You, Rainbow, and Rex are playing basketball as Hulk and Wolverine keep score. Red is cleaning off his guns as Holiday is scanning his body. Sunset, Rocket, and Sci-Twi are reading about nanites, Applejack doing some heavy lifting, Thor is polishing his hammer, Fluttershy is taking care of the Evos that survived Alpha's attack, Pinkie is eating candy, Groot is drinking water, Rarity is doing her makeup. You then made a score as Rex didn't score.

(Y/N): "Are we seriously gonna just wait around?"

Rex: "It wants nanites. My nanites. Holiday thinks it'll come back for me, but, yeah, I'd rather go after the thing, knock it into another dimension."

Hulk: "Listen Rex, you need to conserve your strength, it might be going after other Evos."

Wolverine: "Hulk's right, you need all the help you can get."

Rocket: "Just get back out there and blow it to bits!"

(Y/N): "But his bio-whatevers need a break. I get it."

Red: "Well I hate to miss a call to battle, but I can take a breather."

Rex then makes a shot and then break the window.

Bobo: "Ya missed."

(Y/N): "At least you hit the rim that time."

Wolverine: "And (Y/N)'s score is 25 kid."

Rex: "Yeah, thanks."

Rex then take your basketball.

(Y/N): "So, what happened to you, anyways?"

Rex: "I was gonna ask you the same thing."

Wolverine: "You want to know about us, fine, let's start with me, I was picked up by the Department K and become part of the Weapon X program, a military project that creates super soldiers, no matter what, I got out of there and join a group of mutants known as the X-Men."

Hulk: "As for me, I was a gamma scientist known as Dr. Bruce Banner, I was developing a gamma bomb, until Ross showed up and pressured me to make it, then the bomb's timer went to zero and boom, I'm a rampaging monster known as the Hulk, until I become something else even better, I became a member of the Avengers and founded The Agents of S.M.A.S.H."

Red: "I was a military general known Thaddeus "Thunderbolt"Ross, I tried everything to beat Jade Jaws for years, then I tried making my own soldier Emil Blonsky into a monster known as Abomination, then I hulkified myself and try fighting fire with fire, after sometime now I became a certified member of The Agents of S.M.A.S.H alongside Skaar, She-Hulk, A-Bomb, and our pet dinosaur Devil Dinosaur."

Thor: "I came to Earth because I was Exiled by my father Odin, for my arrogance, then I learn about humility and then my powers of Asgard has returned to my hand, then I became a member of a group of heroes known as the Avengers, I became Earth's most powerful warrior and the only equal to my power is Hulk."

Rocket: "Our turn, Groot and I go wayback on a planet known as Halfworld, I was super evolved by robots who want to make intelligent life and it hurt a lot, then I showed those tin cans who's boss by blowing them to bit, and it's how I met Groot, then my folks just ran away from me while Groot and I make an escape, we did some crime, bounty hunting, mercenary stuff, until we met Gamora, Peter Quill, and Drax in a prison and then blow a bad guy named Ronan the Accuser sky high and left behind a grease stain of his body on Xandar."

Sunset: "Well, I came from a mystical world that is filled with Ponies called Equestria, I was the top student of an alicorn princess known as Celestia, my parents pressured me to become an alicorn so I kept asking her but she kept refusing, then I found a magic mirror and then looking it, then something told me to go into it and then I ended up in the human world, I became a school bully until I met Princess Twilight, she and (Y/N) changed my life around after the Fall Formal and being a raging She-Demon, we became best friends along with Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie."

Rex: "Are you Twilight?"

Sci-Twi: "I am Twilight, but actually her human counterpart named Sci-Twi, I was all alone during my time in Crystal Prep, since I study alone with my dog Spike, until the Friendship Games arrived and I captured all of the magic and (Y/N) then I released all of the magic and I turned into a being known as Midnight Sparkle, after awhile I changed schools from Crystal Prep to Canterlot High, then we went on a camping trip to Camp Everfree and we got magical geodes that grants us powers and now we became a group of heroes that protect people from danger."

(Y/N): "My turn, it started when my parents gave me the Omnitrix, I was 5 yrs old."

Rex: "Six years ago, the nanite event changed everything."

(Y/N): "And there's alien DNA in the Omnitrix."

Rex: "And that's how I can build stuff with the micromachines in my body."

(Y/N): "now my best friends and my girlfriends are the Ultimates."

Rex: "Ultimates, that's a better name than Prodvidence."

Rex makes a throw then miss until you make the assist.

Rex: "Nice assist."

Rainbow: "That's how we get it done."

Then everyone was in the bridge and White Knight was onscreen.

White Knight: "Sat scans just picked up the Alpha. It's at the bug jar."

Rex: "The bug jar is shielded."

White Knight: "Not anymore."

Then the transmission ended.

Rex: "So much for waiting. Let's do this!"

Then you and Rex grab each other jackets as you smell something in your jacket.

(Y/N): "Why does my jacket smell like bananas?"

Rex: "Ugh! This feels tight."

Bobo: "You guys are our best hope? We're doomed."

Then Bobo fling his newspapers everywhere. Later, everyone is at the Bug Jar and you all look around.

Sunset: "If this is the bug jar"

Rex: "Then where are the bugs?"

Then you and others encountered a member of the bug jar and then ready fighting stance as nanites leave the bug and head into a spiral of nanites.

Sci-Twi: "Whoa!"

Wolverine: "What do you call that?"

White Knight: "I call it the entire nanite population of the bug jar."

Then they went to a single source and that source is Alpha in a much more stable form.

Alpha: "The power changes life itself -- what foolishness to give my brothers such a command."

Rex: "Preaching to the choir, buddy."

White Knight: "Don't let it get to Rex. If it drains his nanites."

(Y/N): "Game over -- understood."

Rex: "It already tried to eat me. That didn't work."

White Knight: "That thing was made to control machines, and until it burns through them, it's got every active nanite in the bug jar at its command. You think you can stop that?"

Everyone: "We can try!"

Then you transform into Atomix as Hulk and Red jump on it and start punching. Then Rex slashes Alpha as Thor summons power from the sky.

Thor: "I summon the power fo the 9 realms, have at the!"

Thor then fire a powerful electric blast at Alpha as Wolverine slashes at his feet. Then you unleash a nuclear energy ball at Alpha as Sci-Twi use the debris around her as projectiles to launch at Alpha. Then Applejack throws cars while Pinkie throws sprinkle bombs while Rarity drops rocks on Alpha with her diamonds. Rocket then fire his guns at Alpha. Then Alpha grab Rex and then throw a tendril at your badge and force you back to human form.

(Y/N): "That thing just hacked my watch!"

Rex: "You're going to run out of nanites eventually."

Alpha: "Incorrect, thanks to the one thing left on this Earth that can create them -- your Omega. They thought it could replace me. Now it will make me whole."

Alpha tries to take the Omega nanite by absorbing it.

Rex: "I could use an alien right now!"

(Y/N): "Great idea, but a certain nanite monster busted my watch!"

Rex: "Do something -- anything!"

(Y/N): "Thor, give me your hammer!"

Thor then throw his hammer to you and you throw it at Alpha, but it didn't do anything.

Rex: "Do something better!"

(Y/N): "I could try calling it names."

Then the nanites in Rex's body repelled Alpha's.

Rex: "Let Me Go! Aah!"

Rex then blow up Alpha's head as he was sent flying unconscious, then you transform into Astrodactyl and fly to Rex and catch him.

Rex: "As long as I fight it, it's like the Alpha and Omega cancel each other out."

Alpha then turn to you and Rex.

Alpha: "An alternate path is required."

Alpha then send a tendril at your watch and force you to revert back to human form.

(Y/N): "Aah! He did it again!"

Red: "What's he's doing now?"

Rex: "It's worse!"

Alpha: "Your machine is most interesting. Perhaps within I can find a suitable host."

Alpha then transform into Heatblast.

(Y/N): "Can he do that?"

Rex: "I think he just did."

Red: "Oh great."

Alpha then launch a fire stream as Rarity makes a shield out of diamonds to block out the fire. You then try to transform into an alien but to no avail.

Red: "Why aren't you going alien (Y/N)?"

(Y/N): " I think he really fried it this time."

Rex tries to attack Alpha with his whip. Alpha was about to hit you but Rex stop him.

Rex: "Hey! It's me you want."

Alpha: "You presume so much, brother. Organics who rely on machines for their power, I don't need. The machines themselves -- now, those I will have."

Rex: "Machines not sold separately, Alf-alfa. And stop calling me your brother!"

Alpha then transform into Four Arms and grab Rex's arms.

Rainbow: "Okay. You got to admit that looks pretty cool."

(Y/N): "Should I try those insults now?"

Rex then starts to beat up Alpha as your Ultimatrix reactivated and your transform into a new alien form which has a feminine body, green eyes with diamond shaped pupils, a Round brilliant Diamond Cut green diamond upside down on the side on the forehead, large and fluffy pale green hair, a green hoodie with the Ultimatrix badge is in the hole on the chest, shoes with pom poms on the toes, puffy short pants, and white stockings.

(Y/N) as ???(Green Diamond): "Wow, this is unexpected."

Rex: "Well, blast it or something!"

Red: "Smash it already!"

(Y/N) as ???(Green Diamond): "Hmm, let get my bearings on this."

Then think until you inexplicably change the size of your hands to much larger size.

(Y/N) as ???(Green Diamond): "That does that."

You then resize them back to normal size then the badge on your chest glows as a giant Warhammer came out of it and you grab it, you then watch in awe as star pupils form in our eyes. Then you realize that you're a gem, not just any gem a diamond.

(Y/N) as ???(Green Diamond): "I'm a diamond, the Green Diamond!"

You then swing your Warhammer at Alpha and knock him on the ground.

(Y/N) as Green Diamond: "I guess he took it down, to hammer town!"

Then you turn to the others as everyone was speechless from what they seen.

Thor: "By Odin's beard, I've never seen such display of power."

You then revert back to human form.

(Y/N): "Yeah, I get that a lot."

Then Alpha transform into Humungasaur and was about to attack, but White Knight fired a beam that knockdown a building on him. Then everyone turn to White Knight as his faceplate was cracked.

White Knight: "Your face looks fractured, White. Get out of here before it cracks through."

White Knight: "Not a chance. Six would have your back. I'm here in his place."

Hulk: "Something tells me Alpha wants more."

White Knight then fire his beams at Alpha as Rex and flies around. Holiday then talk to Rex via coms.

Holiday: "Rex, your biometrics are dangerously low. You need to get away."

Rex: "Listen to me. Alpha controls nanites. So do I. Why don't I just shut him down?"

Rainbow: "Hey, jerk-asaur! You're a loser!"

Alpha got distracted as Rex takes away Alpha's ability to transform into different aliens. Then Alpha and Rex put theselves in a power struggle.

(Y/N): "Ha! You see that? Hero time!"

You then transform into Rath.

(Y/N) as Rath: "Oh, yeah! Let's cause some pain!"

Wolverine: "Let's shred him to pieces!"

Red: "Let's send him to the scrapyard!"

White Knight: "Wait! Not while they're linked!"

(Y/N) as Rath: "Oh, you did not just stop me!"

Alpha: "The power you hold is impressive."

Rex: "You mean the power to kick your butt?"

Alpha: "The power to create machines. You are not worthy of such a gift. The Omega nanite is mine."

Alpha then take Rex's Omega nanite as his build falls apart as you, Wolverine, Thor, Red, and Hulk attack all at once.

(Y/N) as Rath: "Take this and this! What do you think of that?!"

Then Alpha roars and launch you and the others away from him. Then you reverted back to human form as Alpha gains more power.

Alpha: "I was misguided to place my trust in a Father that did not want me. I never needed him. I simply needed the energy and means to do what I have always done -- evolve."

Fluttershy: "You okay?"

Rex: "No. Definitely not okay. It took my Omega nanite, and I think I know what it wants."

Then Alpha then gets a new form.

???(Alpha-Omega): "Behold, organics the beginning and the end of all things. I am Alpha-Omega. This is the twilight of humanity. Alpha-Omega destroys all."

Alpha-Omega then starts destroying structures within the Bug Jar as you and the others head to higher ground.

Rocket: "So let me get this straight, this guy now has the Omega nanite, which give him unlimited amount of nanites and he'll use them to destroy the Earth?"

Groot: "I am Groot."

Rex: "Holiday, are you seeing this?"

Holiday: "Unfortunately, yes. We're not looking at random destruction. Alpha is synthesizing the matter around him to build his own nanite."

Rex: "Thanks to my Omega nanite."

Holiday: "This isn't your fault, Rex."

Rex: "Sure feels like it. I woke up this morning on top of the world. Now I'm about to witness the end of it. Six was right."

(Y/N): "I don't think this is how it was meant to play out. We've seen what you can do."

Hulk: "Yeah, we're not tapping out just yet."

Rex: "My most powerful builds came from the Omega nanite. A lot of people are going to get hurt, and I can't stop it. What happens when the best you can do just isn't enough?"

Thor: "Fear not young Rex, there were times Hulk and I look up to Steve Rogers for strength."

(Y/N): "Thats why you get an upgrade."

Rex: "Weren't you listening? Alpha has the Omega."

(Y/N): "I'm not talking about a nanite."

You then transform into Upgrade and then activate your Omni-enhanced and ultimate powers and then walk up to Rex.

Rex: "Hey! What are you --"

You then merge with Rex.

Rex: "Okay. That feels weird."

Then a black and green suit form around Rex.

Rex: "Whoa! What's supposed to happen now?"

Then you pop your head as you freak Rex out.

Rex: "Aah! Ohh! Don't do that! You're freaking me out!"

(Y/N) as Omni-Enhanced Ultimate Upgrade: "Build something."

Then Rex makes a much more upgraded version of Rex's standard builds.

Rex: "S-weet! So, what's the plan?"

(Y/N) as Omni-Enhanced Ultimate Upgrade: "You build stuff, I make it better, fight, fight, fight we win."

Rex: "Works for me."

Rocket: "And there's no way you're doing it alone."

Groot: "I am Groot."

Red: "Alright you turkeys, let's get to smashing this hunk of junk!"

Rex then put on his goggles and make an upgraded jetpack then fly off at high speeds. Then everyone follows you and Rex. Rex then fires rocket fists at Alpha-Omega as Thor and Hulk start bashing the legs while Red, Wolverine, Rocket, Groot, and the Humane 7 hit the back. Then Rex fires missiles at Alpha-Omega.

(Y/N) as Omni-Enhanced Ultimate Upgrade: "Nice shot, Rex!"

Then you and Rex see Alpha-Omega spot and then tries to punch you as Rex run.

(Y/N) as Omni-Enhanced Ultimate Upgrade: "Run, run, run, run, run, run!"

Then Rex head to the ground and make a motorcycle to get a closer distance to slash Alpha-Omega's arm off and the the legs as he falls down while the others fled from Alpha-Omega.

Red: "That packed a punch."

Sci-Twi: "But it's not enough!"

Alpha-Omega then repair his damage and then fire a beam and knock you all off of your feet and then you revert back to human form.

Rex: "We need direct hit on the Alpha."

Rainbow: "More insults? I've got a good one."

Rex then turn to you.

Rex: "I've got an idea, but you have to trust me. When I fire, you got to make your roly-poly thing."

(Y/N): "You're not thinking of-"

Rex: "Yup."

(Y/N): "Isn't that dangerous?"

Rex: "Probably."

(Y/N): "On three?"

Rex: "I've officially decided I like you, monster guy."

(Y/N): "Same here, robot kid."

Then the Alpha is moving closer as Rex makes his cannon.

(Y/N): "One!"

Then you became ammo for the cannon as Rex aim the weapon at the Alpha.

Rex: "Two Three!"

Then Rex fire you as you transform into Cannonbolt and made a direct hit. Then a huge explosion is coming to the others way.

Red: "Let's cheese it everyone!"

Hulk: "Everyone move!"

Everyone then start running away from the explosion and they all got up to see Alpha wide open making a cloud above.

Sunset: "It worked!"

Rex: "Whoo! Yeah! Oh, yeah! He shoots! He scores! Whoo! And the crowd goes wild!"

Rainbow: "That awesome!"

Groot: "WE.....ARE......GRROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!!!!!!!!!"

Rex then head to the Alpha and absorb the nanites.

Rex: "Whoa there, little nanite brothers. Where do you think you're going? Alpha's not the only one who can tell you what to do."

Then you head to Rex and revert to human form.

(Y/N): "Omega nanite, are you going to be in there, too?"

???(Caesar): "I'll handle that."

Then everyone then turn to Caesar as he aims a weapon at the storm to find the Omega.

Caesar: "Where are you, little guy? Got it!"

Caesar then retrieve the Omega.

Caesar: "Look! It worked!"

Then the Alpha is now reduced to a small orb.

(Y/N): "And that, my friend, is how you save the world."

Caesar then pull out a scanner to scan the orb.

Caesar: "Very clever, little brother. The density of this sphere is over 30 grams per centimeter cubed. It would be extremely difficult for Alpha to slip through the molecules of this, assuming it survived compaction. We need to get rid of it."

Then Caesar pull out the Null Void gun.

Rex: "Caesar, wait!"

Caesar: "Rex, I wasn't fully able to repair the void gun. I'm not sure how long my repairs will hold before it discharges. We only get one shot at this, and we have to do it fast. It's now or never, Rex."

Red: "Pull the trigger already!"

Caesar then make a portal as you head to the orb.

Rex: "How are you going to carry it? That thing must weigh 10 tons!"

(Y/N): "I'm not going to carry It."

You then transform into Green Diamond.

(Y/N) as Green Diamond: "Let's do this again someday."

You then bubble the orb as it floats in your hand.

Rex: "Wow! That's just Wow!"

(Y/N) as Green Diamond: "Bye guys!"

Hulk: "See ya around kid!"

Groot: "I am Groot!"

Rocket: "Until next time Rex!"

Sci-Twi: "Since we have the Siege Perilous, we can come and visit you anytime."

Red: "Hope your ninja pal is alright."

Wolverine: "If he makes it, tell him he needs shower."

Thor: "Until next time my friends, the realm of Valhalla will be singing your names!"

Then you and your friends head into the portal as Caesar close the portal.

Later, back at base, Rex is checking up on Six.

Rex: "Six?"

Bobo: "He's gone."

Rex: "Gone?"

Rex then collapse on the ground in pain.

Bobo: "To the little ninja's room."

Holiday: "He's going to be fine, Rex."

Rex: "He is?! All right! Yes! Oh, man, I knew it! I knew the whole time!"

Then Six appeared as Rex turn to Six.

Rex: "I mean cool. I'm glad you're alive."

Six: "Me too."

Rex: "I was so scared, Six. I've never done anything so hard in all my life. I really thought the world was going to end, and then I totally kicked butt!"

Six: "I hear you had a little help."

Rex: "Yeah, when his monster watch wasn't conked out. (Y/N) was a cool kid and so are his friends and girlfriends. I wonder if I'll ever see them again."

Holiday then got a bit jealous from hearing the part about you having multiple girlfriends, but she hides it.

Holiday: "With infinite dimensions, the math doesn't work in your favor, Rex."

Bobo: "Math -- the enemy of all things good."

Six: "Although the cosmos works in mysterious ways. I think certain people are meant to meet, to fight side by side, to be friends. You may see one another sooner than you think."

Then Caesar appeared into the room with an injector.

Holiday: "Caesar?! How did you?"

Caesar: "Okay. Before White Knight comes looking for me here, one last piece of unfinished business."

Rex: "You're sure this is the Omega, right? I mean, you didn't grab the Alpha by mistake?"

Caesar: "100% certain. Well, actually, 99.998%. Nothing is 100%."

Caesar then inject the Omega back into Rex as Holiday realized something.

Holiday: "Rocket did mention something about the Siege Perilous, he said that it can create portals to other universes."

Rex: "And they have it."

Bobo: "So they can visit us anytime they want?"

Holiday: "Pretty much."

Later, in your universe, you are deciding where to put the Alpha.

(Y/N) as Green Diamond: "Where to put this orb at?"

Trixie: "The Great and Powerful Trixie suggests the Dark Dimension."

(Y/N) as Green Diamond: "Good idea Trixie, make a portal."

Trixie makes a portal to the Dark Dimension as you throw the orb into the portal. Then Trixie closes it as you revert to human form.

(Y/N): "Well that takes care of that."
