"Mom, uhm. This is probably shocking to you but Jimin doesn't speak. He talks by writing and I hope that you won't get uncomfortable with that."

Mrs. Min put the dish down on the dining table, "Dear. Have you forgotten the fact that I used to teach mute children? It is fine. I already knew from the start that he isn't speaking. Do not worry about your dad, I'll tell this to him."

Yoongi smiled and continued to help his mother in preparing the table.

He kinda laughs at himself mentally when he forgot that his mom used to teach such kids. Nevertheless, he was really grateful to have such understanding family with him.

He couldn't help but to think about Jimin's situation which stir his mind with worry again.

"Call your friend and I'll call out for your dad. We're ready to eat now." Mrs. Min said which Yoongi followed.

Yoongi walked to the living room where Jimin is sitting on the couch while watching a random show on the television.

"Jimin," He called out and the younger looked to him, "Let's go. We're gonna eat now."

Jimin never imagined that he will ever have such fun dinner time in his life. He thought that Yoongi's family will have a hard time dealing with him but it turns out to be the opposite.

The younger was also shocked when Mrs. Min started talking to him using hand signals. This was also the first time where he met a very approachable father which is Mr. Min.

"I am very happy that my son brought a friend home aside from Hoseok. It was nice seeing my child, who is very cold and grumpy, befriending someone." Mr. Min exclaimed and laughed afterwards.

"Yah appa," Yoongi said after he finished chewing the food, "Don't make me look friendless in front of Jimin!"

All of them laughed loudly at what he said, except for Jimin who is silently chuckling but you can see it on his face since you cannot really see his eyes due from laughing.

"Yoongi hyung is actually very nice to me. I never thought that someone will treat me very nicely." Jimin signalled which Mrs. Min easily picked up.

"He said that Yoongi is very nice to him and he never expected that someone will treat him very nicely," Mrs. Min explained, "You know what Jimin dear, Yoongi is actually nice. People just mistook him because of the way he act."

Jimin nods his head in agreement.

He even thought that Yoongi is intimidating at first and never thought that he will be the first one to approach him.

"I even remember that kid was being sent at the guidance office when he was still in elementary because the teacher thought he was rolling his eyes to her. Where in fact, Yoongi is just actually sleepy." Mr. Min shared and the table was filled with laughter again.

"Stop it already, dad. I don't want to remember those anymore." Yoongi whined.

Dinner time finished and Yoongi informed his parents that Jimin will stay the night at theirs, which his parents eventually approved.

"Good night to the both of you. Pardon my husband for not saying his good night. He is probably sleeping already. Sleep well, dears!" Mrs. Min said and gave the both of them a hug.

The two of them make their way to Yoongi's room which is three rooms away from Yoongi's parents.

"Sorry. My room isn't that big." Yoongi said and smiled apologetically.

Jimin shook his head like he was telling it is okay which actually is since he don't mind at all. He liked the older's room ambiance.

It was cozy.

The room is painted with warm brown and the floor is wooden. There aren't much decorations aside from a book shelf and a rack with a black teddy bear figurines.

"Oh," Yoongi rubbed his nape awkwardly, "That must be awkward. But that is called Kumamon. I am loving that bear ever since I was a kid so... yeah."

Jimin grinned and looked at the figurines amusingly.

He never thought that someone who is tough looking like Yoongi is actually obsessing over some teddy bear. It was okay for him though.

"Make yourself comfortable. I'll just take a shower."

After their little conversation and argument of who will sleep on the bed and on the floor, the two of them finally settled and is off to dreamland now.

Jimin is wearing Yoongi's clothes since he doesn't have extra with him. The older didn't mind and found Jimin extra cuter with his clothes on him.

The younger is sleeping on the bed which Yoongi really insisted while the latter chose to slept on the sofa since he already slept their countless times before, too.

"Good night, Jimin-ah." Yoongi said in a low voice that sounded sleepy already as he slowly shut his eyes.

Jimin, on the other hand, cannot sleep as he feel something on his throat. It is like a lump that he wants to get it off of his throat.

Until finally, he did something that shocked him so much.

"T-thank you." He spoke.

He spoke.

Jimin spoke in a hoarse, stuttered voice due to not speaking for a long time. The lump on his throat was gone, but he was still surprised.

Yoongi was also shocked, he opened his eyes right away when he heard that. He rise up to sit and look at Jimin.

"What... what did you say?" Yoongi said in disbelief.

But he got no response as Jimin fakes sleep and turned his back on Yoongi. The older shook his head and lied down again. This time, he isn't sleepy.

A smile crept on his face as he recalled that.

"T-thank you."

It was quiet and hoarse yet he heard the sweetness and calmness in his voice.

He closed his eyes as he hopes to hear the younger's wonderful voice once again.
