Tampon and pad wrappers. Kind of a random rant, but to be honest, this rant is abnormally true. So here goes nothing.

Imagine this. You're on the toilet in the girls bathroom and you're about to change your pad or tampon. You open your new pad or tampon and guess what? While you're opening it, THE WRAPPER IS AS LOUD AS A FLIPPING GUNSHOT! Or it might as well be.

So anyway, you do your business. You change your pad or tampon and then you throw the old pad or tampon away in that bin thingy on the wall of the bathroom stall. And then you open the stall door, to find a couple of girls waiting for someone to get done with one of the stalls so they can use the toilet. They're all laughing at you. Your face is burning with embarrassment, and you know that by the end of the school, the whole school (or at least your grade) will know you're on that time of month.

Therefore, I would like to make a suggestion to Playtex, Always, Equate, and any other company that makes pads and tampons.

MAKE YOUR STUPID WRAPPERS QUIETER!!! NO ONE NEEDS TO KNOW THAT WE'RE CHANGING OUR PAD/TAMPON!!! ISN'T IT BAD ENOUGH THAT US GIRLS HAVE TO HAVE PERIODS IN THE FIRST PLACE?!?! AND NOW YOU'RE JUST ADDING ON TO THE SUFFERING BY MAKING SURE YOUR WRAPPERS ARE AS LOUD AS POSSIBLE SO EVERYONE KNOWS YOU'RE ON IT!!!
