My first non-Mark short story!

Draco is a male long-haired dragon cat with dark blue fur, light blue muzzle and underbelly, yellow slitted eyes, and a scar that runs from his lip, down his neck. He is a god that is 500 years old. In the old days, he was known for terrorizing villages and destroying towns. Draco loves fear and suffering. He can be charismatic and nice at times.

Anyways, let's begin.

Draco was looking for his friend and couldn't find him. He gave up and retreated to his cave. The hybrid laid on his hoard and went into an uneasy rest. Little did he know, a small mouse had snuck into his cave. She took a few coins from the board and put them in her satchel. The mouse paused to look up at Draco, he was still asleep.
She got a bit more confident and got more treasure. He was still asleep. The mouse had filled her satchel to the brim and was about to leave. The hybrid stirred, and the mouse froze in fear. Draco sat up, eyes still closed. She squeaked quietly and ran. The mouse ran into a goblet and made a loud clang. He opened his yellow eyes and glared at the mouse.
"Give me back what you stole and you might live." Draco snarled, grabbing her. She squeaked in fear and struggled against his grip.
"Might live!?" The mouse whimpered.
"Yes." He hissed. She shivered.
"Okay fine. I can't give you what I stole unless you set me down first." The mouse squeaked. Draco chuckled.
"You think I'm stupid enough to believe you!?" He growled.
"I promise!" She insisted. Draco narrowed his eyes and sat her in a goblet. She squeaked and climbed out.
"Give me what you stole!" He snarled. The mouse ran and Draco blocked the entrance with his body. She ran into his dark blue fur and stumbled back. He narrowed his eyes and hooked one claw into her satchel. The leather tore open and gold coins came pouring out. Draco's eyes gleamed and the mouse squeaked.
He took the small amount of treasure and sat it back on his hoard.
"What were you doing stealing my treasure!?" Draco demanded. She stiffened and said nothing. He waited for an answer but the mouse still said nothing. Draco waited a bit longer before sighing.
"I think I know why you stole." He said.
"Why do you think?" She asked.
"I think that you're poor and you need food." Draco answered. The mouse slowly nodded. He grinned.
"Well I can take care of you!" Draco said.
"Why aren't you killing me?" She asked.
"Because I want to help you." He answered.
"How do I know that this isn't a trap?" The mouse asked.
"Because my claws are sheathed and I'm not hostile." Draco answered. She said nothing and just stared up at him. "Come on, I want to help you." The mouse ran and hid under a small table, at least she couldn't escape. He sniffed and acted like he didn't see her hide. The mouse waited.
"What exactly are you trying to accomplish?" Draco asked. She didn't answer. "That's what I thought." He stuck one paw underneath the table and grabbed her. The mouse screamed.
"Let me go!" She squealed. Draco shook his head no.
"I'm trying to help you. Why won't you let me?" He asked. The hybrid sat her down and she tried to run again.
"Just let me be free!" The mouse squeaked. Draco shook his head.
"Not until you let me help you." He said.
"But I need to get back to mom.... and-" She interrupted herself because she started crying. Draco's eyes softened and he took her satchel off, repaired it, and filled it with coins. He moved out of the way. The mouse was confused, tears in her eyes. She hugged him. The mouse ran out of the cave.
He turned around and curled back up on his hoard. He hoped that she would be safe.
