He turns on the tv and a toucan appears

Sebastian: it's him

Gustavo: ugh

The boys all smudged their faces against the glass

Gustavo: alright! Take it down a notch! Boys It's only for a couple of hours.

Antonella: the further you keep them from the truth, the more suspicious they'll become

Gustavo: the only thing I need to worry about, is to keep that blue head cocktail maniac away from the boys

Gustavo: i should've finished you in the Barrier Reef

Ricardo: fifty years, I had to suffer for you mistakes

He saw him walking slowly towards the boys

Gustavo: wait, but they don't deserve it

He takes the dagger out at José

Gustavo: (gasp) NO

Gustavo: you took away their parents but I won't let you hurt them too

he then pulls out a remote and actives a button that says bomb

José: NO!!

Kaboom

The boys were in the mansion mourning over their uncle's death

José: we need to stay strong for uncle Gustavo, he would've done that

The rest joined in

José: tomorrow we start on the out Myster on what happened to mom and dad

They click their glasses together and take a slip

Knock, knock

They heard a knock on the door, Antonella goes to open it and finds a pink flamingo in a gray suit with a matching fedora

He tips his hat

Mr. Sanchez: good evening mame, is mr. mascarene here

The boys peeked a little to see who was at the door

Antonella: aw why isn't she just the most precious thing you ever saw

Mr. Sanchez: ok, I'll leave her hear for a week and see how well you like having her

Mr. Sanchez: bye have fun

As they shut the door, the boys saw Sabastian and Antonella hiding something behind their back

Antonella: boys that was someone from the adoption agency

Boys: adoption agency?

Antonella: boys, meet your new sister...

Sabastian moves out of the way as Antonella pulls a small gothic purple honeycreeper

Boys: SISTER?

    The episode opens on the day the day after Gustavo's funeral at mascarene mansion. The four brothers stare shockingly at their adopted new sister, she looks at them, carrying a purple suitcase inside

Antonella: well come on boys, say hello to your new sister catrina

All the boys could react is with their mouth's open wide. Catrina looks at then.

José: we

Pierre: have

Fritz: a

Miguel: sister

They looked at each other.

Miguel: that's...AMAZING

Jose/Pierre: YEAH

the brothers ran to meet their new sister, Sabastian and Antonella smiled, as everyone walked around her. But Not was happy to hear about the new sister.

Jose: oh wow

Pierre: she's so cute

Miguel: OH I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M GOING TO HAVE A SISTER

Fritz crossed his arms and glares at catrina, Antonella noticed.

Antonella: fritz come say hello to your now sister

Fritz: NO WAY, SHE IS NOT MY SISTER ABD SHE IS NOT APART OF THIS FAMILY

mascarne brothers: (gasp)

Everyone looked at him shocked by what he said.

Jose: fritz, she our new sister now and we have to treat her like family

Fritz: she's not family here

Pierre: well technically she is, uncle Gustavo did adopted her

Fritz: NO HE DIDN'T THE UNCLE GUSTAVO I KNOW WOULDN'T ADOPT A GIRL IN THE HOUSE

Antonella marches towards him.

Antonella: fritz weather she's blood or not, she is apart of this family, you will get along with her, weather you like it or not

Fritz glares and looks away.

Antonella: now go say hello to her

He looks out at catrina who was giving him a small smile.

Fritz: NO, WAY

he marches upstairs

Fritz: I DON'T CARE IF THEY TRY TO BOND WITH HER, I'M NOT GOING ANYWHERE NEAR HER

he marches up to their room and slaps the door.

Slam

they then looked back at catrina.

Jose: oh don't mind him catrina he's just a big grump, anyone is welcome here in the family

Antonella: ok now as soon as you finish eating, you can start unpacking your things in a spare room for you upstairs

She nod her head and walks in to place her suitcase near the couch.

Later on that same evening, Miguel went to bond with catrina as José on the other was on mission to solve one of the families greatest mysteries. The secrets about finding out about their parents.

Fritz was upstairs punching a bag and Pierre went to go talk to catrina when.

Pierre: ah

His arm was being pulled by his brother.

Pierre: oh hey Jose

Jose: hey

He quietly moves them to another room and looks around to be sure nobody was watching them.

Jose: so you ready

Pierre: for what

Jose: to find out what happened to mama and papa

Pierre: but didn't Antonella said that-

Jose: ugh, look don't you want to know what happened to them

Pierre: well yes I really do

Jose: then come on

They head upstairs

Pierre: but where would we search first

Jose: uncle Gustavo's office

They both reach to his door, Jose opens it and walks inside.

Pierre: oh I don't know about that Jose

Jose didn't listen to him, grabs a ladder, climbs up to the bookcase and starts pull books off.

Jose: if anyone knew about our parents it would be uncle Gustavo, now start searching

Back Downstairs Antonella made sopa seca de fideo, she laid down six bowls.

Sabastian: looks yummy

Antonella: I just hope Catrina likes them

She yells out

Antonella: children lunch time

Miguel: oh boys lunch

Jose and Pierre made a mess in the office but stopped when they heard Antonella calling them.

Jose: we'll search after we're done eating

The three boys rushed to the dinner table catrina joined in and sat down across from fritz.

Jose and Pierre were in a rush, they are fast and Miguel was disgusted by their behavior.

Miguel: whoa, what are you guys doing

They both looked up at him in confusion.

Jose: what we're eating

Miguel: well not like that, come on you guys we have a lady at the table

He waves his arm to catrina who was staring at them.

Miguel: you got to be gently

He gracefully picks up his spoon, puts a napkin underneath his lap and eats slowly, doing his table manners. Antonella walks up to him.

Antonella: hmm, you're never like that when I'm around

He whispers to her

Miguel: not in front of the lady

He smiles at catrina as Antonella rolls her eyes in annoyance and walks to carina.

Antonella: ugh

She places her hand on her shoulders.

Antonella: I hope you like the good

She nods her head and ears slowly, fritz came in and continued to glare at catrina.

Fritz: hm

Jose: fritz don't be rude come sit down and eat

He saw his bowl was next to her, she looks at him and blinks.

He just snares at her and stomps off.

Fritz: I'm not eating next to a stranger

Miguel: HEY YOU BE NICE SHE'S OUR SISTER

fritz: SHE'S NOT OUR SISTER

miguel: ah

the three looked back at catrina who looked down in sadness and dropped her spoon.

Miguel: oh don't you worry about him he's just upset that there's another heir to the family mansion and that's going to take over the company when we're older

Jose: yeah he's just trying to get over our uncle's death

Pierre: (whispers) maybe she doesn't know

Miguel: oh right, we'll yesterday uncle Gustavo died from a collapse building, you don't want to know what happened

Sabastian then cuts in and grab her shoulders.

Sabastian: which is something she shouldn't know boys

Jose: he's right it will only make her feel worst

After dinner, catrina unpacked her suitcase, she took out a stuffed swan with stitches and buttons for eyes on it, she smiles at it and hugs it close to her chest, she puts down on a bed Antonella had in for her.

She takes out a picture of a picture of a white swan with a strain of blue hair wearing a white strap dress holding a 5 year old catrina in a pink dress and laughing with daisies around her head like a crown.

She takes a look at the picture and she smile disappears. She puts the picture frame on a desk besides her bed, she then hangs up three coats and takes out a lot of books.

Pierre walks by and noticed her unpacking up the books.

Pierre: whoa

He startled her as she turns around to see him running towards her and picks one of her books.

Pierre: oh you like to read too

She nods her head.

Pierre: I like to read too, we have a library downstairs if you want to read some

Fritz passed by

Fritz: oh that's great just what we need another nerd in the family

Pierre walks out of the room and marches over to fritz.

Pierre: ok what is your problem why do you have to be so hard on her

She overhears their conversation as she shits the door and pulls out to more books, one sketchbook and a strange looking purple book with no title. She hiss the purple underneath her pillow, takes out the sketchbook and starts writing.

Fritz: she's doesn't even belong here, he's just some poor publicity freak that uncle Gustavo took pity on

Pierre was offended by his insult.

Pierre: if uncle Gustavo was alive he wouldn't ve been ashamed of you, this girl needs a family

Fritz: oh please who would want a girl like her a around, just in a week she'll be out of our feathers and disappear

Pierre: oh that's low even for you fritz, we need to look after this girl like uncle Gustavo wanted

Fritz: well guess what, HE'S NOT HERE

he storms off into his room, unaware Sabastian and Antonella were eavesdropping and after hearing what fritz said it was clear to them that catrina didn't belong here.

Back with Jose, he and Pierre were still knocking the books off the shelf.

Pierre: Jose we been in here for an hour, let's just rest

Jose: no there's got to be something in here that might tell us more about mama and papa, I mean we barely knew anything about them

Pierre: other then the fact that they were treasure hunters and explorers

Jose: exactly and I'm not giving up until I find something

He accidentally knocks down a book and a secret entrance appeared behind the fireplace.

Jose: ah, what did I tell you

They walked over to it and saw how old, dusty and dark it was.

They pulled out their cellphones and turned on flashlight mode. They walked downstairs to see cobwebs, they pushed it to the side and when they got downstairs, they saw an old seat, a chest and lots of old junk.

Jose/Pierre: WHOA

they went over to the old junk and went through it. But back upstairs things start to turn for the worst. Miguel was being goofy as usually running around the halls and he overheard Sabastian and Antonella talking...mostly about catrina.

Antonella: do you really have to do this

Sabastian: I'm sorry but it looks like fritz won't bond with her and unless everyone else likes her, we can't keep her

Antonella: but she's just a orphan she needs a good home and some love

Sabastian: I'm sorry but I already call the adoption center and they'll be able to pick her up in the morning

Miguel: what

Miguel felt hurt

Antonella: oh, ok it would've be nice to have a girl around the house

Sabastian: yeah and least she's quiet and isn't messy, I liked her too

Antonella: well I better go tell the boys

Sabastian: no we'll tell them in the morning that way they won't feel heartbroken

He ran to go tell the others on that time fritz decided to mess with catrina. He went to her room and saw her drawing, she was drawing the same swan in the picture frame.

Fritz: HEY

She looks up then ignores him but he walks up to her.

Fritz: you don't belong here, you just a mistake in fact the only reason why uncle Gustavo adopted you so he could get the foster care money

She turns away from him but then something inside her started to burn.

Fritz: your not family and you want to know why, it's because family is about blood and DNA and your none of them, this time by this week you'll ge gone and no body will ever love you

Catrina: stop it

He was surprised to hear her speak for the first time

Fritz: oh what a surprise the freak can finally talk

Catrina: leave me alone

Black fire then appeared from her hands.

Hiss

Fritz: no family would ever want you

Catrina: stop

Fritz: you're nothing

Catrina: NO

fritz: I bet that's the reason why your family left you

Then she snapped

catrina: I...SAID...(shirking) ENOUGH

fritz: WHOA

he fell back as black ooze came out of her, she levitated in the air, the whole house shake and the black ooze formed a tornado around her and everything in her room flew in the air.

Rumble

Miguel: WHOA

Sabastian/Antonella: AH

Pierre/Jose: OH

Pierre and Jose were looking at a treasure map and put it down.

Pierre: what was that

Jose: I don't know but we better go check it out

The three boys ran to catrina's room and were all terrorized to see something coming out of catrina's mouth and her eyes were purely white and they also saw fritz looking at her terrified.

Jose: FRITZ WHAT HAPPENED

Fritz: I don't know I was talking to her then she got mad and turned into that

Miguel: YOU THREATENED HER DIDN'T YOU

fritz: CAN YOU REALLY BLAME ME

they all gave him a serious look all he did was shrug his shoulders.

Fritz: I THING SHE MIGHT BE A DEMON

Jose: NO WAY SHE MAYBE DIFFERENT BUT SHE STILL SPECIAL

Pierre: MAYBE IF FRITZ APOLOGIZE TO HER, MAYBE SHE'LL GO BACK TO NORMAL

fritz: WHAT ATE YOU SERIOUS SHE'S A DANGEROUS WITCH

Miguel/Jose/Pierre: FRITZ

fritz: OKAY FINE ALRIGHT

he looks at the black tornado, hesitates to go but walks slowly to her.

Fritz: CATRINA I'M SORRY

he grabs her arm she then falls down and he was sucked into the tornado and a large demon pops out, it had two sharp horns and red eyes.

Fritz looks around to see clips of catrina's past. One where a family of seagulls took catrina in.

Father seagull: oh my

Mother seagull: she's a monster

She looks down, then she turns around to see a group of female doves Picking on her and singing a cruel nursery rhyme

Doves:catrina, catrina wick witch, never be with a family

Young catrina: (sobbing)

The more clips fritz saw of catrina's sad past, the more guilty he felt.

Fritz: ah, CATRINA

he saw a roaster family attacking her with a belt.

Father roaster: why you ungrateful little

Catrina: (screams) AH

Fritz saw clips of her being rejected by a family of flamingos.

Flamingos: we want a normal girl not a freak

He slaps her

Smack

Catrina: UGH

he also saw uncle Gustavo looking at her and feeling bad.

Then after seeing every family reject her, he wanted it to stop.

Fritz: CATRINA

young Catrina: (sobbing)

He turns around to see a motherly like swan while carrying a five year old catrina, running away from an aggressive roaster holding a bat, in a alleyway.

Roaster: ANGELINA!!!!

Angelina: (screams)

She hides catrina in a box and closes the lids, catrina got a peek to see their shadows.

Roaster: WHERE IS SHE ANGELINA

Angelina: SOMEWHERE, WHERE YOU'LL NEVER HURT HER, AH

he then grabs her arm and throws her on the ground.

Thud

Angelina: UGH

roaster: you can't keep her forever from me, I'll find her and when I do, the world will be mine

He raises the bat up and

Whack

catrina: (sobbing)

He turns around to find catrina crying, hugging her knees. Now he felt terrible for how he treated her.

He walks up to her.

Catrina: my...mother was the only family I had left of her, the day I was born I was gifted with a magic power

Fritz: so your not a demon

She looks back at him

Catrina: that's what other family that tries to adopt me says about me, they think I'm some kind of monster (sobbing) after I watch my dad hurt my mom, a flamingo found me and took me to the orphanage but every time I tried to get adopted my family would hate me, hurt me, call me these awful names and every time I get mad or sad my powers get out of control and i...hurt people (sobbing) you were right I am a freak

Fritz feels hurt inside for what he's done, he bends down to her

Fritz: Catrina I'm so sorry-

He tries to touch her shoulders but she pushes them away.

Catrina: OH STOP IT, YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT I BEEN THROUGH, you don't know what it feels like lose someone important in your life

He wraps his arm around her.

Fritz: actually I do and I also know that you shouldn't gone through a terrible life like that

She gets up

Catrina: i know how to stop the demons, only I can defeat them

Fritz: then let's go

Her tornado of insecurity vanished into thin air and they look find the demon growing tentacles and picking up the three brothers.

Pierre/Miguel/Jose: AH

fritz and catrina looked at each other and nods.

Fritz: (whistles)

The beast turns to catrina and fritz, catrina stepped her foot down, close her eyes, cleared her mind, raises her hands up and tries to pull the beast back inside her but he was fighting her.

Demon: (snarl)

Catrina: UGH, I CAN'T DO IT

fritz: COME ON, YOU CAN DO, I KNOW YOU CAN DO, I BELIEVE IN YOU

Miguel/Pierre/Jose: huh

the brothers were all shocked to see fritz encouraging catrina.

Catrina: UGH

he Then saw how he was struggling, he runs towards her and helps her out by grabbing her hands.

Catrina/fritz: AH

They then levitated and a light came from her amethyst necklace hidden underneath her shirt, a blue aura surrounded them both, and the light blasted at the demon and he vanished.

Demon: (shrinking)

after that the house stopped shaking and all the objects that floated feel down.

Thud

Brothers: AH

fritz: ugh

he saw catrina levitated back down and her stuffed swan feel on the ground, she walks over to it, picks it up and just the thought of the stuffed swan reminded her of her mom.

Catrina: (sniffs)

Tears begin to role in her eyes, and fell on her cheeks, she closed her eyes, held the stuffed swan close to her chest and broke down crying, she feel on her knees. Fritz crawled over to her and pulled her in for a hug.

Catrina: (sobbing)

The other three boys saw how upset she was and walked around her and touched her shoulders.

The very next day, fritz was the first to wake up, to check on, only to find her room empty. He hurried downstairs and saw her packed and the flamingo arrived.

Mr. Sanchez: I'm sorry it wouldn't work out, maybe we can try again next time catrina

Antonella: I'm very sorry it's ok

He saw the boys looked upset.

Fritz: what's going on, why are you here, I thought you were supposed to come in a week

Mr. Sanchez: well I got a phone call that you didn't like having her around

Fritz: huh

Antonella: we saw how much it bothered you to have her around so we thought it was best to send her back

Fritz: what (whimpers)

Mr. Sanchez: come on catrina let's go

As she starts to leave, fritz stops her.

Fritz: NO

he pulls in for a hug and holds her tight.

Fritz: I won't let you take my sister away

Everyone was shocked to see how he was hugging catrina, including catrina.

Everyone: (gasp)

The boys then looked excited.

Antonella: but I don't understand I thought you didn't want her because she wasn't family

Fritz: just because, she came from a different family doesn't mean that she's not family here, I want her to be apart of this family, besides it's what uncle Gustavo would've want it

Catrina pulls gently away from him.

Catrina: i don't understand I thought you didn't like me and that I was a publicity stunt

Fritz: but then I realized I was wrong

The three adults then smiled.

Mr. Sanchez: well if that what the boy wants

He takes out a paper claiming her adoption.

Mr. Sanchez: congratulations, she is apart of the family

Brothers: (cheering)

Catrina let's go and walks up to Mr. Sanchez, he bends down and grabs her hand.

Mr. Sanchez: well it looks like you finally found a family who wants you, enjoy your new family catrina

He gets up and heads to door and leaves.

Fritz: (gasp) oh great now your apart of this family

He hugs her tight, she closes her her eyes, then opens them to look back at him, then smiles and return the hug back.

Antonella: oh it's good that fritz changed his mind

Sabastian: yeah I told you it'll work

She rolls her eyes in annoyance.

Later that same evening, they all sat down to eat lunch together and this time, fritz sat next to her and pushes her seat in.

Fritz: here let me

Catrina: thanks

The two looked at each other and smiled, they also saw Miguel eating like a pig.

Fritz: MIGUEL!!!

he looks up

Miguel: WHAT!!

fritz: where are your table manners, we have a little lady at the table

Catrina: ok look guys just because I'm a girl that doesn't mean you can act gentleman like around me

Miguel: ok in that case

He gets up on the table, scoops up mashed potatoes and throws it at fritz face.

Splat

Fritz: AH

Catrina: (giggles)

Miguel: (laughing)

Fritz: UGH

fritz gets angry, wipes off the mashed potatoes off, gets up grabs some macaroni and throws it back at him.

Fritz: oh yeah well take that

Splat

Miguel: AH (laughing) Food fight

The two started throwing food at each other and catrina joins in.

Antonella: (GASP) oh my heavens, children please, please children settle down

as Antonella tries to deal with the food fight, back upstairs Jose and Pierre were in the secret entrance in their uncle's office.

Jose: ok we searched every inch in this place and we found nothing, maybe you were right, I should've just let it go

Pierre puts the artifacts and old maps up when...

Pierre: ugh, (gasp) uh Jose

Jose: huh

He walks up to his and they see an old portrait the right hand corner has been ripped. It was an old painting of uncle Gustavo in an underwater sea lab on the left corner, he wraps his arm around someone else.

Pierre: I think you might be right about something

They lift the ripped paper back to its place and by their surprise.

Jose/Pierre: (gasp)

it was a picture of a female parrot with yellow, blue, green, orange and red feathers, her hair was short, had one hoop erring, green eyes, had was wearing a black and purple scuba suit and she was smiling.

Jose/Pierre: MOM
