Okay

So I've got some news

First off...

My mom tested positive for COVID.

It's likely I might have it, though I'm not feeling terrible... but I'm quarantining myself just in case.

I also drew myself a new pfp for insta. I felt bad about having the same pfp that someone drew for me two years ago, because we all know how much we cringe at old art. Imagine if they saw I still had their old art as my pfp.

I'd shudder and cringe 😂

I don't know if I'm gonna change it on Wattpad.. I'm still debating on it...

I wish the drawing came out better, but this is gonna be my insta and deviant art pfp for a while until I find/draw/get something better— 🤣

I also wanna talk about why I'm possibly an idiot

I have so many art projects in mind

It's crazy to think how many things I've planned and never got to them

Y'all remember how a while ago, probably over quarantine/over the summer, I said that I would draw out all of the spirits I use in SSBU WoL?

Haha ha guess who never got to it 😅

I don't think I'm gonna do it anyway. I wish I could, but it's so much commitment and work, and I keep coming up with newer and more fun ideas..

Another idea I had I never finished was the next gen profiles. I drew Jase's and Kali's, but I guess instead of continuing the profiles I just drew reference sheets for them. So far I have Jase, Kali, Ryder, Crystal, and Avery— so the original five— down for their sheets.

So I still have Coda, Maple, Chipper (I decided to make his full name Chipper and have it Chip for short— this is my new Taiream kid btw, and Maple is completely different now), Gale, and Skye.

I would draw more reference sheets, like for Juniper, Nova, Hunter... but at the same time, I don't think I will.

I'm kinda thinking of making those next gen stories in my Short Stories book invalid. I feel like it's strange to have Sonic and friends' kids go to school. If anything, they'd be living out in the middle of nowhere with their parents and learn to fight and use their powers and abilities. They're not meant for school.

Sooooo... yeah. Changing their backstories a bit. Personalities are still the same, but the backstories are gonna change since they're not school related like your basic high school drama.

I'm also thinking of scrapping Hunter and Nova as Gadget's kids. I don't do much with them anyway, so I dunno. I'm definitely gonna keep them as characters, but whether I keep them as siblings and Gadget's kids or not is up in the air.

Juniper is most likely staying. I'm debating whether Holly should stay, and I wanna carry over one of the boys. But who knows— we've got a large next gen cast going now that I gave Tails and Cream a third child, and I gave Jet and Wave their kids, too.

But that's besides the point. I was talking about other art projects I've planned.

Another thing I wanted to do was make I Love You Too into a comic. It would take so much of my patience to do, though, and I'd need the time and motivation.

I definitely want to animate it someday, but again, if I don't have the patience to make a comic, will I have the patience to animate?

I wanna start building up my patience towards these things 😅

But yeah... that's still in the air, but it'll take me forever to actually do it

Other things I definitely wanted to draw digitally were:
- a Hazbin Hotel related drawing
- Ezria (the last time I drew her digitally was before my digital style change—)
- redraw my 06 rewrite cover
- Undertale related shit

I also have more fake subs planned out (those mini dialogue prompts)... I have some for the OG Sonic cast as well as for the next gens. So expect those eventually.

I also wanted to do another art styles challenge with my avatar...

I've considered doing the following art styles:
- ATLA
- Dragon Prince
- Megaman
- Fire Emblem Awakening/Fates (difficult, I know ;-;)
- Yoshi's Island
- Ever After High
- Teen Titans (original and TTG)
- Winx Club
- (there were a shit ton I got from SSB...)

I would totally add She-Ra and Steven Universe onto that list, but they have such diverse facial features and body types that it's difficult to follow a specific style...

Another art project I've been thinking of is to make my own DTIYS, but I'm waiting for a god milestone...

I just got to 200 on insta. Maybe I'll wait till 300 if I even get there. I'd totally do it at 1k, but I don't think I'll get there, especially not quickly XD

And finally, probably my favorite idea I've had so far..

An art style challenge.

But with Tidal.

And drawing her in different Sonic artists' styles.

Recently I started following more Sonic artist accounts on Insta (even though their ships don't match up with mine— obviously since I'm in the minority—, their art is fantastic and I can't deny it), and I just can't stop admiring all of their art and be jealous at how they all have over 1k followers ;^;

I can't get over how beautiful her lighting is. She always puts some sort of lovely rainbow effect for lighting, and it looks so gorgeous, and I definitely wanna try that 😂

Maybe I'll do like ten total (including my own for comparison), so I'll need like one more that I can grab several references from. Time to browse through Instagram all over again— 🤣

There's Smokee Wolf (?) and then one that followed me— gah I can't remember their name thoughhhh... it started with an S. I feel so bad 🤣

Eh, we'll see. I know I definitely wanna do it eventually, but it'll take me ages.

Then again, the original 20 art styles challenge took me like two months since I kept procrastinating, so it's fair...

Then again, these are complicated art styles 🤣

So I might be an idiot for having all these ideas :/

As for other updates

06 rewrite chapter 2 is now edited. I'm currently editing chapter 3 ^^

Fellow artists that volunteered for chapter art, it might be a good idea to at least stay sketching/planning 😂

As for short stories, i kinda wanna write a mini story about the next gens that isn't in school, because like I said, they shouldn't be in school in the first place XDD
