Goku, Cap, Falcon, and Maria secretly entered the Triskelion, thanks to Goku's Instant Transmission. They then find their way to the Communication systems, as they knocked on the door. One of the men in System opens the door, as Sam and Maria pulled out their guns and Goku creates a sphere of ki. Steve walks up to him, and excused them as they entered into the room.

After getting control in the Communication System, Steve was the one who decided to speak for the SHIELD Agents.

Steve: Attention all S.H.I.E.L.D. agents. This is Steve Rogers. You've heard a lot about me over the last few days. Some of you were even ordered to hunt me down. But I think it's time you know the truth. *he sighs as he continues* S.H.I.E.L.D. is not what we thought it was. It has been taken over by HYDRA. Alexander Pierce is their leader. The S.T.R.I.K.E. and Insight crew are HYDRA as well. We don't know how many more, but I know they're in the building. They could be standing right next to you. They almost have what they want: absolute control. They shot Nick Fury, and it won't end there. If you launch those helicarriers today, HYDRA will be able to kill anyone that stands in their way. They must be stopped. I know I'm asking a lot. The price of freedom is high; it always has been. But it's a price I'm willing to pay. And if I'm the only one, then so be it. But I'm willing to bet I'm not.?

He leans back as Sam walks up to him.

Sam: Did you write that down, first or was it from the top of your head?

Goku: I think from the top of his head.

After a small battle, the Heilcarriers were launched as some SHIELD Soldiers fight of the Hydra soldiers from below. Steve, Goku, and Sam ran out to the the carriers as they launched.

Sam: Hey, Cap? How would we know if their the bad guys?

Cap: If they shoot you, their evil!

Sam opens his wings and flies of as Goku and his Father dropped down to a carrier that was raising up.

Steve: *looks at him* You know what to do right?

Goku: If they shoot you, fire back, no hesitation.

They charged at some soldiers that are shooting them. Goku creates some shock blasts, sending them flying away as Steve fights some off. Some soldiers attacked Goku, but he just punches, kicks, and strikes them away, even tossing someone off the carrier.

Goku: Hey, are you guys this weak or what?! My mother can beat you all!

He blasts some soldiers with a ki blast, killing them without difficulty. He looks at the sky and sees Falcon being chased by a jet.

Goku: *in com* Dad, Sam is being pursuit by a jet? I'll see what I can do.

Goku blasts some jets that are in the carrier before hopping off the Carrier, and starts flying in the sky. Steve looks where he was flying, as he chuckles in amazement.

Steve: He can fight, heal, teleport, shoot energy from his body, now he can fly? What else this kid can do?

Goku follows the jet as it was closing in on Sam from below the carrier. He dashes quickly in front of it, catching the pilot by surprise, and punches through the glass, before firing a a ki blast inside. He flies off, as the jet explodes and he gets close to Sam as they were flying.

Goku: Hi, Sam. *dashes away*

Sam: What the hell?! *In com* Cap, you didn't tell me your kid can fly?!

Steve: Well, there's a few things I don't know about Goku. But I'm glad he's using his abilities for good.

Goku goes back to the Carrier he was before and goes down into the targeting systems below and replaces one of the blades with the one he has with him.

Goku: Ms. Hill, I got one.

Maria: *In com* Good. Help your father to the next one.

Goku: Got it. *instant transmissions to his father* Dad got it.

Steve: Good job, Goku. Now, take me to the next one. Sam already got the second one.

Goku: Okay.

Goku grabs his father below the arms and flies off to the third Helicarrier, dodging any shots at them. Sam joins them as they landed on the carrier. They walked to the the targeting systems, until Bucky appears out of nowhere and tackles Steve away. Goku flies down to catch him him, and took him to the targeting systems below. He drops Steve at a bridge and floats near him.

Steve: Thanks, Goku.

Goku: No problem, dad.

Later, Sam tells them that one of his wings was removed by Bucky, during their fight. Maria contacts them that Rumlow was climbing up towards the Comm. System, until Sam said he'll take care of him. Goku and Steve were about to go to the System, but Bucky appeared out nowhere.

Goku: Do you want to fight him alone, Dad?

Steve: Yes.

Goku flies away as Steve and Bucky had a little conversation before starting a fight. Goku flies off distracting the turrets as they shot him. He even sent ki blast at the carriers killing some soldiers and destroying some ships. Then, he starts to notice the guns pointing at different directions.

Goku: Guys, the guns are are locking targets.

He starts destroying some guns, trying to distract them the best he can. Then, he stops as he sees the guns pointing at each other.

Goku: Well, better join the destruction.

He flies up and charges two ki blasts, waiting for them to fire at each other. After a long while, their started firing their guns at each carrier, and Goku sends two big blasts at two of them, except the one where his father was. He flies back to get his father, and sees his leaning against a railing.

Goku: Come on, dad. Let's go.

Steve: Wait, son.

Goku was confused, until he looks at where his father was looking, as sees Bucky stuck below a large portion of the carrier.

Goku: You're going to help him, right?

Steve: What do you think I was going to do?

Goku nods as he grabs Steve, and flew down to where Bucky was embedded. They start moving it, but the explosions where slowing them down, a bit, until Goku managed to removed the portion part and tosses it to the open hole. Then, Steve and Bucky started fighting, as Rogers tried to get Bucky to remember him.

He removes his mask, and drops his shield on the open window below him, telling Bucky that he's not going to fight him, and that he is his friend. Bucky just spears him down, and punches him several times, telling Cap that he is his mission. Goku was going to stop him until Cap tells Bucky to finish it.

Steve: Because I'm with you to the end of the line.

Bucky froze as he stares at Steve, not moving. Then, more parts of the carrier broke the floor below them, as Steve falls down to the water below. Goku goes down, as Steve lands on the water, swimming down and grabs his arm. Before he could go up, another arm grabs Steve and joins Goku in floating back up. They rose up from the water, revealing Goku and Bucky dragging an unconscious Steve out of the water. They let go as Bucky stares down at his best friend, as Goku watches him.

Goku: Are you okay, Mr. Barnes?

Bucky: *looks at him* Y-yeah. Are you going to bring me in?

Goku: It's not my choice, Mr. Barnes. You can go right now.

Bucky: After what I've done, you're letting me go?

Goku: *nods* You were brainwashed. I don't think you did it by your own free will, so everything you did, wasn't your fault. Plus, I don't think me and dad can convince authorities to not put you in prison.

Bucky couldn't believe that the kid he tried to kill before is just letting him leave. He looks down at Steve, giving a silent goodbye, before walking away. But he turns around looks at the young boy.

Bucky: What's you're name?

Goku: Goku. Goku Rogers.

Bucky was surprised by the last name, before chuckling thinking that Steve adopted the boy. He then leaves, as Goku watches him disappear, before going back to the water to retrieve his father's shield.

*Moments later*

After Steve recovered from the battle with his best friend, he, Sam, and Goku, who was on his shoulders, look down at a tombstone of Nick Fury. Then, he walks up to them, looking at his grave, with a disguise.

Fury: So, you've experienced this sort of this before.

Steve: You get use to it.

After a long pause, Fury speaks again.

Nick: We've been data minding Hydra's files. Looks like a lot of rats didn't go down with the ship. I'm heading to New York, tonight. Wanted to ask if would like to come.

Steve: *grabs Goku and puts him on the ground* There's something I got to do first.

Fury: How 'bout you Wilson? I can use a man of you're abilities.

Sam: I'm more of a soldier than a spy.

Nick: *turns to his tombstone* Alright then.

He sighs as he shook hands with Sam and Steve.

Nick: If anybody ask for me, tell 'em they could find me *gestures to his grave* right here.

He then pats Goku in the head.

Nick: You did very good out there.

Goku smiles as Nick leaves. Then, Natasha appears.

Nat: You should feel honored. That is close of him saying thank you.

Steve walks up to her as she closes in, as Goku follows him.

Steve: Not going with him?

Nat: *smirks* No.

Steve: Not staying here?

Nat: *looks up at him* I blew all my covers. I got to go get a new one.

Steve: It might take a while.

Nat: I'm counting on it.

There was a small pause, while they stared at each other.

Nat: That thing you asked for. *hands him a file folder* Call in a few favors from Kieth.

Steve looks at it.

Nat: Would you do me a favor? Call that nurse?

Steve: She's not a nurse.

Nat: And you're not a SHIELD agent.

Steve: What was here name again?

Nat: Sharon. She's nice.

After a small pause, he leans up and kisses Steve in the check. Then, she leans down a kisses Goku in the forehead. She goes back up and starts to leave, until she stops.

Nat: Be careful, Steve. You might not want to pull on that thread.

She walks away, as Steve looks down at the files, while Sam walks up to him.

Sam: You're going after him?

Steve: You don't have to come with me.

Sam: I know.

There was a long pause, until someone decided to speak.

Goku: When do we start?
