He inserted his Game-Driver on him while it glowed, turning into a Desire-Driver.

Once converted to the Driver's true form, he inserted the Buckle onto the driver as you readied yourself to transform.

Shadow did his usual pose as he began to transform.

Shadow: Henshin.

He pressed a button on the Buckle as he hears X, Ultraman and Tiga's transformation rise sounds while the armour is inserted onto him on his lower jaw, arms and his upper torso of his Rider form.

After the transformation is complete, Beta Spark Sword appeared before him as he grabbed it, ready for combat.
