BOOOOM!!!!
One of the Ally ships was destroyed. The battle was ferocious. Fighter ships  were attacking each other, destroying one after another. An Ally fighter was hit and was gonna explode. David watched as the pilot drove his wrecked ship into the bridge of an serpentine battleship. The ship exploded.

And near his ship, the Majestic Prince, Windrum sliced the a large battleship in half and grab both parts of ship and hurled each part at the enemy ships. When the severed parts of the ship collided with the enemy ship, the ships exploded. The battle looked to be in their favor.

Until the large snake appeared. The Majestic Prince came parallel of a large ship. The Prince's bronside cannons on the right open fired and impacted the enemy ship. Before it could counterattack, a large cannon on the right side of the Prince fired and impacted the fuel cells of the enemy ship. Then it exploded, tearing the enemy ship in half. David looked over to his left and saw the ship Called Flaming Glory fire it's forward cannons at a large battleship, destroying it. He watched as the Flaming Glory get severed in half by a giant snake.

"What the hell is that? They had an ace as well?" He asked. "Damnit."

He watched as Windrum's ultimate form engaged the large snake. It was a battle of titans. A dragon and A snake. He examined the remaining enemy forces and his. He had over 700 ships left while the Serpentines have only 300 ships. He turned his head back towards the Windrum. He knew that this battle has been going on for about 2 and half hours. Windrum has about 25 minutes before he needs to come back in one of the ships to get air.

"Why the hell did that damn Snake had to show up? Windrum is in trouble."

And a thought came to him. He click the comms.

"Operators, is the cannon ready to fire again?"

"It can be ready to fire in 5 minutes but you're too close."

"Your target isn't the rest of the fleet. Your target is the giant Snake. Contact me when it's ready to fire."

He flick the switch to the cannon controls on the Prince. "Power up the scatter burst blasters. "We're gonna piss of a large snake."

He turned to the crew piloting the ship. "Set a course to the giant snake, full speed."

"Yes sir." They changed course and headed towards the battle of titans.

Windrum is having a hard time. The snake wrapped around his dragon body. He was trying to hold back it's head as it continuously snapped at his head. As they were closing in on the battle of giants, he gets radioed in from the cannon controls.

"My prince, the Scatter Burst Blasters are primed and ready."

"Very good. Lock onto the giant snake and prepare to fire."

"But sir, we could hit General Windrum."

"Don't worry. Just fire when I say fire."

(Windrum:)

"This bastard is strong!" He yelled in his dragon form. He could only control his left arm. The one that's holding the Snake's head. The rest of his dragon body was hold by the constricting body of the Snake. "This must be general Servina, their ace. The snake princess."
He heard about her. Like him, she's the only one of the Serpentines that can transform into a large creature. He had a feeling that he would be running into her in this battle. He saw something blinking in the corner of his right eye. He turned his head a little to see the source. He sees a very large ship pointing at them. He saw the name, even from this distance.

The Majestic Prince.

He looked above it and saw the blinking lights. He knew instantly what it was. The source of the light. It was the Scatter Burst Cannons powering up. Saw that it stopped blinking and just became a pure light. It was ready to fire. He knocked off the tail of the serpent that was holding his right arm and he then raised his right hand and punched the Snake's head. With his left hand, he raked his claws across the snake's head. A horizontal slice. He aimed for the eyes. It worked. He temporarily blinded the Snake. He then grabbed the snake's body and threw it away. Then he saw the Blasters fire.

(David:)

David, Risa, and Theron saw that Windrum pulled his right arm free and punched the Snake's head. Then they see him sliced the snake's eyes.

"Ow. That got to hurt." Theron said.

David then see Windrum throw the snake's body away.

"Now! Fire the Blasters!!!" He yelled.

The 2 large scatter burst Blasters glowed a little. Then it fired. The  2 beams headed for the giant snake. As it got close enough, the beam broke apart and hundreds of those small lasers. They all hit their mark. The beams exploded as they impacted the Snake. After the blast disappeared, the snake looked severely wounded. Windrum grabbed the dazed snake and hurled it away. Then he began to fly towards them. He slowly decreased In size.

He turned to Theron.

"Theron, go to the front hatch. Get him inside before he runs out if air."

"I'm going." He said. He turned around and jetted off the bridge.

(Theron:)

As he left the bridge. He took a right and then went down a row of stairs. Unbeknownst to him, Risa was following close behind.

She just smiled. "Care if I tag along?"

"You're coming right now, are you?" He smirked.

They continue running. Then Theron speaks.

"You know, David has surprised me."

"Why you say that?" She asked.

"The way he gives orders, how he came up with strategies. How he's acting like a leader, I don't know. He's a lot different."

"I know. He used to be cold and avoided others. As for a leader he wasn't one. He didn't even deserve to be a prince. But now..."

"Like I said, he is different now. It's as if he had changed overnight. As if he has a reason to fight." Theron said.

"Oh. We know what has changed him. Why he's so different from before. He does have a reason to fight. And you know what they say: love can change a man." Risa said.

"Ever since Sora has entered his life, he really changed. He loves her so much."

Risa blushed. "He sure does."

They arrive at the front left hatched. They opened external hatch, leaving the inner hatch closed he's almost there. He turned back into his regular form and enters the hatch. Exterior hatched closed. Then air enters the lock. Then the interior hatch opened. Theron rushed in and grabbed Windrum and left the airlock, which Risa seals close. Then she rushes and throws his giant arm around her neck. Then Risa and Theron carry Windrum to the bridge.

(David:)

"David! We have him." David said.

He then tells the crew to change course. "Turn this ship around. Let's get the snake away from the fleet."

"Yes sir."

The ship turns around and flies away from the battle. A couple of minutes later, that large snake started chasing them. Shortly, Theron, Risa and Windrum returned to the bridge. He turns his head. "Are you alright, Windrum?"

He nods shakily. "That was close. Servina doesn't throw any punches."

"So that was Servina." Risa said. "I had a feeling that she is that large snake."

Theron then asked David. "How are we gonna deal with her?"

"Don't worry. My plan is already in motion." He replied.

Then the comms ringed. "David, the cannon is ready. Say fire when ready."

"Roger that." He turns off comms. "But first let's stop Servina." He turns the a to the rear cannon control room.

"Rear cannons, fire the electric wave emitter. Paralyze the snake."

Rear cannon popped up and fired an electric ball at Servina. When it got close., it detonated. It sent a shockwave and paralyzed Servina. The snake tried to move but it could.

David opened comms. "Operator, fire the cannon. Annihilate the snake."

The beam came from earth and Snake's eyes widened as the beam hit it. The snake disappeared in a large explosion. An explosion, that shook the Prince.

Then they head back to the back to the battle. There was only 200 enemy ships left. Their fleet had 650 still operational and still fighting. The Prince took down 3 more ships before coming upon a very large battleship.

"The Hydra. Slazer's flagship." They are getting ready to attack when they noticed something happening. The Hydra was turning around. Several of remaining enemy ships left. "They're leaving." Theron said.

Then they received a transmission from the Hydra. It was Slazer. "Heh heh heh. You guys think you have won. This wasn't a battle. It was a test. You only faced the vanguard. Only a taste. You may have defeated General Servina, but you're only delaying the inevitable. We will return with greater numbers. Let me say this now. I, Slazer, King of the Serpentine Empire of Serpentia declares war on the people of Earth. You shall know our vengeance for those you have slain today. And when I return, I will claim it. The Jewel of Draconos shall be mine!!!"

The Hydra goes into hyperspace and disappears. All the serpentine forces have left or been destroyed. David's fleet was roaring and cheering. They won.

David turned on the comms towards the remaining fleet. "Everyone. We've won. Let's return home." Then he turns off comms. The remaining ships and the Majestic Prince turned around returned to the Earth.

They all landed back in their respective hangars. He fled the ship and went to see her.

(Sora and David:)

Sora and Lucy were waiting to hear the news.

"I hope David is alright." Sora said worried.

Lucy pats her on the shoulder. "Don't worry about him. He'll be fine." She said.

"I hope you're right."

Moments later the door burst open. Lucy and Sora jumped to their feet. They calm down when they see David. David rushed up to Sora and hugged her. She was relieved to see him.

"Miss me?" He said slyly.

"You have no idea David." Lucy giggled.

Sora glares at her. "Hey!"

David just chuckles. "I missed you too."

He then kisses her. A few minutes later, Risa, Theron and Windrum enters the room and sees the kiss.

Theron chuckles. "I know you wanted to see her, but you could have waited for the ship to fully land."

Lucy laughed. "Comes to show how much he loves her."

They both blushed. They all laugh. Windrum stopped and taps Risa's shoulder. Then he steps forward.

"David, we need to talk to you about something."

"What?" He asked, puzzled.

Risa steps forward. "The Jewel of Draconos." She said.

And so it begins.

"It's time we tell you the truth."

What a battle. But it's just the beginning. And finally the Jewel as introduced. What will David find out? What will happen? Don't forget to vote of comment.
