Night

The word pyaar was just growing on shivaay .From childhood he has been with her ,but he had never thought this .That's what which was confusing him . Maybe it's because he didn't knew what is love ,what would it feel like when you are in love since annika was the person who grew with him ,lived with him .Definitely she is the first priority for him in life but that aspect didn't mention him that he is in love because according to him annika is ...is like a lifeline.... a reason of himself , a mark of destiny of his's.His heart knew all these options when it's about annika ,but it failed to explain him that ,these pave his path to love .It is usual ,because with a person whom you keep on mentioning to be a friend couldn't  just suddenly become your love .But in shivaay's case ,he was in love with her since long back maybe from the small age even ,it's just that they didn't face any situation or time didn't bring them to a point to explore their friendship turned love anytime .

But at this point ,with living through all the emotions pondering in his heart. He declared ,"if all these feelings of mine are love ,then I haven't loved you since today or few days back annika ....the moment you became my paanika and I became your idiot is what the span is.Agar ye sab hi pyaar hai ...tho hai pyaar tujse, meri paanika se "he thought while staring at the reflection of the shining moon falling on the pool.Before even he could realize a kind of contented smile spread all over his face .He loved the fact that he was in love with his girl .He wouldn't have felt more happy than this for anything if it wasn't this .Him loving his annika ,had all the reasons for him to feel an emotional yet incredibly flourished heart .

S- I've been loving you all these days ...aur ye bath muje pata bhi nahi chala .(he chuckled )

Suddenly his curves went down ,showing up a sad face ...or maybe an afraid face.

S- kya annika mujse pyaar karthi hai ?Karthi hai tho ,why would she accept this marriage ?(his tone seemed worried )

His mind which was wandering through all this was disturbed by a sudden loud noise from the kitchen .Being confused he went to the kitchen .It was dark  before he switched on the lights there and instantly his eyebrows widened to witness annika there .She stood at the corner of the room with a glass of water .She was still in her engagement dress ,with all her accessories removed and her hair gathered to get tied up in a messy bun.

S- it's 12am ,haven't you slept yet?

A- vo ,I'm not feeling sleepy .Just came to drink water but andhere mei dikayi nahi kuch isliye ,(she bent down to replace the plates which fell down)

He felt something was wrong with her ,he kneeled down opposite to her and slowly lifted her chin to meet her eyes .

S - teek ho tum?

A- muje kya huwa,I'm good.(she smiled faintly )

S- no ,(he nodded negatively)come let's go (he pulled her up to stand)

A- kahan?

S- walk mei .

A- ab?are you serious?Kal shaadi hai meri ,if aunty comes to know then ...(interrupted)

(Since Dev had to leave to States as soon as possible, a close marriage date was fixed )

S- just for sometime ,plss ...we will return in half an hour ,I promise.

A- (sighing ) chalo phir .

It's been 10 minutes, and still both didn't utter a word , it was just too new for them .He ,who desperately want to know whether she had the same feelings for him as his's, tried initiating the conversation.

S- so paanika ,kal teri shaadi hai .After that, you will leave to States ...you will leave OM...you will leave mom ...and finally you will leave your idiot .Chutkara milega tuje ,iss idiot se ...haina ?(his voice shivered slightly)

The moment his words ended he found her to have stopped walking as she stood glued to the road with her eyes not looking at anything in particular but they did seem to be in the verge of crying soon.

S- Anni..(interrupted)

A- really aise lagtha hai tumhe ?Is it the end then ?Idiot aur paanika ...katam??(her pain was clearly visible in her eyes )So that's all you knew about me ,do you even know how hard it is for me to even think of leaving you ?(tears rolled on her cheecks )Dusron ki feelings ko ,unke emotions ko samajna seeko pehle (her each word was pronounced with some interval in between and it felt like she was taunting him )

S- enough ,did I force you to take this decision ? Infact, I was the last one to know about this .Ye jo bhi ho raha haina ?vo sab teri kudh ki faisla hai .Tuje pata hai mein kis haal mei hoon ?what I'm going through?(he held her shoulders tightly) bass tumne boldiya ki mei kisiko samaj nahi raha hoon .Yahan dard ho raha hai muje (pointing his heart )yahan ,jab tum uss Dev ki saath hothi na tho muje ...(interrupted)

A- what... are you saying ?...shivaay ?(she asked suspiciously)

S- (taking a deep breath) I don't know whether I should be asking this to you now ,but ...

A- kya ?(she almost whispered in a fear of something she didn't knew the reason even )

S- annika ...just tell me one thing .Itne saalon se jaanthi ho na muje... kya ek second ko bhi ,tumhare dil mei mere liye pyaar.... nahi aaya ?(he asked looking into her eyes )

The second his words hit her ears ,her eyes went even more wet .Her lips shivered wavering. She forgot to blink, what was she supposed to do now? .Where has life made her stand ?What answer would she give him now ?

S- bathao annika ,didn't you feel love for me anytime ?(strengthening his grip on her shoulders )Kabhi nahi ?Bathao annika ,didn't you ever love me ?(he stressed his words demanding an immediate response)

Within no time he felt her jumping into him attaching  herself in a hug ,crying hysterically with her face buried into his crook of the neck .She clung her hands around his shoulders and continued pouring fresh tears which made his crook wet .She didn't seem to stop now ,infact her cries just turned more through each moment making him go feared. He gradually placed his palm on her head and held it while showering some tender kisses on her hair without his conscious even .Her well tied up hair had fallen free long ago ,which he was just caressing smoothly still pecking it here and there continuously.While she just closed her eyes and clunged more close on him such that her legs were slightly above the ground ,by now it was just her continuous sobs which could be heard .

And suddenly out of no where ,she moved....moved by pushing him away .Her face looked disaster struck ,her puffy eyes again started watering. She ran her fingers through her hair roughly before closing her mouth with her palms and stayed stunned .On the other side ,he was baffled .

S- an..ni..ka...kya huwa ?(he stammered witnessing her vulnerability)

Without answering him she immediately turned and ran towards the house .

S- annika ...annika ...(he shouted but she didn't stop )

Reaching OM ,she rushed to her room and hit the bed after banging the door hardly .Scooping herself into a tiny thing ,she curled round holding her knees closely while lying.

A- ye kya hogaya ?(crying  ) why ? Why should I suffer everytime ?I couldn't even express my love for shivaay....kyun?(she facepalmed and cried )(after a long silence )I'm sorry shivaay ...I love you shivaay ....bahut pyaar karthi hoon tujse ,but I couldn't tell this to you.

She remembered, the conversation between pinky and dev's mom .

A- (crying hysterically)Mein pinky aunty ko hurt nahi karna chahthi hoon .I won't let her down,vo meri maa jaisi hai .Mein uski bezadhi ki vaja nahi banna chahthi hoon .(nodding negatively)Mera pyaar uski kushi ke saamne haar chukki hai.I shouldn't do this ....I'm sorry shivaay ...(she shivered while crying )
