The episode commences showing the summit of a mountain. It was a flashback of 15 years ago with a young falcon climbing the top of Mount Everest.

The falcon was wearing a dark black snow climber suit, he had goggles on, to help him see through the harsh blizzard.

Following behind him was a pink flamingo who was having trouble keeping up as he slips on every step and hangs on tighter to the climbing rope.

Diego: whoa-hey are you sure this was a good idea and was it a really good idea to let him lead the way

When they reached the top, the falcon took off his goggles and hood to reveal to be Gustavo.

The flamingo finally made it to the top, still tired from the climb then they meet up with another snow climber in a red suit and another but a female and in a blue suit.

Gustavo: ok find it

They searched around, looking all over the mountain as they were looking for something.

Diego: everrest, the highest peak in the world. And the seven summits, this mountain has the world's finest explorers climb it and never came back to tell the tale due to its harsh conditions and that's what makes it the most dangerous mountain in the world, we'll never find it here

Gustavo: we'll find it, it's got to be around here somewhere, we have supplies so we'll be alright, now start digging

He grabs a pick axe and starts attacking the mountain.

Gustavo: come on it's got to be around here somewhere

Just then, the red snow climber poked a hole in the mountain, then he saw something.

Male climber: sir we found it

Gustavo turns around and smiles, as he walks over to the hole, uses his strength to open it more and a strange blue glowing light, catches his eye.

Gustavo: ah there you are

In the mountain it revealed to be a big blue odd shaped gem.

(Theme song)

The scene then changes to the mascarene mansion, the boys gathering around at the table, they finished eating then catrina came in.

Boys: morning catrina

Catrina: hey

Fritz continued his role as supportive brother and protective brother, he ran to her chair and pulled it for her.

Fritz: here allow me

He then pushes her chair in.

Catrina: thanks

Antonella: Ever since she came in the family, she's made fritz a much better brother

Miguel: it's made him much for a softie too, care about a demon sister

Fritz made shocking deface as he turns around to Miguel and shushes him.

Fritz: hush

Pierre: now Miguel that's no way to talk about catrina like that, just because she wears dark clothes that doesn't make her scary

Jose: yeah you wouldn't want anybody talking about you that way

After what happened only fritz and Miguel know catrina's powers, fritz wanted to keep her powers a secret from everyone else because if Jose and Pierre knew about her magic they probably would be scared of her.

Meanwhile Antonella saw Sabastian grabbing his coat.

Antonella: where are you going

Sabastian: to tell Gunter the terrible news

Antonella: oh I don't think that'll be such a good idea, he loved Gustavo

Sabastian: he's bound to know eventually

He heads outside, Gunter was the family pilot and he was Gustavo's adopted nephew.

Back with the kids, Antonella was clearing their plates.

Antonella: ok kids time for dessert

Boys: YA!!!!!

She walks in carrying a plate, she took the top off to reveal churros.

Miguel: CURROS

the boys then dig in, fritz then noticed catrina not taking one but reading a book.

Fritz: hey catrina, don't you want some

Catrina: I'm can't have sweets

The boys were all shocked as surprised at her.

Boys: WHAT

Miguel: why?

Catrina: let's just say sugar doesn't quite agree with me

Fritz: so you never ate candy before

Catrina: nope

Pierre: not even flan

Catrina: yep

Miguel then started to get an idea.

Miguel: hmm I got it

He runs to the kitchen and brings out a bowl full of Dulce De Leche and puts it down in front of her.

Catrina: Huh

Miguel: this is Dulce De Leche, it's like caramel but super yummy

Catrina: oh gee I don't think I should, I'm not supposed to eat any sugar

Jose: come on catrina, it's be fine I promise

She turned to see Jose grabbing her shoulders, she then puts the book down, nervously grabs the spoon and as her hand was shaking, she got a spoonful of Dulce De Leche and when the top of her tongue touched the caramel.

She eyes grew wide and she started to shake, she began eating the whole thing.

Catrina: mmm

Miguel: see there you go

They watched as catrina was finishing up the whole Bowl, then Jose elbowed Pierre and rolled his eyeballs to the living room.

Jose: well me and Pierre, got to go do something

Pierre: yeah we'll see you guys later

They quickly disappeared onto the hallway and ran upstairs to continue their mystery about their mom

Pierre: I just don't see why we can't tell fritz and Miguel

Jose: the less they know the better now come on

Back with fritz and Miguel, they left when catrina was licking the bowl. They when she finished, she started to shake rapidly and her eyes turned to a different shade of purple.

Meanwhile somewhere in the Bahamas, Sabastian took a jet and flew down to a small cottage, inside was a mess.

(Snoring)

Then the camera shows a pelican sleeping in a hamper.

But then his nap was interrupted when Sabastian knocked on the door.

(Knock knock knock)

Sabastian: Gunter wake up

Gunter: wha-oh

He fell on the ground and ran to get the door.

Gunter: oh hey Sabastian, those uncle Gustavo need me

The pelican was fat and he was a pilot, he had a blue cap with a matching jacket, a white turtleneck, black pants and brown boots.

Sabastian: actually there's something I need to talk to you about

Gunter: uhh okay come in

He walks in the messy house and says down on a create and gunter sat on his hamper. He had a bad feeling when Sabastian took off his hat and look upset.

Sabastian: there's no easy way saying this but.... Gustavo..well...he died

This news had brought Gunter's beak to quiver, his heart shattered.

Gunter: what

Sabastian: I'm sorry

He then gets up and stumbles into the room, knocking things down.

Gunter: uh no

He then fell on his knees, Sabastian then grabbed his shoulder.

Sabastian: we need you gunter to help raise the boys

Gunter: alright I'll do it FOR THE BOYS

He gets up and raises his fist in the air as he remembers he has the boys to worry about.

Gunter: but first let just pack up my things

Meanwhile at home fritz and Miguel head downstairs to get something sweet to eat.

But When they got into the kitchen, they saw that it was a mess.

Miguel: AH

Fritz: (gasp)

Ice cream boxes have been open, frost cream smeared on walls and counters and all the desserts and sweets were gone.

Fritz: what happened here, this place is a mess

Miguel: and all the flan is gone

He goes to the fridge to find a vanilla bean ice cream box.

Miguel: at least the ice cream is saved

But when he opened it, disappointedly he found that it was empty.

Miguel: aw someone ate it all

Then Antonella came in with a broom.

Antonella: boys, when your down eating your snacks, please clean up after yourself, we have a young lady here

Miguel: it wasn't us

Fritz went into the living room and saw how there were candy wrappers everywhere, he then got a idea.

Fritz: I think I know who it was

The two ran upstairs.

Fritz: I think i know the reason why catrina can't have candy, catrina!!!

But when they got in her room, they saw the place was a mess, candy wrappers everywhere but no catrina, when they walked in something moved fast behind them.

(Whoosh)

Fritz: huh

Then it happened again.

(Whoosh)

Miguel: AH!!

(Crunching)

They then heard something eating, they turned to see catrina in the corner facing away from them and eating a chocolate bar with a hazelnut cream filling.

Fritz: catrina

When he turned her around, he saw her eyes have gone dark violet and she was eating a bag of sugar.

Fritz: (gasp)

Catrina: (munching)

Fritz: ok I think you had enough sugar for today

He takes the bag away unfortunately for him, that was a mistake, when she tries to get it back he pushes her away.

Catrina: (pasting)

Fritz: No catrina!!! Sorry but this is for your own good

Then she started to levitate, a violet glow wrapped around her like, trapping her in a ball then she grew three tentacles that are wide near the middle and end in a jagged point, a heads formed shapedd like a split into two horn-like protrusions. It had no eyes, and have a wide, sharp fanged-like mouth in the style of a jack-o-lantern.

Fritz: oh no, not again

The demon catrina was had a childish laughter and was craving for sugar.

Demon: (child laughter)

The demon then crashed a hole into the wall, the beast left leaving a terrified Miguel and a shocked fritz.

Fritz: I guess that's why she can't have sugar

He tries to change the mode meanwhile upstairs Pierre and Jose were searching in the attic.

Pierre: are you sure we might find some answers up here

Jose: come on, the attic filled with useless junk and information, it's got to have answers here about that project

Back outside of town, fritz and Miguel were trying to come down catrina who was now a sugar craving monster.

(People screaming)

Sugar Demon: (child laughing)

And Miguel just found out catrina is a demon.

Miguel: SHES A DEMON

fritz: yes but she's not that bad, how do you think that tornado came in

Miguel: that was her

Fritz: you're just figuring that out now

Miguel: I thought that was from one of uncle Gustavo's enemies why didn't you tell me she just had magic powers, and was a demon

Fritz: I didn't want you to be terrified of her

Miguel: but she's are sister and she's apart of our family now and family support each other no matter what

Ass the brothers had a heart to heart moment.

(People screaming)

They heard her attacking a candy shop.

Fritz: just promise me you won't tell the others about her okay, I don't want them to be afraid of her

Miguel: ok come on we need to get our sister

Meanwhile in the sky, gunter was flying fast.

Sabastian: AHH DO YOU HAVE TO BE FAST

Gunter: it's part of my job, WOO!!!

The boys then followed her to a ice cream shop where they saw everybody running and screaming.

Fritz: there

Miguel: AH

they saw her on the counter using her tentacles to scoop some ice cream and pop it in her mouth.

(Munching)

Miguel: we got to stop her

Fritz then sees a curtain, he pulls it down.

Fritz: hey I got a idea

Miguel grabs the other end and they quietly walked up behind her and trapped her underneath the curtain, she struggled herself free.

(Child laughter)

Fritz/Miguel: ugh

She then flew up in the air, flying them around then they crashed Into a pole.

Thud

Fritz/Miguel: ah

Fritz: ugh she's just too fast

Miguel: we just need to put her down

Fritz: how?

Miguel: what happens after a sugar rush, a sugar crash if we feed her more sugar she'll crash

Fritz: uh hello didn't giving her sugar is what made her a beast in the first place

Miguel: got any other ideas

(People screaming)

Fritz: fine

They saw her in shop, pouring soda down her throat.

(Chugging)

The boys then grabbed a few pastry treats then started throwing it at her.

Fritz/Miguel: ugh

(Child laughter)

Fritz: that's it catrina here's some sweets for ya

But as she ate the pastries it only made her faster.

Fritz: it's not working it's only making her stronger, we need something that's the opposite of sugar, we need-

(Child Laughing)

He then got a idea as he turns around to the produce aisles and picks up a broccoli.

Fritz: eat broccoli breast

He throws the broccoli and the sugar craving monster eats it then.

(Gagging, screeching)

The demon then stopped and collapsed on the ground, fritz and Miguel ran and saw catrina turning back to normal.

Luckily nobody saw her, fritz picked her up and the two brothers headed home.

Back at home, catrina has finally woken from her slumber, she was on the couch wrapped in a blanket, confused about what happened.

Catrina: ugh

Fritz: hey

Catrina: (gasp)

She turned to see fritz coming in holding a cup of tea. He hands her the cup, she backs up a bit, worried that it might be sweet.

Fritz: don't worry it's just tea

She takes it.

Fritz: you okay

Catrina: yeah

Fritz: okay good

It became quite then catrina broke the silence.

Catrina: Miguel knows doesn't he

Fritz made a sad look but then smiles.

Fritz: yes but he's not afraid of you

She turns to sees him entering the room.

Miguel: yeah you're part of this family now and families are there for each other no matter what, and I promise I'll keep your secret

She smiles as she was United by her brothers, fritz on her left and Miguel on her right.

Catrina: sorry about what happened

Fritz: oh no it's ok, we should be the ones that should be sorry, we should've known, it was our fault, we made eat sweets when you didn't want to

The brothers then came in on closer to her.

Fritz: we're just glad your okay

The two then hugged her and she returns the hug back.

Then Jose and Pierrecame rushing downstairs with monsters hunting equipment.

Jose: HEY GUYS, you'll never guess what happened in town, there was a monster attack

Pierre: come on let's go hunt it down

Not the two were paused and were shocked when they saw the two hugging catrina.

Pierre: I feet that we missed something important

Jose: FAMILY HUG TIME

Pierre: (shrugs) meh

Jose and Pierre then joined in on the hug, Antonella came in and was awed by the beautiful family moment.

Antonella: aw

Just then Gunter came in, locked them up and hugs them, joining in.

Gunter: aw family hug time

The boys smiled when they saw Gunter.

Boys: Gunter

One by one he holds them up and puts them down and calls them by name.

Gunter: hi Jose, hi Pierre, hi Miguel, hi fritz

Then it became time for catrina.

Gunter: hi purple girl, huh purple girl

Her continues to hold catrina as he examines her.

Gunter: huh that's weird I haven't seen you at the family reunion

He then felt someone pulling on his arm he looks down to see Miguel.

Miguel: Gunter that's our new adopted sister catrina

Gunter: ohh, well

he puts her down on the couch.

Gunter: hi catrina, welcome to the family, I'm Gunter

He then felt something in his pocket, he pulls it out and saw it was a piece of purple candy, he holds it out to her.

Gunter: want some candy

Fritz and Miguel's eyes open wide terrified as catrina looks down with the same look. Then the boys got in front of her and fritz hit candy away from her.

Fritz/Miguel: NO!!!!

The three were surprised and this frightened Gunter a bit.

Catrina: thanks but i think I had enough sugar for today

Fritz: me too

Miguel: yeah

Jose picked up the candy that fell in front of him and eats it.

Jose: no sugar, you're lost, speaking of which

The three Jose, Pierre and gunter ran to the dinning table when came to dessert time.

But sadly Antonella came in holding a bowl full of fruit.

Antonella: sorry boys but for some reason we ran out of desserts so we're just going to have some fruit instead

Boys/Gunter: aw

Fritz grabs a apple.

Fritz: I can take that

As he was about to take a bite into it, he sees catrina next to him, he takes a knife cuts a piece and hands her one.

(Pierre to Jose)

Pierre: sorry we couldn't find anything about mom

Jose: it's okay I'm sure we'll find something soon

The scene then changes to a picture of Gustavo standing on top of Mount Everest with his team.

A flashback plays of Gustavo holding the diamond, he was smiling at it.

Gustavo: (chuckles)

Then Gunter tilted his head to the side.

Gunter: hey sir did you find it

Gustavo: yes, At last, after all these years it was kept in this mountain

Diego: ok you found it lets go before this

Arthur: hey sir We're in the clear

He turns to see the red suit climber, he takes off his good and goggles to reveal a woodpecker with red hair.

Gustavo: ugh alright Lead the way Arthur,

The redhead woodpecker made an enthusiastic face and saluted face as he jumps in the air.

Arthur: Woo Hoo! Yes sir

He then runs

Gustavo: Gunter get the plane ready

Gustavo: yes sir

Erica: We should be closer than ever now

Gustavo turns to see the female snow climber taking off her hood to reveal to be the boy's mother.

Erica: the client is going to be really happy

Then a shadowy silhouette of someone holding a cigarette showed.

Male: (cocky) and let's not forget it's going to help with ya financial problems

Gustavo rolled his eyes in annoyance and puts the diamond in his pocket on his leg.

Gustavo: you never cease to amaze me And you wanted to turn around

Male: hey I ain't going to spend your money on a funeral

Gustavo: bah

Gustavo walks off carrying his bag.

Gustavo: nothing bad has ever happened to me, in case you haven't noticed we're a adventure family

Erica then passes by and nudges Diego's shoulders.

Erica: where's your sense of adventure

Diego then slipped a little.

Erica: oh do be Careful, the ice is starting to unstable

She then takes out a sledge.

Erica: MT. Everest consider yourself conquered! Wooo

She then rode the sledge all the way down the mountain. Diego follows.

Gustavo: Érica be careful

Diego: ugh, whoa

Male: so instead of spending Christmas with ya hatchling nephews you rather risk you and your sister's live climbing a mountain searching for a diamond

Gustavo: this diamond is special it's going to help people And besides we survived! Take that, Mt. everrest! You won't claim our bodies, another day! Now you maybe my assistant but I decided what's best for me and my family, now let's go before this mountain gives us ice fever

He takes out a rope and axe and starts climbing down, leaving the strange silhouette alone on the mountain, he drops the cigarette on the snow.

Male: no

He then pops his head out to reveal to be a rooster smiling sinisterly.

Male: I'll make you worry, I make you see the errors of the choices your making
