As we said before, there is a happy ending hiding in the clouds of the night. Here we shall skip some years in the future to see our little filly be a grown, beautiful mare. It's getting close to Hearts and Hooves day, a day all about showing love to that one pony that is close to you. As we get in more detail of the new life, we shall introduce others as well as say what's happening in the Spell residence.

"Harmony..." A low voice said. "I care for you with all my heart....I really do.....but is this really necessary to have my body be your blanket?"

The voice belonged to a stallion. He had a grayish blue coat and a long black mane, mixing well with his crystal blue eyes and scars on his torso and neck. He was a tall stallion so he and Harmony had quite a size difference, but neither didn't mind at all. The stallion was also a Pegasus, a fluffy one at that. He didn't like ponies saying anything about his coat nor scars...no-one but Harmony.

The little mare giggled as she nuzzled his chest with her nose. "It's fine Shadow! Besides, you're very warm and comfortable so I won't be cold all day like yesterday. It's been freezing these past few days."

Shadow blushed. "I guess so, but aren't I hurting you under there? You gotta remember that I'm heavy compared to you little midget."

Harmony pouted, making her horn glow faintly as she made her adorable pout face. "Hey! I know I'm short....but don't call me midget! Also no I'm not hurt! I'm very comfortable right now and you're not getting off till I say so!"

Shadow blinked and looked at the wall in front of him. She may be a shy lil unicorn, but damn she got a mouth! She never used her mouth much, but when she does...you gotta listen to her. Don't make her dad Shadow learned, you'll feel guilty for the rest of your life. He sighed as he nuzzled the top of her head, making the cutie underneath him purr. He blushed harder, thinking to himself on how the hell he ended up with this mare.

Harmony started to hum as an kept writing In her songbook. Since it was almost the day of love, she decided to write some love songs until Hearts and Hooves Day comes. Right now she's writing one for her and Shadow, obviously not saying each other's names since that'll spoil everything. This song was about the journey of how the got together, to the first day them met all the way through their relationship. She didn't know what to call it though, but this was normal. She usually thinks of a name after she's done the song.

Shadow looked passed Harmony's shoulder to see what she was writing. He smiled as he kept on reading what he can. He knew Harmony didn't like ponies looking inside her songbook, not even himself completely, but she's letting loose a bit. He never saw inside her songbook completely and always did ask when she's writing, but the answer was always the same. Usually it's just a plain '"No. " or a stutter sentence. One day though...he will look inside that book if it's the last thing he does.

Harmony kept on writing her song, humming the tune she thought will go perfectly with the song. She when writes a song, always hummed the tune of the song to see if it'll fit. She'll sometimes even song it to herself to make sure the words go with each other fluently. It's just an instinct really, something she's done ever since she got her songbook. No one can say otherwise really. If it annoys ponies, she just does it quieter. She's not gonna stop just because of others having a problem. That's one thing she can't stand.

"So...." Shadow said, getting rid of the awkward silence between them. "What's this song called exactly?"

Harmony out down her pencil and looked at him with a puzzled look. "I'm not sure really. It's hard for me to come up with names for songs. That's why I do it once it's completely done. I'm trying to think of one know though."

Shadow smirked and kissed her cheek. "Well from what I read so far, I think a good title can be 'Travel' since these two amazing ponies have been traveling in the road of love for quite some time now. Maybe even 'Destiny' will be a good one too. You're choose really."

Harmony sighed, a faint blush appearing on her cheeks. "You read it while I was writing....didn't you Shadow?"

Shadow chuckled and ruffled the little mares head. "Yep! It's really good so far actually."

Harmony rolled her eyes playfully as she went back to the beginning of the song and wrote on the top "Travel to Destiny." She then smiled and kissed her stallion on the lips. "Cheeky thing!"

Shadow winked and kissed her back, wrapping his wings around her body. "I try!"
