Dear George Weasley,

You may not know me, but I know you.

My name is (Y/n) (L/n) I'm in the same year as you.

I know it's odd, for me to be writing to you, it may come off as stalkerish.

I just wanted to know if by any chance

You'd like to go on a date and get some butter beer?

May this letter find you in good health

(Y/n (L/n) <3

I looked at the parchment and sighed. "I'm not going to do it." I set the parchment down. "There's no way he'll agree to it. He is way out of my league." I muttered as I glanced at my clock. I noticed that it was getting late and I had to be up early. I laid in my bed as I slowly drifted to sleep.

I woke up the next morning and shoved all my books in my book bag. I then ran out to the halls running into the Great Hall. I eyed the Gryffindor table as I sat at the Ravenclaw one. Oh how I wanted to be in Gryffindor, then I would have something in common with George.

"Still looking at him?" My friend asked me as I slightly jumped and chuckled. I shook my head looking down at my food.

"Why don't you talk to him? We have first class with him." She began, I looked at her eyes before sighing.

"He doesn't even know I exist." She shook her head disapprovingly getting upz

"Did you write the letter?" She asked,

"Yeah. I'm not giving it to him. No way." I shook my head getting up with her. We began to walk to our class.

I sat at my usual spot eyeing the door, I waited for him to come. The Ravenclaws, Gryffindors, Slytherins, and Hufflepuffs began to come i to class chatting amongst themselves. That's when he came in with his brother.

I blushed as I saw him, the way he smiled at something his brother said. They sat at the opposite side of me. It's good they sit at a place where I can't stare at him. Or I'd be failing the class.

The class began, we took out or books and parchment when the letter I had written fell out. I hadn't realized I even put the letter in my book bag.

The piece of Parchment landed at the feet of Fred Weasley who picked it up. I looked at him, he placed it on his desk and began to read it.

He looked at me as I looked at him, "Please.. give it back." I whispered, He looked towards George who had his eyes closed then looked back me, as if in thought.

"I'll give you money. Just give it back." I said back as he smirked and extended a hand. I groaned pulling out whatever change I had in my pockets. He extended the letter towards me.

"Ahh, Miss (L/n), Mr. Weasley, passing notes are we?" My heart dropped as my professor approached.

"Hand it to me." The professor extended a hand, there is nothing Fred could've done, he handed the parchment to the professor as I put my head down to hide my embarrassment.

"Dear George Weasley." The professor began, "You may not know me, But I know you." The class began to laugh and snicker. I felt tears begin to form in my eyes.

"May this letter find you in good health, (Y/n) (L/n)." The professor finished, they eyed me and eyed Fred, "Please. Lets refrain from sending each other love letter." They continued, by then I was crying. I gathered my stuff as I ran out the classroom out of embarrassment.

I could feel foot steps behind me, thats when I stopped and slid down near a wall crying. "That was so humiliating." I muttered. The person then sits next to me.

"I thought the letter was lovely." George Weasley. I looked up at him to see him smile. "I have never received a love letter before."

I laughed hiding my face from embarrassment, "I'm sorry it had to be from me and in front of the whole class."

He chuckled at that and shrugged, "As I said, the letter was lovely."

We sat in silence for a fee minutes, I faced him as he smiled at me.

"Yes." I raised an eyebrow in confession, "We can go on that date to get butter beer."

I blushed and smiled, "Its a date."
