We see the young boy still asleep on the couch with the four girls all awake and in their school uniforms.

Yang: so, what do we with him?

Ruby: Can't we just take him with us?

Weiss: No, Ruby. He could get startled and run away!

Blake: Well we can't just leave him here.

Weiss: why not? There's food, water, a bathroom, everything for him to last the day!

Blake: Weiss. A child needs constant attention! Have you never taken care of a child before!?

Weiss:... I'll have you know I have. No, you shouldn't leave a child alone for a long period of time. However, if you find yourself in a situation where you are unable to be there for a period of time, as long as nothing dangerous is open to them, they have access to food, water and the bathroom, AND there's no way for them to get out and run away, they will be fine.

Yang: no! If you need to leave for a bit you get someone else to do it!

Weiss: All our other classmates also have classes! The teachers are teaching and Ozpin is looking into his past! We can make quick checks on him in between classes. Ruby's semblance involves speed, remember?

Ruby:... oh, yeah!

Yang:... I still think we should take him with us...

Blake: Ozpin said we had to look after him for a day or 2. We're taking him with us.

Weiss: *sigh* fine. But if he runs off I'm not taking the blame for it!

Blake: We'll grab some snacks for him. Then, he'll stay with us for the day.

She says, hurrying over to the kitchen portion of the dorm room. She grabs a bag of goldfish crackers along with a water bottle. While she did that, Yang woke the boy up.

Yang: Heya buddy. You sleep well?

The boy tiredly nods before Yang picked him up. Blake walks back over.

Ruby: are we ready now?

Yang: yep!

Blake: yes.

Weiss:... wait a minute! Classes are in less than a minute! We're gonna be late!

Yang: ah ah ah! We've got ourselves a wittle excuse wite hewe!~

She says, petting the sleepy lizard boys head.

Weiss: well let's still hurry!

The 4 leave their dorm and shortly after, team JNPR came running out of their dorm.

Jaune; Guys! Hurry or you'll be late!

Yang: Nah, we have the kid as an excuse!

Jaune: oh, right.

They ran off. Team RWBY make it a half minute late and are called out by the teacher.

Teacher: Team RWBY! Care to explain why you all are tardy?

Yang raised the boy up so the teacher could see him with the other team members pout at him.

Port: oh. Yes, Ozpin did inform me about that. Right then, take your seats so I may begin class.

The team hurried to sit down. Yang places the boy on her lap as Blake handed her the goldfish. Yang gave them to the boy. He was confused at first but after taking one out of the bag and promptly eating it, he instantly fell in love with them and started munching away quietly. Class goes by, Weiss was called up and fought some Boarbatusk and ended up losing, but the boy wasn't playing attention. He was too fixated on the goldfish. After Weiss had unfortunately lost her fight, she went back to sitting with her team, all be a bit upset.

Ruby: you did great Weiss!

Weiss: quiet.

She says, resting her head in her arms. Simon looks over at her. He wasn't sure why Weiss seemed upset, but it seemed like whatever it was effected Ruby too. He continued to snack away until class comes to its end. The team starts walking to their next class, Yang carrying the boy by his armpits.

Blake: Yang, you should lift him in a way that supports his legs.

Yang: Oh, right.

She changes it so her arm was acting as a seat while her other arm supports him by the soulder.

Blake: Good.

Yang: How do you know so much about child care?

Blake:... r-reasons...

Yang:... mhmm. 

Nora: Hey Guys!

Nora suddenly appears.

Nora: How's the lizard boy doing!?

She says as the rest of her team caught up.

Yang: He's warmed up to us.

She says.

Ren: Nora. Please try waiting for us next time.

Nora: But I wanna see the lizard boy!

Jaune: Hold on. Does he have a name?

Blake: He hasn't told us anything yet and Ozpin hasn't either.

Nora: Does that mean we can name him!?

Weiss: No it does not. He has a name, we just need to find out what it is!

Nora: You guys are no fun.

Ruby: I mean, it would be nice to call him something until we can learn his real name. 

Pyrhha: I think it could be fun coming up with a name. 

Nora: What about tiny!

Yang: He's not gonna be small forever.

Nora: Scales! 

Blake: That could be seen as offensive.

Nora: Hmmm... Nibbles!

Jaune: That's just stupid.

Nora: I'd like to see you do one better!

Jaune: Well how about... Jack?

Nora: Now THAT'S boring.

Ruby: How about Rusty!

Weiss: You only said that because it sounds like your name.

Yang: Maybe Sandy?

Blake: I was thinking something like Sammy.

Pyrhha: I think he looks like a Justin.

Ren: It would be wiser to pick something more unique. Perhaps, Simon?

Weiss: Hmmm... what about Gojira?

Yang: Gojira?

Weiss: It's unique, simple, seems fitting enough and can me shortened to Goji.

Yang:... ok, yeah. I like it!

Ruby: Name has been decided!

Nora: Nice to meet you Goji!

The girl says to the boy, who tilts his head to the side. The bell rings, signalling for the students to hurry to their next class. 

Time skip--

After a class involving a strange doctor man, they got to the lunch room. Gojira was a bit off put by the amount of people and noise, but he got pancakes fed to him if he stayed so he was fine with it. 

Nora: Hey little Goji! Can you say Nora? N. O. R. A.?

Ren: Saying it over and over again isn't gonna get him to say it.

Nora: You don't know that.

Ruby: It is weird that he still hasn't said anything.

Yang: What if he was never taught? Maybe he's been living in the wild for a while?

Blake: That can't be right since he understands us to an extent. 

She says, giving Goji another bite of a pancake.

Yang: Well if it isn't that then he either refuses to, or has a mental thingy.

Weiss: Or, he got injured in some way and can't speak because of that.

Yang: I hope not!

After Gojira took another ate the last bite of pancake, they were met with the bell ringing again. The 2 teams hurry with their lizard to their last class. Combat training. Everyone sat down and shortly after, class had begun.
