The quartet came out of the workshop, and they made sure that nobody saw Pink Sofia.

"Well, we'd better be going very soon," said Amber.

"Have fun at flying derby practice," said the real Sofia, going into her room.

"Sleep tight, Sofia, and don't let the bedbugs bite," said Pink Sofia. "I'll catch up with you guys in a minute," she said to Amber and James.

"Alright, but it'll be time to go soon," said James.

As soon as Amber and James were gone, Pink Sofia saw a big book, and on the cover said The Beginner's Guide to Magically Cursed Objects.

"Maybe I can give one of these cursed objects to Prince Hugo during practice," smirked Pink Sofia.

That was when she revealed herself to be a bad and rotten little girl—the complete opposite of the real Sofia. It turned out that Amber and James had messed up the duplication spell and created an evil clone of Sofia.

Pink Sofia went into the castle jewel room to look for a magically cursed object, and she saw a pin that was the same as the picture on the book cover. The pin looked like a two-headed snake. Pink Sofia flipped through the book and saw a picture of the pin—which turned out to be the Pin of Klutzenheimer. "Whoever wears the Pin of Klutzenheimer shall be cursed with colossal clumsiness," she read in the book. "I bet a fine prince would deserve to wear such a magnificent-looking pin." She took the box and left the jewel room.

Just as Pink Sofia was about to leave, Amber, James, and the real Sofia's father, King Roland II, came along. "Leaving for practice I see," he said. "Sofia, I see you've decided to wear a pink derby outfit this time."

"Indeed I have, Daddy," said Pink Sofia with an innocent facial expression. "I found this pink in the jewel room. I hope you don't mind if I give this to Prince Hugo."

"Well, that's really nice of you, Sofia," said Roland. "I'm sure Hugo would love it."

"Well, we'd better go," said Amber.
