Hearing those words, Gidget absolutely lost it.

"What do you mean you don't celebrate your birthday?! It's like the most important day of the year for everyone... other than Christmas and Halloween and Easter and the Fourth of July, along with so many other holidays that I can't name right now... but you get my point!" Gidget exclaimed, her fluffy white fur standing on end and her sky blue eyes wide from shock, making herself look like she had just been electrocuted by lightning while holding a metal rod. Still laying on the bones that littered the floor of the shed, Tiberius just shrugged his shoulders as he muttered, "I just don't celebrate it. It's not that important to me. Eating and sleeping is."

"Don't you dare use that excuse! That's not even the kind of excuse you use for situations like this!" Gidget barked. Pacing the floor while occasionally breaking a bone under her paws, the fluffy white Pomeranian went on with her rant, "How can this not be important to you?! It's your freaking birthday!"

"It's just a day where you become a year older cuz it's the day of your birth. Also means you're another step closer to your impending death," Tiberius replied, yawning quietly. He just wanted to take a nap at this point and be left alone. Laying his head down as comfortably as he could upon the skull of a crow, he yawned again and mumbled, "Now if you don't mind... I'm tired. Go do some of those crazy activities you all have planned out and let me get some rest." Without another word, the old red tailed hawk blinked his eyes shut before Gidget could get another word in. Seeing that he was already asleep, the Pomeranian sighed heavily before stepping out of the shed and into the burning outside world.

Yelping as her paws burned on the hot surface of the rooftop, Gidget raced towards the door that led up there and went inside to use the elevator to head back down to the fifth floor.
