"Peter, we're going on a mission. We should be back by tomorrow," Tony Stark, Peter Stark's biological father announced when he walked into his son's bedroom. Peter looked up from his desk where he was slaving away at his homework.

"Okay, I love you, dad," the fifteen year old said with a cheeky smile. Tony returned it with an even cheekier grin before walking over and planting a kiss on Peter's head.

"I love you too, kiddo. I'll try to call and keep you updated." And with that, the billionaire left the room and left in the quinjet with the other Avengers.

Two hours after his family had left, Peter was finally finished with his homework. He stood from his desk chair with a yawn, stretching his arms above his head. He causally made his way down the hall, stepping into the elevator.

"JARVIS, take me to floor ninety-nine, please," Peter said to the ceiling.

"Of course, Master Peter," came the A.I's reply. Before Peter knew it, the elevator was opening up to the Avenger's floor, allowing him to step out and make his way over to the kitchen area.

"Hey JARVIS, what should I make for dinner?" Peter asked.

"There are many options, Master Peter. May I suggest some ham and cheese sandwiches paired with an apple and a glass of milk? It has all the food groups you need to maintain your high metabolism." JARVIS stated.

Peter thought for a moment. "You know what? That's a great idea, JARVIS."

Peter swore he could almost hear a smile in the A.I'd voice. "You're very welcome."

Peter quickly dug the ham and cheese from the refrigerator, setting the packets on the counter. He grabbed the bread with his web shooters, doing the same with the milk. After constructing his sandwhiches, (which consisted of six pieces of bread packed tightly with ham and cheese) he put them on a plate, poured himself some milk and grabbed the shiniest apple from the fruit bowl.

Peter quickly rushed over to the couch and plopped down on the soft cushions, reaching for the t.v remote. He turned it on and switched it to the movie, Batman. Half way through the movie, Peter finished with his meal and was sprawled out on the couch, lazily watching the t.v.

All of a sudden, Peter heard the elevator doors open and sat up, peering wearily towards where the elevator is located. What he saw shocked him- Loki had just strolled into the tower! Peter slowly got up and walked over, cautiously watching his steps.

"U-Uh, Mister Loki?" Peter tentatively asked. Loki's head whipped around in surprise.

"Who are you?" he said, slowly walking closer. Peter squeaked.

"I-I'm Peter Stark..." the teen responded quietly. Loki's eyes furrowed in confusion.

"I... I was not aware that Stark had a son," he muttered.

"What are you doing here, Mister Loki?" Peter asked innocently. Loki blinked a few times.

"I came here to visit my brother," he replied. "Is he here?"

The fifteen year old shook his head. "They left a little bit ago to go on a mission," he explained. Loki nodded his head.

"Well, what do you usually do whilst they're out?" he asked. Peter grinned mischievously.

"Have you ever played Mario Cart?"

-

"You incoherent fool! Get out of my way!" Loki yelled at the t.v as his character, Bowser, got lapped by the computer, Mario. "I will end you!"

Pete giggled as his character, Yoshi, sped across the finish line, taking first place. Unfortunately, Loki took eleventh. "Maybe if you didn't choose Bowser, you maybe could have won, Mister Loki!"

Loki's glared at the t.v. "No, it's just these animals are cheating!"

Peter laughed louder. "They're computers, Mister Loki! Its designed for you to win!"

"Another round. I demand it."

The mission ended earlier than the Avengers thought, so they ended up returning home at four in the morning, not expecting to see Loki and Peter screaming at the t.v, playing Mario.

"You uncultured swine!" Peter screamed as someone passed him.

"End him, young Peter! DESTROY HIM!" Loki yelled as he swerved around a corner. Peter complied and threw a blue shell, knocking back the offending opponent.

"feel mY WRATH!" the teen screeched and laughed evilly, leaving the others behind in the dust.

The Avengers slowly back out of the room, clearly scared to their lives. And no one questioned the two when they found them halfway hanging off the couch, controllers still in hand, completely passed out in the morning.
