ONE WEEK LATER-

Today was Anika's wedding with Adhiraj's business partner's son, Randheer Sharma. Anika met him once and he was giving her all the weird glances and continuously checking her out which made Anika uncomfortable but she was sacrificing herself for her only family i.e. Shivaay and Kiara.

Anika was ready in her bridal dress but her eyes were empty and emotionless. She stopped feeling anything, after the day she got separated from her family.

She looked at the mirror with teary eyes.

A- I hate myself now. I hate that I'm away from you and Kiara. I hate my parents. I hate my fate. Why are you doing this, God? What was my fault? What was Kiara's and Shivaay's fault? I was happy for once in my life and that happiness was snatched from me. Shivaay, I need you.

A tear slipped from her eye and fell on the ring which Shivaay gave her during their Wedding.

SHIVAAY'S HOUSE-

Shivaay was sitting on his bed. His eyes were red and swollen due to crying and sleepless nights.

S- Anika, Why did you do this? I know something is not right otherwise you won't take a step like this. But why didn't you share your problem with me? I know your parents are involved in this but why won't you even talk to me or answer my texts or calls? I want to talk to you once, Anika.

He wiped his tears and looked at the wall clock. It was 10:30 a.m.

He was confused that Kiara still wasn't awake. Was she Ill?

He immediately ran towards her room and saw her sleeping on the bed. He sighed in relief and walked closer to her bed and caressed her hair. He turned her face towards himself and was shocked to see blood coming from her mouth.

S- Princess? Wake up? Kiara, baby? What happened? Wake up?

He was trying to wake her up but she was unconscious.

He immediately scooped her up in his arms and ran towards his car.

He made her lie down on the back seat and drove towards the hospital. His eyes were teary.

S- God, why are you testing us?

He soon reached hospital and took Kiara inside.

S- EMERGENCY! MY DAUGHTER IS NOT WELL. DOCTOR? DOCTOR?

Two doctors ran towards them and ward boys brought stretcher and Shivaay made Kiara lay down on the stretcher. She was immediately rushed to emergency ward.

Shivaay was waiting outside the ward and his eyes were teary.

He took out his phone and dialled Anika's number.

S- Please pick up, Anika. I need you.

He said as tears were making their way through his eyes.

ANIKA'S HOUSE-

Anika was crying when Anika's Mom barged into the room. She looked at Anika angrily.

Su- Why are you crying, stupid girl? Do you want to show the world that we're forcing our daughter to get married? Now wipe those tears and come. It's for your wedding and our lottery.

Anika's Mom smirked and looked at Anika. She instructed the makeup artist to correct Anika's makeup.

She then took hold of Anika's elbow and dragged her out of the room. Anika clutched her phone in her fist tightly.

As soon as they reached the mandap, Anika's phone vibrated in her hand. She looked at the caller. It was Shivaay. She first decided to ignore his call but then decided to answer his call.

As soon as she answered the call, she heard Shivaay's sobbing sound. She got extremely worried.

A- Hello,... Shivaay... What happened? Why are you crying?

S- Anika, Kiara...... She is.....in the...... hospital.

A- Wh.....at.....

Before She could hear Shivaay's reply, her father snatched her phone and was looking at her angrily.

Ad- Go, sit at the mandap. Randheer is waiting for you.

He held Anika's hand and was about to pull her towards the mandap when Anika pushed him with force which made him stumble.

A- You know what, I'm not a part of your drama anymore. You can't force me to get married to another person when I'm already married. Yes, you heard it right. I'm still married to Shivaay. I did a fake signature on the divorce papers so we're still legally married. I'll see you and your wife in court for threatening my husband and daughter's life and forcing me to get married. Don't worry, I've your audio recordings as evidence. And one more thing, you're not my parents anymore.

Anika relieved her frustration and ran towards the entrance. All the guests were shocked and Sharma's also broke their partnership with Adhiraj.

Anika sat inside her car and drove towards the hospital.

She immediately ran inside the hospital and asked Kiara's name at the reception and ran towards the Emergency ward.

As soon as she reached the Emergency ward, she saw Shivaay sitting on the chair with his head resting on his hands.

Her eyes welled up with tears.

She walked closer to him and rested her palm on his shoulder.

A- Shivaay!

She whispered his name and Shivaay immediately looked at her.

Shivaay stood up and engulfed her in a hug and started sobbing.

S- You came.

A- Yes.

They cried in each other's arms for a few moments and Shivaay broke the hug and pecked her forehead.

A- What happened to Kiara?

S- I don't know. She was very sad these days after you left and wasn't eating much. Last night, she had mild fever and today when I went to wake her up, there was blood coming out of her mouth. I was so scared. I don't want to lose her Anika.

Shivaay burst into tears and Anika hugged him.

They broke their hug when they saw Doctor coming out of Kiara's ward.

A- Doctor, what happened? Is Kiara fine?

D- Look, I won't lie to you or give you false hopes. Your daughter's condition is critical. Her liver is 98% damaged. We have to find a donor as soon as possible. We currently don't have a donor now but I've registered her name on number 1 on donor list. But as her blood group is O- so it's very difficult to find a donor for her. If any of your family members have This blood group, please ask them to take a test for liver match. Otherwise, I'm sorry.

A- Doctor, my blood group is O -, please conduct a test on me.

D- That's great. (To Nurse) Please take her for the test.

Nurse nodded her head and Anika went with her.

After the test was conducted, Anika and Shivaay were waiting for the results.

Doctor entered his cabin where Shivaay and Anika were waiting.

D- I have a good news. Anika's liver matched with Kiara. So we can transplant Kiara's liver today itself. But Anika, are you willing to donate your liver?

A- Yes doctor. Kiara is my daughter and I'll do anything for her.

Shivaay looked at Anika with teary eyes.

He entwined his fingers with Anika's.

Soon Anika was taken for the surgery.

After few hours, doctor came out of the OT and Shivaay rushed to him.

S- Doctor, how's my wife and daughter?

D- The operation was successful and both are healthy now. But now you have to take extra care of them

Shivaay nodded his head and thanked him.

Shivaay looked at Anika and Kiara through the OT window and Tears slipped through his eyes.

S- Thank you so much Anika for Saving our daughter. I'll be in your debt for my whole life.

He wiped his tears and smiled.
