His friend draged him to cut the cake. He closed his eyes before cutting it as some of his female friend suggested to wish before blowing candles.

As He closed his eyes again those eyes were there on his mind as she was there in human not in thoughts only. he murmured, "I wish I could meet her once in my life not just in dreams."

And he cut the cake, everyone had a great evening enjoyed it even the birthday boy wanted to enjoy it but he couldn't as today those eyes from his dreams were appearing again and again in front of his eyes as if something was going to take place.

After party He wanted to leave after guests but his friend insisted him to stay as its his hotel so he give him a grand sweet to stay.

He inquired about it too as he was not guest there. Even he preferred to go home instead of staying in hotel when he is in his own town. And a Sweet for a single person was quiet doubtful gesture for him. As he knew his friend's mischiefs.

When he asked him. His reply was
-"hey watch your words man am a normal guy, interested in gals only."

"ha! ha !ha! Very funny! But why a Sweet man?" He again tried to figure out if he was stepping in some prank.

"just have patience boy you will know it soon" he winked and left the room before he could ask anything more.
He throw his coat and started to unbuttoning his satin snow white shirt. He had unbuttoned hardly two of upper buttons when someone knocked at door.

He thought it must be his friend again so he Opened the door without asking but its not him, its someone else .

Man-"Hello sir ji, Myself Pappu Prasad in your service sir."

And he raised his hand to shake with him which he accepted with slight unwillingness. It was quiet late and He wanted to take rest instead of meeting any stranger.

He was about to ask him not to disturb him late night when he felt something, a strong scent of someone's presence this time his heart skipped a beat.

He saw same eyes behind Pappu's shoulders.

"No God! it can't be her, wowww I can't believe god grant wishes so fast." He thought in mind.

He controlled his thoughts but couldn't control his eyes which were searching her behind him and She got disappeared behind him, which made him restless.

While Pappu continued his talk which he could hardly heard even a word. Pappu cleared his throat as he noticed that he was not listening to him.

-"uuh uhh ! hehe so Sir, I can understand its your birthday your Friend Mr. Singh is like my friend and when he asked me for you how can I deny him, I think I should leave now, here is your girl Sir."
He dragged The Girl by her arm and present in front of Him.

He got shocked to hear his last words , He was right about his friend and the girl too. He felt broken somewhere. He don't know why but he felt really bad like someone snatched some thing really precious from him.

He want to shut the door on their faces but he didn't know why he couldn't do that may be because that girl was looking miserable, and badly horrified, her condition made him feel pity for her and At the same time Pappu pushed the girl toward him, and she almost fell on him.

He held her while her face was dug in his chest for a second, and for that second her lips were close to his heart, for the first time in his life he felt it's  beat. But in just a flick of second She managed to get back to her feet and took a step back.

Pappu bid them farewell and left them alone while he was still wondering what to do in such awkward situation. He got that its arrangement by his own friend about which he was talking. That's why he gave him Sweet for night stay.

He just closed the door softly and the girl moved in. He tried to avoid to look at her first but he couldn't as he could  feel that she was badly horrified and shaking all the time very badly. He want to say something but he forgot it all when he looked at her, she was around 20, dressed in short black knee length dress , her fair skin was shining like diamond in that dark color but still she was not facing him and her face was hidden by her long jet black waist length hairs as she was still gazing at ground.

He- "Aaa..." he was about to ask her name when he noticed a drop of water behind those hairs. He came close to her and touched her shoulder. His touch worked on her as 440 watts current.

She took a step back and faced him. At the same moment a strong gust of wind entered the room through open window and spread her hairs on her face, again its only those eyes which made him restless every night, in his dreams were there in front of him and this time there were tears too.

He was lost in her eyes but this time his eyes want to see her face too as she was struggling with her hairs, her face was emerging in front of him like moon emerging from clouds, her lips were looking soft like rose petals but her cheeks were wet with tears, This time He didn't need to search for words, her tears made him more restless-"Hey Why are you crying?"

Girl-"I am sorry! Plzz let me go!"

He heard her voice for the first time it seemed like the most pleasant symphony on earth to him but only thing which was troubling him was that pain and helplessness in it-

"OK babe OK, I am not going to force you OK! You can leave whenever you want" and he stepped back showing her the way out.

She just rushed toward the door but as she touched the knob she stopped at once, as something stroked her at once. She fell on her knees and start crying bitterly.

He was confused, what to do, he came close to her. Sat by her side on his knees and said-"Can I do something for you?"

Girl-"Ya sure come on." she got back to her feet and reached to his bed "come do what you want to do, for what you called me, choose me."

There was anger and helplessness in her voice. She was forcing her tears back still crying.

He- "hey why are you blaming me? I even I don't know anything about you, even I should ask what are you doing here at this hour of night."

He wanted to say a lot of things but she started to cry again.

He continued- "Ok, Ok I am not touching you, just stop crying and tell me what you want."

Girl-"Nothing, just finish it all, I don't want to stay in this hell any more, I said do what you want."

He sat by her side on bed this time close to her -"Ok if you insist"

She closed her eyes tightly as someone was about to slay her, his face was just a breath away from her's , she could feel his warmth on her skin a drop rolled down her cheek.

Her heart was beating fast when she felt a soft blow of wind on her forehead.

She opened her eyes to find his eyes just in front of hers, dark deep brown eyes, for a second she forget her all worries and pain She felt a comfort in front of those eyes as He was casting some kind of black magic on her by his look, world seems frozen to them.

She came to her senses when another blow of breeze touched her from window and her hairs strike on his eyes.

"Aouch!" He screamed in reflection and put his palm on that eye, girl quickly held his wrist and said-

"Oh let me see!" she opened his eyes and blew softly on it to care it , "are you fine now!"

He was looking at her, this time more with pleasure then surprise-"yeah I m fine now you can leave me."

Girl noticed that she was very close to him, She just shifted opposite to him and asked-"What were you doing?"

"you said 'do what you want to do' so I was doing what I want" He said with a smirk.

"What?" She exclaimed.

"Ah! I told you I didn't called you here, may be its my friend's plan to give me surprise ha ha , you must know him , May be you  had spend your last night with him!" He said that with a sarcasm, but it hurted him too.

Girl- this time she was badly hurt and angry too '"you don't have any rights to say that OK, specially when you don't know the person you are talking to. I don't know any of your friend or else, I told you just finish it all and let me go, once you paid that dog what he want I will be free."

"Oh so do you mean it's your first time?" He said more amusingly.

Girl-"listen Mr. what ever your name is, I am here just because my brother is in his hand and if I deny his order he will kill him, or I should pay him 5 lacks in two weeks, I don't know what will I do in morning but I m sure for one thing that I can't tolerate this anymore, Oh god what the hell I am doing, I should die before accepting his words!" and she again started to cry.

He got all situation, stepped back and said-"hey plz don't cry like that, I can help you, and trust me I will not touch you, you are safe here as your own home OK! Just calm down."

"But why will you help me especially when I spoiled your night." She murmured.

'why did I said that, to her-' he said to himself in mind then to her- "because am a nice man and you are a nice girl in trouble, and gentleman's always help damsels in distress" and he winked at her , his tone made her smile.

"oh so you smile too! I thought you only knows how to cry and curse ha ha ha.., by the way may I know to whom I am talking to, if you don't mind."

Girl- "I am... " She hesitated a bit.

He got that She was not comfortable in it.
"It's fine if you don't want to tell your name even you don't know mine. We can address each other as Nightmate only." He couldn't find any suitable name in such situation.

"Thanx for your kindness but I will manage after all I have two weeks, I will do something, but not this, thanx for make me realize my mistake ." She got stable a bit by his gestures.

"Oh its ok actually I should thank you if there would be some other girl instead of you. God knows What the heck I would be facing by now." the way He said last sentence made her laugh as much as she could.

"Sir you are really very good human being, but I think I should leave now you must be tired and want to rest." She stood up and stepped  toward the door but he held her wrist.

-"hey just stop! (He left her wrist when she looked back at him in surprised manner) I mean where will you go at this time, its quite late, and I don't think you will be lucky every time to find me." 

"but I can't stay here." She said with bit hesitation looking at the bed behind him.

"why? Do you have any doubt on my intentions?" He raised an eyebrow, folding his arms against his chest.

"no nothing like that, I mean I don't want to cause you trouble you must want to sleep, I should go home now." She said settling her hair on ear.

"it's ok I am fine. You can stay here till morning and leave when you want, don't worry I will not rape you." He turned around and walked away as if he knew her decision.

"I know" She said looking at him from behind. There was a trust in her voice which made him happy and proud on himself.

It was late night all most 3o'clock but both of them were awaken there was not a single trace of sleep in there eyes.
The room was filled with silence or peace like their  silence was talking. He was sitting at chair next to fire place while She was sitting on bed, both of them were looking at each other by corners of their eyes.

He said to himself- " Dude you were right. I will not forget this night ever in my life, thanx buddy, just because of your silly idea I met her and She is here with me, this is the most beautiful night of my life."

She to her self-"Is it reality or dream? person like him exists in this world, I can't believe, is a he man or god in disguise."

Finally He broke the silence '"oh its  too boreing lets have some music do you like soft music? He played a song on his cell phone only.

The song started as He selected it intentionally, to depict his feelings. He looked at her with a smile over his shoulder and noticed that She was smiling too..

He to himself-"What a beautiful smile. I can spend my whole life nurturing  this one smile."

To Her -"I think you should take some rest. Afterall shedding so much tears you must need rest."

" And you?" She asked with bit of concern.

"It's  ok , I m used to late night working. I will rest on this chair you can rest on bed"

He set him self in chair next to bed resting his feet on bed, while She sat on bed resting her head on wall, she was really tired she didn't want to sleep as she want to preserve her new found god's image in her eyes which she was storing continuously till the moment he came close to her bed and close his eyes so now she has full freedom to gaze at him.

She to herself- "I wish I could watch you for my whole life, but I am not worthy for you,.." thinking all this she didn't know herself when she fell asleep.

And He came close to her. He was not sleeping, just wanted to see her reaction, he made her sleep comfortably by resting her head on pillow.

He wanted to look at her whole night but he had something more important to do.

He reached to window called his friend, asked him for Pappu's number, called him.

"forget that girl from this moment, she is all mine now, you can collect your blank cheque from my office tomorrow." He just stated his words without any hesitation and disconnected the call  and get back to his chair, now its his turn to look at her , he looked at her face whole night , but for him its like few minutes.

She woke up as Sun's  first ray fell on her face and when she opened her eyes she was expecting her god in front of her eyes but he was not there, just then someone knock at door.

When she opened it there was waitress , she wish her Morning and place  tea at table next to bed, -"Good morning mam!"

"Good morning, uun may I know where is the sir who was staying here last night."

"Oh Sir! He left early morning and he left this note for you" she handed over her a letter and left the room with a smile, which made her more confused, she opened the letter..

"Hey Nightmate,

         I know you must be looking for me so I 'm leaving this letter for you, well I know you would be embarrassed and feel odd if I stay till morning, and  anyone saw you with me in same room, the waitress who gave you this note is only one who knows about our stay, and believe me she will not tell it to anyone. And you are free from that guy Pappu your brother is free now and so are you. I will remember last night as a dream hope you will do the same.

                             Good bye My Dream."
