Albus' P.O.V

I was sitting in the common room with Peggy. Her head was in my lap and I was gently stroked her hair.

"Baby?" She asked.

"Yes?" I sighed.

"Don't you have detention?"

"Yeah but it's with Snape, I'm not going."

"You need to."

"It's whatever." I shrugged and she sat up.

"You can't just blow things off!" She yelled.

"I just did. Come on babe relax it's my life it, doesn't concerns you."

"I am sorry if I want my boyfriend to behave once in awhile."

"I do behave!"

"Albus just shut up!" She yelled.

"What's with you?" I sneered.

"What's with me? You're the asshole!" She yelled and clenched my fists.

"Don't you dare ever say that again." I yelled.

"You know its true Albus!" She yelled. I growled and gripped her hair tugging it. She screamed but much to my dismay the portrait opened and she was ripped from my grip. She looked at me with tears in her eyes as I was being held. "If this wasn't clear, we're over!" She screamed and stomped away. I looked at holding me and it was a very pissed off Snape.

"Potter I thought it was clear that you had detention tonight. When you didn't show up, I thought something was wrong so I came in here and what do you think I found?" He sneered. "What would that be professor?" I snapped.

"You man handling a fellow student!" He yelled. "I am taking you to the headmistress office at once." He said and grabbed me. I tried wiggling free but he casted a spell on me so I was immobile. He levitated me to the office, said the password and dropped me in a chair.

"This is certainly a surprise Severus." She said sarcastically. I've been in her office more times than not. He unbound me so I placed my feet on the desk. "Mister Potter this is not your house." I dropped my feet with a huff.

"Headmistress, he skipped out on detention and when I went looking for him, he was pulling Miss Zabini's hair." Severus said and she looked at me with horror.

"Mister Potter that is a serious offense."

"We were just playing." I said and Snape rolled his eyes.

"Like you were playing with Mister Malfoy the other day?" He asked and I rolled my eyes.

"Yeah sure."

"Mister Potter seeing as you can't go to detention or contain yourself; I have no other choice but to notify your father."
"Yeah okay."

"I am serious Mister Potter." She said. "And as for hurting a fellow classmate, twenty points from Slytherin and for skipping detention you'll be serving a month's worth of detention with me." She said and I rolled my eyes. "As of right now you Professor Snape will take care of you in detention for tonight. You're free to go." She said. Snape bound me again and levitated me up.

"You're just like your father." He hissed. "He liked to talk back just like you, you filthy swine. Why you haven't been kicked out yet is beyond me." Snape went on about how awful I was and how I could be better. Finally we made it to his classroom and he sat me down. "You'll be writing lines for two hours and after that you'll be scrubbing cauldrons." He told me.

"What kind of line professor?" I taunted and he got really close to me.

"Repeat 'I will not harm other students.'" He said and I sighed picking up the quill He confiscated my wand so I did it by hand.

By breakfast, my hand was numb so I rubbed at it.

"What happened with you and Peggy dude?" Kirk asked and I rolled my eyes shoving food in my mouth.

"She was being a bitch so I broke up with her." I said and his eyebrows shut up.

"She said you attacked her." He said and I shook my head.

"No she's lying. I grabbed her hair."
"That sounds like attacking to me."

"Shove it Marshall I didn't hurt her." I spat and he continued to eat. I rubbed at my hand and ate a little. The owls came in and mine swooped down next to me. I asked father to let me have an owl instead of a grimy little ferret. It was carrying a big red envelop and I groaned. "Fuck."

"Ha! Potter's got a howler." An older Slytherin yelled. I groaned and opened it as my father's voice became audible.

"ALBUS SEVERUS POTTER! I DO NOT SEND YOU TO HOGWARTS SO YOU CAN SCREW AROUND! GETTING DETENTIONS? SKIPPING OUT ON THEM?! AND YOU'RE HARMING OTHER STUDENTS?! YOU BETTER GET YOUR ACT TOGEHER OR I SWEAR I WILL YOU OUT OF THAT SCHOOL AND MAKE YOU LIVE LIKE A COMMON MUGGLE! I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO BE BABYING YOU SO YOU BETTER ACT LIKE AN ADULT OR SO HELP ME. I SWEAR TO MERLIN ALBUS, YOU BETTER CHANGE OR THERE WILL BE DIRE CONSEQUENCES!" He yelled and it blew up. I realized the whole hall was looking at me for a reaction so I simply just tossed the envelope to the side and waved to my audience. Everyone rolled their eyes and continued talking.

"What did I say Al?" James hissed.

"Fuck off." I yelled.

"No! I will not! Dad should just take you out of school; you're never going to change." He spat and I scoffed.

"I don't need to change, I am doing just fine."

"Oh yeah tell that to dad." Another voice was heard. I looked and Lily had sat down.

"Go away you're not supposed to be sitting here." I hissed and she rolled her eyes.

"Yeah like I'm afraid of a bunch of Slytherin's." She scoffed and someone tried to hex her but she blocked it. "I'm not a Gryffindor for nothing." She said.

"Yeah a Gryffindor with baby Malfoy." I pouted mockingly.

"You be nice to him you ass." She spat. "You better change or dad will take you out of school. And you know what the means?"

"What?"

"He'll probably make you live with Aunt Petunia, she hates magic and will make sure you don't use it."

"No he won't."

"Fine, don't believe me. Continue being an ass and see what he does. It's up to you." She taunted and then got close to me. "Have fun being a muggle." She sauntered off and I growled.

"Fucking shit." I mumbled.

Scorpius' P.O.V

Albus' sister sat back down next to Rose and huffed.

"He deserves to be sent to live with Aunt Petunia." She said and looked over at Rose whom I was sitting on the other side of.

"Well he'll be sent off to one of your family members, your father is busy with work." Rose pointed out and Lily nodded.

"Yeah and since our mum is gone, Albus has no one to watch over him."

"Well maybe it'll teach him some manners." Rose said and they looked at me.

"Well he needs to learn how to be nicer but maybe he's just sad about your mum?"

"James and I are sad too but he's acting like a bloody gangster. He was never like this and I hate it."

"When did he change?" I asked.

"After mum died so when he was ten. And after entering school."

"Well maybe he was corrupted by the other Slytherin's?" I suggested. "As much as I don't like him, I'm trying to give him the benefit of the doubt." I told them and they rolled their eyes.

"He's doesn't deserve the benefit of the doubt! All he does is hurts people!" Lily exclaimed. "All he does is make fun of you." She told me and I shrugged.

"I know but there's nothing I can do. I know he's an ass but he won't change."

"He and Peggy broke up."

"They did?" Rose asked.

"Yeah the bastard pulled her hair. He's getting wayyy too rough." Lily said. "He needs to calm himself."

"Well maybe now he will be nicer now that he's losing everything." I suggested and they looked at me.

"No." They said in unison. "He'll be more ruthless."
"Alright." I put my hands up in defense.

"What do you have planned today?" Lily asked.

"I um, I'm gonna firecall my parents because we need to discuss something and if everything goes well then talk to uncle Sev." I told them and they smiled nodding.

"Alright cool." They said and I finished my eggs.

"I'm gonna go now but come find me and maybe we can hang out."

"Okay see you later." They said and I made my way out of the hall. I bumped into someone and I was just about to apologize when I noticed it was Albus Potter and he was crying.

"A-are you alright?" I asked and he shoved me.

"Leave my presence at once." He said and I shook my head.

"Why are you crying?" I asked and he got close to my face. His eyes rimmed with tear and they delicately wet his face.

"It's none of your business Malfoy." He spat. "Leave." He hissed and shoved me hard. Sighing I walked away and to the common room. It was Saturday so mum and dad would both be home. I said the password and walked into the common room. No one was there so I firecalled my parents and dad's face showed up.

"Hey Scorpius, how are you enjoying school?" He asked.

"It's the usual." I shrugged. "Where's mum?" I asked and mum's face appeared.

"Right here hunny." She said. "Is everything okay?" She asked and I started to fidget.

"I um need to tell you and dad something." I said.

"Alright Scorpius, what is it?" They asked and I took a deep breath.

"Well um I'm um gay." I said. I closed my eyes to relax myself.

"Oh sweetheart! We're very proud of you!" Mum said.

"You are?" I asked and they nodded.

"Of course, we're happy you can be honest with us and yourself. So any guys catch your eye?" Dad asked and I blushed.

"Dad!" I groaned.

"What? Just curious."

"Not exactly." I mumbled. "I'll let you know if any boys decide to come my way." I said and they laughed.

"We'll hold you to that." Mum laughed. "We'll talk to you later, enjoy your Saturday. Have you done your work?"

"Yes." I nodded.

"Alright then enjoy the day. It's lovely outside."

"Alright love you guys." I said and they smiled.

"Love you too." They said and ended the call. With a giant smile on my face, I made my way to uncle Sev's office. Looking around, I saw no one. I knocked on his door to his classroom.

"Enter." He said and I walked in.

"Mister Malfoy, what seems to be the problem?" He asked.

"They were proud Uncle Sev!" I piped and he broke out into a smile.

"See I told you they wouldn't be mad! They love you and you cannot control who you love." He smiled. "Are you looking at any guys?" He asked and I blushed again.

"No." I mumbled. "They asked me that too."

"Well it's a common question." He chuckled. "Regardless I am happy you can be honest with them."

"I am too. Thank you Uncle Sev, really. I wouldn't have been able to tell them I was gay if it weren't for your confidence boosting."

"Of course Scorpius. Now get going, it's a nice day, it shouldn't go to waste." He said and I nodded.

"Alright bye." I said and walked out of his room. As I made my way out, I was grabbed and pinned against the wall. I was face to face with a smirking Potter.

"I know you're dirty little secret." He taunted.
