Natalie is his assistant the one who helps him file paperwork, and helps keep an eye on his son, Adrien.  She has short dark blue hair with a single red streak in it.  She wears glasses, she is tall for her age.  She is her mid forties to early fifties.  She always has a kind word to share with people.  She is good at her job!  She the best friend to Emilie Agreste, Gabriel's  wife.  She is the only other one who knows the secret about her friend other than her boss. 

      Natalie would do anything to make Gabriel happy.  She is his best friend too.  She has always had a crush on him for as long as she can remember.  She never told him though as she did not want to ruin things between him and Emilie.  This is just the sort of friend she is and always will be, or so she thought.   

    Gabriel is so down lately.  He has been a villain who akumantizes people for as long as she recall.  He seeks to get his wife back at any cost.  He does not care who gets hurt in the process just as long as he gets his beloved Emilie back.  He is just not sure if his plan will ever work, or if it will always fail as it has so far.  He begins to wonder if the whole thing is even worth it.  It is not as if it were something that could be reversed if it did take place.  This both makes him feel relief and stress at the same time!  What if something goes wrong and something happens to some one else once Emilie returns?  Then, what will he do?   He is just not sure what to think anymore.

    Natalie sees her boss, and friend is more down than usual.  She wonders what it could be that seems to trouble him.  She knows he misses his wife, but surely there is more to it than this, right?  She approaches him as she sits him sit down in defeat with tears in his eyes.  She hugs him.  She hopes maybe this will reassure him that he is not alone because he still has her by his side.  She smiles and says,  "It is okay, I am still here for you!"

   After the whole Mayura incident, Natalie notices his akuma victims are weaker than usual.  Why is this she wonders?  Is it because he saw her get sick, after her use of the once damaged Peacock miraculous is that it?   Is it because he does not want to admit he has begin to gradually loose hope that his wish will ever come true when it comes to his dearly departed wife?    Is he afraid, he will akumantize someone who will be so out of control they will hurt his son, or even worse kill him?   

    Natalie tries as she might not to worry, so much about Gabriel.  It is rather unhealthy right?  It is not like can just forget about his love for his spouse and begin to see her-the servant girl-in a different light, now is there?   She feels rather foolish when it comes to her love for him.  She finally admits to herself in no one else that she feels more than attraction towards him.  She knows she would do just about anything to make him happy!  To see his smile again, if only for a moment.  

     Gabriel has no idea what struggles his side kick, or secretary  finds herself in at the moment.  He does know he is afraid what will happen to  Natalie  if she were to use the brooch again.  He feels like ever since she put herself at risk for him with the use of it that one time, he must be more careful!  He can not let her take the fall for him.  He must not do that at all.  He is sure if he did that his son, Adrien would not forgive him and neither would the bodyguard, The Gorilla as Adrien calls him.  He  must see to it she remains healthy.  It is bad enough he lost his wife!  Why to loose Natalie would be something worse than death itself.  It would be worse than any damage he could bring about with his akumas!  He is most certain if she were to die, he would loose it all together and what little sanity he had left would go right all with her.  

      So, he decides both as Gabriel and as Hawkmoth to use caution when it comes to who sends the helpers, as he likes to think of the akumas, or his minons too.  He shows this concern when it comes to this area that some of the villains get caught why faster than others.  It is times like these, he begins to second guess himself!  Why even bother?   Is it really worth it in the long run?  Does he still have a chance to succeed in the goal of ultimate power to grant his wish?  The chances of that are like what?  One in a million percent change, right?  

      It is a small percentage that  Gabriel  will get the ring, or earrings.  Let alone both at the same time!  Yet, he keeps on!  He continues this crazy battle of wits.  His strategy in which the victims are like pieces on a chess board, his staff is like the board, his lair the place where he stores all his pieces for when the need comes to move one, and finally there is his king which is the final move in which he hopes to win!  

     Natalie's  POV:  My boss may be a lot of things, but is certainly is not a quitter!  I can tell by his stubborn attitude and his prescient pursuit of the ladybug earrings and chat noir ring.  I can tell because he has been at this cat and mouse game for over two years now!  I just hope he really knows what he is doing!  I mean, is he really sure this is the best way to go about reuniting his wife with himself and their son?   Is he sure it is even safe?  What about the odds that someone might die?   What then?   

     Gabriel's  POV:  Should I continue to press on towards this goal ?   Is it really worth it?  How am I to know that ultimate power will even work?   If it does whose to say there will not be any side effects or trouble to follow?   Little is known as to what happens, after such a wish is given!  There does not seem to be much use of it the past other than a former ladybug who brought her partner back with it, a former Chat who brought his partner back, and the one case in which a  fox miraculous holder brought her father back.   In all of these cases, it is said that someone else went missing afterwards.  What does this mean?   Did the people simply vanish, and end up elsewhere, or did they die?
