I slapped Zamasu away from me, and quickly stood up, immediately regretting it.

I clutched my side, and ran for it.

The thing is, I didn't even know where I was.

I heard fast footsteps approaching my location, and I knew I needed to act fast or I'd be caught.

I ran into a random room to see a smirking Goku Black. It was as if he was waiting for me.

I turned to run back out but Zamasu stood in the door frame and he didn't look too happy.

'Crap! I'm so screwed!'

~~Piccolo's POV~~

'I should probably apologize for breaking their ribs..'

'Don't they hate me? I hate them too!'

My thoughts were jumbled around as I flew to Bulma's place, where I knew they'd be.

When I arrived, Bulma and Vegeta were outside, seemingly wandering around like lost children.

"What's going on?" I asked.

"(Y/n) disappeared last night, and we don't know where they went!" Bulma exclaimed, calling her name.

Vegeta was standing in front of two broken trees with his arms crossed.

I walked over to him.

"(Y/n) caused this, I can tell from the marks on the trees. They were training, but when?" I spoke.

"Last night. Bulma never would have let them train while wounded, not only that, but she was sleeping. I was in the gravity chamber. (Y/n) could have easily snuck out."

'Sounds like something they would do.'

"They aren't at home?" I asked.

"Kakarot already checked. He said there was no sign of them."

'Why is my chest feeling heavy?'

I grunted. "You don't think they were taken, do you?"

"It's a possibility," Vegeta said bluntly.

I huffed.

"Boys! I'm calling everyone over! I'm sure they could help us out!" Bulma shouted to us.

I nodded to her over my shoulder as she ran inside.

We continued to observe the trees, looking for clues on where (Y/n) went until everyone else showed up.

Bulma brought them over to us, and explained what we think happened.

"Knowing (Y/n), sneaking out to train while injured sounds like something they'd do," Gohan mumbled, chuckling a little.

"Typical (Y/n)," Tien sighed, shaking his head.

"There has to be some other clue. They couldn't have just..vanished into thin air!" Krillin exclaimed.

"Quick question," Yamcha suddenly spoke.

"Sure?"

"Did anyone else get the anonymous note on their doorstep?"

We all stared at him.

"I'm guessing that's a no?"

"Duh," Bulma said, rolling her eyes.

Yamcha dug into his pocket and pulled out a small sheet of paper with writing on it.

It was passed around, and when it got to me, I skimmed over it.

To sum it up, it said: 'We have (Y/n). If you want them back, meet us around the outskirts of West City tonight. Come ALONE. Signed, GB.'

I passed the note to Vegeta, who also skimmed over it.

He grunted and crumbled it up, throwing it behind him.

"Well, whoever has (Y/n) obviously wants to pick us off one by one.." Vegeta mumbled.

Everyone nodded in agreement.

"..and that's exactly what we're going to do."

"WHAT?!"

I raised a brow.

"What are you talking about?! We'd be playing right into their trap!" Yamcha shouted.

"Geets, where are you going with this?" Goku questioned.

"Basically, he's saying that Yamcha does as the note says. But, we all go and watch from a safe distance so we aren't noticed. We'll attack all at once the moment the enemies show themselves."

Vegeta nodded, confirming my statement.

"Sounds like a decent plan to me," Tien sighed.

"These guys have some guts messing with us. They must be strong!" Goku chimed.

"I guess you could say that.."

"What do you think GB stands for?"

"Beats me. Got Babies maybe?" Yamcha joked.

When no one laughed, Yamcha sweatdropped.

"It's a joke."

"Oh, ha-ha," Vegeta said bitterly.

"We can meet up here later on today, and leave together. Yamcha can leave to West City a little earlier than us," Krillin suggested.

"I don't have an issue with that."

"Fine."

Eventually, everyone went their separate ways, but Gohan and I stayed.

"Piccolo?"

"Hm?"

"You've been acting a little..off lately. Are you okay?"

I just nodded.

"Is it (Y/n)?"

"No. You know I could care less about that earthling."

"Is that how you really feel about them, Piccolo?"

I balled my fists.

"I don't know! I'm sure I hate them as!" I snarled.

"But you aren't sure?" Gohan chuckled.

I just grunted.

~~(Y/n's) POV~~

Cold hard chains wrapped around my hands and legs.

I tried to stand up, but my ribs started to ache, and I couldn't take the pain anymore.

I sat on my knees instead, not liking the icy wooden flooring.

I listened closely as I heard my captors talking to each other.

"Did you give him that note?" Zamasu asked.

"I did. I don't know if he's read it though."

'A note? To who?'

"You do know that he more than likely isn't going to come alone, hm?" Goku Black inquired.

A moment of silence.

I huffed, and let my head hit the wall.

"You, mortal, have an event to attend tonight."

I jumped a little.

I looked up and glared at the two faces I've grown to hate.

"What are you talking about?" I spat.

"Your friend, Yamcha, is coming to 'bail you out' tonight. Alone."

My eyes widened.

"No, no, stop playing with me."

"What is there to joke about mortal?"

"You can't be serious.."

"We are."

'He can't be that stupid, right?'

Later that day, I was taken outside of West City, and tied down.

"Is this really necessary?" I scoffed.

Zamasu smirked. "Yes. We learned our lesson when you tried to escape the first time."

I grumbled.

"We also brought a special guest.."

I furrowed my brow.

"Who else did you drag into this madness?!" I yelled at them.

"I think you know them very well."

A woman with black hair was placed next to me.

I looked to my right, ready to apologize to the poor citizen who had gotten caught up in this.

I froze in place.

'Chi-Chi?!'
