Next morning was lazy one definitely.Last night event was successful and that gave everyone rest.Prabhas decided to spend few days at home.Next he was to join for shoot.So he intended to complete work from home regarding his production house.

Ipshita was sitting on his father's lap.She made a face not ready to have milk.Prabhas made cute faces.He was having fruits.He used fork every time and made her hear jokes.Funny faces and could finish half of glass.

Anushka checked the neat ends of her cotton stole climbing down the stairs.She looked like fairy on earth in white.Her hair were tied in simple braid.The light mark on middle of her forehead made his heart churn.

She kissed Ipshita and got a wink from her husband.His winks and stares still makes her nervous.He loved the effect he had on her.

She instructed helper something and took her seat on table.Picked up an apple.Ipshita whispered something her father's ears.He gave her high five.Anushka raised her brows.

A-"What is it?Tell me also."

She cutely took bites from apple.

P-"Its a secret between us.Sorry."

A-"I see.Ipshu has forgotten amma now.Okay."

Ipshita climbed to her mother's lap and placed a sloppy kiss n her cheeks.In return Anushka kissed her back tickling her.

P-"Wow.So when am I getting such treat?"

Anushka widened her eyes at him.She gestured to their daughter then back to him.Prabhas gave a cool look.He showed her his both cheeks,stubble and then lips.She blushed.

I-"Amma.You give what Naana is asking for.We shouldnt say no to anyone.You taught me that day."

Anushka was taken a back when Prabhas coughed.He gave a coy look to her.Then took his daughter back.

P-"Your amma doesnt love me.See.Naana is sad.She is not giving me."

Getting perfect escape from situation she had to run away.

I-"Its ok.I am with you naana."

He kissed her daughter and played with her for some time.

Prabhas was combing his hair in front of mirror.He smiled at his wife busy making bed.Inspite of having number of helpers around she loves doing her own work.One of things he admired.Loved her for.

A-"You arent going anywhere today?"

P-"You want me to stay.With you?"

A-"I was only asking.Have to prepare lunch."

P-"How romantic.My wife has become boring."

A-"I was always.Dont you remember."

P-"Really?I dont.Then how we made a daughter."

A-"When will you stop being notorious.With Pishu around.She is pocking things now.Dont do that."

He looked the door and grabbed her hands.Pulling her to him.She got cautious and felt his hands sneaking around her waist.

P-"Who told you to look like fairy on earth such early morning.All your fault.You are a distraction."

He kissed her cheeks.Red hue formed on her face.He cupped them and bit.She gave a cute pout.

A-"It hurts."

P-"Ow.sorry.Baby."

She hit him on his chest.And hid her face there.His lips braced her head.They stayed like that when out of nowhere Ipshita came running.Both drifted apart in a second looking baffled.

They felt embarrassed.Anushka looked down while Prabhas bit his lips.Picking up his daughter.

I-"I also want to play with both of you.What were you doing without me."

Ipshita frowned.Her mother was biting her fingers.Three of them sat on bed.

P-"Hm.who told you we are playing.We were."

Anushka eyed him to stop.He blinked his eyes.She continued being nervous and combing her hair with her hand.

P-"We were.planning."

I-"Planning?"

P-"We were planning what to gift our little angel.She will be turning 6 soon.Wow wow."

Anushka touched Ipshita's head with affection.She was growing so fast.Like yesterday she held the baby in her arms for first time.The happiness surrounded them.Time was racing.

I-"Wow.Naana really.what gift.tell me."

P-"That has to be surprise.So you will know on your birthday."

I-"No.amma.I want to know."

A-"Sorry now thats a secret between us."

Ipshita crossed her arms and pouted.

P-"Sweety madam.Your daughter is just like you.stubborn."

A-"Yeah.and father also."

P-"No wonder she is our product."

P-"Okay.hey Princess.tell me how can I get smile back on this lovely face."

The little baby had her parents looking at her from both sides.She smiled inwardly.Again frowned.

A-"Ipshu.Naana is asking something."

I-"No.First promise me you will get me besttt gift."

P-"Oh.anything my princess wishes for.I will bring world your feet tell me."

He settled her on his lap.Getting his other arm around his wife.

I-"Promish?"

A-"Pinky promise.now tell me amma.What you want."

She played with small chain on her neck looking down.Smile never left her face.

I-"I.Want.a talking baby."

After lunch she was making coffee kitchen.While brewing it she felt presence of her husband.

A-"Pabsu.No."

P-"May I know why."

A-"because she is still a baby.I need to give her time.And I cant manage a new member."

P-"Please I know that you can.And I am there.You know we cant say no to her."

A-"She has to understand that.She can be stubborn but not all times Pabsu.Its okay we try to give her everything she asks for.Not always.We need to make her understand."

P-"I am not going to do that.I want to fulfill her every wish.Come on Sweet not asking for big thing.As if rocket from space."

A-"Yes.bigger than rocket.What do you think managing a new born is easy.She will start her tantrums once she finds us giving attention to someone else.Think about this."

She was done with coffee and handed him his mug.

P-"I am serious."

A-"And so am I.Now take this.People have come for work outside.Go.I will see Ipshu."

Night time:

A-"What are you doing.move aside."

 He panted and fell down beside her.Catching breath.Looked up and found her having water from glass.She took the quilt and covered them.Switching off the light.

P-"After so long.I got hold of you.Missed doing this."

He traced her bare arms and let his lips linger on her forehead.Her smile got him.He rested his head on her shoulder.She ruffled his hair softly.

A-"Glad that you are staying home this week.Will lighten Ipshu's mood."

He shifted closer with his eyes closed.Soft touch of her fingers relaxed him.

P-"Yeah.we can plan outing.She still looks upset."

A-"yeah.know reason.But.I should have stayed with her for night."

P-"Me too."

He kissed her other hand placing it near his heart.Played with her fingers.

A-"Really?Monster.you wished to be like this."

P-"Monster was thirsty of some blood.What to do."

She became silent for a while.He sensed that.Got on his elbow and looked at her face.She was playing with her chain biting lips.She does what when thoughtful about something.

P-"Whats bothering you?"

She batted her lashes down.Made him fall back and cuddled his chest.

A-"Maybe I was harsh on her.Should not have scolded.Was I too loud?"

P-"Sweet and loud?You werent baby.Give her time."

The evening one of their helpers visited them.Had a baby few days go and before leaving work wanted to meet Prabhas and Anushka both.They helped her a lot.Ipshita was delighted to get to see another baby.That made her more sad.Because she was adamant asking for thing her mother tried to say no.Prabhas could only witness the silent exchange between the duo.

A-"I was thinking.Can we.take a chance.I mean.I"

He shot immediately and smile brightened her face.

P-"Seriously?"

A-"I am only thinking."

P-"Nice.I can invade your thoughts.So.can we."

A-"God save me from father and daughter.Both are alike."

He chuckled and embraced her in his arms for the night.

Happiness and sadness part of life.What matters how we balance them in life.
