Sofia and Hugo were in her room. It was a rainy day today, but very soon the rain stopped. It was wet and muddy outside, but Sofia and Hugo didn't mind getting dirty.

"Hey, the rain stopped," Hugo noted. "It may be muddy, but are you in the mood for dazzle ball?"

But suddenly, Sofia's amulet started glowing blue. That meant the Secret Library was summoning her.

"Muddy dazzleball will have to wait, Hugo," Sofia said hastily. "We have to get to the Secret Library."

Hugo quickly grabbed Sofia's book Behind the Walls, and he and Sofia went through a passageway to get to her Secret Library as fast as they could.

Once the duo got to the Secret Library, they were ready to see what story storykeeper Sofia needed to complete.

"Okay, we're here!" Sofia called to the Magic Mirror. "Don't start without us."

A sepia book flew down and landed in Sofia's hands. She and Hugo were horrified. The story Sofia needed to complete was entitled...

"The Tale of Prince Arthur and King Nathan?" Sofia read on the front cover. "Oh, what is that Arthur up to this time?"

"And who's this King Nathan?" Hugo frowned.

"Well, we're about to find out," Sofia replied.

The book flew up into the Magic Mirror, and the Narrator told the story:

In the kingdom of Beigenia, there lived two princes named Arthur and Nathan. As children, the brothers got along beautifully despite being very different from each other. The older prince, Arthur, was a tad arrogant and boastful—although he didn't mean to be—and the younger prince, Nathan, was very kind and selfless.

"Oh, so King Nathan must be Arthur's little brother," Sofia realized.

"And Arthur tried to overthrow Nathan, but they got along when they were kids?" Hugo frowned.

The story continued: Arthur was originally first in line for the throne, but for reasons unknown, Nathan won the title as King of Beigenia. Arthur was green with jealousy, so he tried to overthrow his brother. But he wound up getting caught, and he was marooned on a deserted island. Arthur thought he wanted a kingdom of his won, but what he really wanted was his little brother. As for King Nathan, he has been depressed that Arthur had been banished, and he felt betrayed that his brother would try to do such a horrible thing to him. He really wanted him back, and he wished he knew why Arthur did that to him.

Sofia and Hugo were surprised.

"Arthur and Nathan used to get along until Nathan became king of Beigenia," Hugo realized. "If Arthur really wants to reunite and reconcile with Nathan, then he must've tried to take over Albuquerque to hide his vulnerability."

"And since it's my job as storykeeper to finish the story, we have to help the brothers reconcile," Sofia smiled. "Let's get our horses."

Sofia and Hugo left the Library and headed to the stables, got on their horses, and took off to Beigenia.
