their bodies with the "mark of the Sun" covering the former marks of slavery. And thus began the Fishman crew knows as the "Sun Pirates" !!*

"I heard about these... The end of Fisher Tiger, the constant combat of Queen Otohime... And the way both of them ultimately met their ends for their ideals... It was still at the time I was roaming around after all..."

Jinbe: Ten years have passed since these events... Fukaboshi, Ryuuboshi and Mamboshi... The three princes have never wavered in their efforts. The King and Princess, too, have continued to address the Kingdom over the monitors.
