Cover/Title: The cover is beautiful. It's just what I thought I wanted to see. The title though is a bit cliché for me, I liked it too (surprisingly). Hence, it would be a 2/2 for me.

Description: So, for the description, I didn't get what I thought. If you would've added a little glimpse of the story and then given those credits, you would've scored a full in this one too. But it would be a 0.3/1 for me.

Storyline: Ok. As a reader, I'm speechless right now. It felt like I started reading the story 2 minutes back and it's done. Too fast for one shot. The story is good. I like the story but prank here and there just came too many times. And I feel, the song lyrics are more than what you've written. Write more. Put in your feelings. Also, kee in mind some grammatical errors. It would be a 1/2 for me.
