I watched them walk into the forest. Every year there was a cleanup, but nobody ever found my body. I looked at the blue hedgehog and the two tailed fox in hope. Maybe they would find my body. They were the only ones that arrived so far, so they waited at the beginning of the forest for their friends as they talked away. I lurked in the shadows. I never knew what it was like to have a friend, or to have a family. I watched them carefully while staying hidden, so they wouldn't see me, nobody would see me until somebody found my dead body. I looked up at the rising sun, smiling a bit. I always loved sunrises and sunsets. They were so beautiful. I have no idea who my parents were. They were killed right after I was born, and I escaped. I could've helped them, if I wasn't human. I told people about it, but nobody believed me and than they said I did it. So I went into hiding in the forest. And I lived there my whole life. And I was killed there. I'd rather die there than a factory, by far. But still, I was killed. Six years ago from today, when I was eight. I remember running away from them, trying to escape, before they got me. But they did, and now I'm dead... I sighed. At least I buried the ring. Whoever finds out who killed me, I will give them the ring in thanks. My only hope is that somebody eventually Will. Next year they're supposed to replace the forest with houses. So than they'd dig up my body from where the guys buried it along with the ring and other dirt, for nobody to find it. I heard their friends coming and I started to head for my dead body. I will wait there for them. I had a feeling that this time Somebody was going to find my body. And I wondered who.
