Lianna noticed it was getting dark outside. "I see it's getting dark... We should rest at the Pokémon Center tonight." Lianna said. "Vee." Eevee replied. Lianna headed inside of the nearby Pokémon Center and looked around. "Hello? I need to ask the local Nurse Joy a question!" She called out. A pool of water was behind the counter. "Hello?" She asked. The Nurse Joy, who happened to be a mermaid jumped out of the pool of water. "Hello there, can I rest here for the night?" Lianna asked her. "Of course, just pick a room key and go on ahead." She said happily.

"Alright!" Lianna replied in happiness and went into a room and picked it out for the night. The room has a bed, bathroom, cabinet beside the bed, tv and windows. Lianna went and got dressed in pajamas and poured out two bowls of Pokémon food for her Eevee and Ponyta. Eevee and Ponyta ate their food in happiness. Lianna gently set the eggs she has won on pillows and wrapped them in blankets. Eevee watched her do it. "Ponyta, can you rest by these four eggs tonight?" She asked her. "Ny? Ta?" She asked in curiosity. "I can lay by you." Lianna said. Ponyta was unsure about Lianna's idea.

Lianna gathered pillows and placed them by the eggs and laid out a blanket. Ponyta pushed Lianna away from the eggs. "Huh?" She asked her. Ponyta shook her head. "Fine. I'll sleep on my bed." Lianna said. Ponyta smiled and Eevee was laying on the bed. "Goodnight Ponyta. Goodnight Eevee." Lianna said happily. "Ponyta." She said and went to sleep. "Vee." Eevee said and curled up next to Lianna. "Goodnight Eevee." Lianna said, hugging her before she slept. Eevee nuzzled her and slept.

Lianna drifted into a dream, where she had a zoo with every single Pokémon fully evolved. Her Pokémon were all fully evolved, except for Eevee. "Oh my goodness! I am the greatest Pokémon Master who has ever lived!" Lianna said in joy. "Eevee!" Eevee called, jumping onto her master's head. "Eevee! It is thanks to you that I am the greatest master who has ever lived!" She said happily. "EEVEE! EEVEE!" Eevee shouted in happiness. Lianna laughed and hugged her. Eevee laughed along with her.

The next day, Eevee was sleeping and kicking her legs as she slept, like a puppy. Lianna woke up. "Morning Eevee! Morning Ponyta!" She said to the happily. Both of them are still sleepy. Lianna inspected the eggs. The eggs looked fine. Lianna smiled and prepared food for herself and her pals. Bowls of berries for her pals and pancakes for herself. Eevee smelled the berries and headed towards them. "Morning Eevee!" She called out to her. "Eevee." She said and smiled. Lianna smiled. "Vee." Eevee said while smiling and wagging her tail. Lianna was flipping pancakes and Eevee watched them go up and down. Lianna then stacked the pancakes. Eevee watched her and drooled while staring at the tower of pancakes.

Lianna then placed a pancake on top of Eevee's bowl of berries. "Vee." Eevee said, smiling at Lianna before eating them. Lianna started to eat her pancakes. Ponyta then trotted over and steals one of the pancakes. Lianna just watched her take a pancake. "I should've just have you one..." She said embarrassed. Ponyta happily are it. "So you guys want to go walking around until these eggs hatch?" She asked her Pokémon. They agreed happily. "Okay!" Lianna called out, getting changed and got ready to head out with her pals. Ponyta and Eevee get ready. Lianna headed out with her Pokémon, eggs included.

Eevee and Ponyta follow Lianna outside. "Ponyta, can I ride on you?" She asked her Ponyta. Ponyta moves back and shook her head no. "O-okay..." Lianna said, walking beside her and the three of them walked many laps around the city. Ponyta slowed down a bit. "Huh?" Lianna asked. Ponyta looked tired of walking. Lianna decided to return Ponyta and continued to walk around for a while. Eevee after a while got bored. "You wanna go catch some Pokémon in a nearby era?" She asked her. "Eev. Vee. Vee." Eevee replied. "Alright!" Lianna called out, heading over to a nearby route and pulling out two bottles of Fresh Water. "Vee?" Eevee asked. Lianna started to feed Eevee some water. Eevee drank from the bottle. "Everyone needs water..." Lianna said. Eevee drank the water happily.

Lianna drank her bottle of water too. Eevee finished her drink and smiled at Lianna. "Ready to go?" Lianna asked her. Eevee nodded. Lianna then lead Eevee into the tall grass. Eevee followed in after her. Lianna searched around, a rustle was then heard. Lianna entered into the grass and encountered a wild Drowzee. "A Drowzee! Ready, Eevee?" Lianna asked her Eevee. "Vee!" Eevee jumped into action. "Quick Attack!" Lianna ordered. Eevee used it and hit Drowzee. Drowzee used Poison Gas. "Dodge it and use Quick Attack!" Lianna called out. Eevee does so but accidentally ran into the gas. "Eevee!" Lianna cried out. Eevee ran through the gas and hit Drowzee, stopping the Poison Gas. Lianna used a Love Ball, thinking it would work. Drowzee went into the ball but it broke out. "Dang it!" Lianna cried out loud, using an Ultra Ball. The same thing happened. Drowzee then used Hypnosis and put Eevee to sleep. Lianna used a Timer Ball. Drowzee broke out one last time and ran away.

Lianna frown sadly, she failed to catch another psychic type Pokémon. "I'm never going to get a Psychic Type!" She cried out, waking up Eevee. Eevee woke up and saw her sad trainer, trying to cheer her up. Lianna looked at Eevee with a smile. "I can't stay upset when you're around..." She said to her. "Eevee." Eevee replied. Lianna held out Eevee's Pokéball. "I am curious, do you like your Pokéball?" She asked her. "So you like your ball?" She asked her. Eevee looked at the ball. "Vee..." She said, shaking her head. "I guess not..." She said, putting the ball again into her pocket. "Want to try again for another potential Psychic Type?" She asked Eevee. "Vee." Eevee agreed.

Lianna lead Eevee into the tall grass again, with Eevee tagging along behind. A rustle in the grass appeared once again. Lianna entered the shaking grass. Another wild Drowzee appeared! "Ready Drowzee?" Lianna asked, forgetting she had the Eevee. "Zee?" Drowzee asked. "I meant Eevee!" Lianna cried out in embarrassment. Eevee giggled at Lianna's mistake. "Ready Eevee?" She asked correctly. "Eevee! Vee!" Eevee called out, jumping into action. "Use Return!" She called out. Eevee used Return and caused a lot of damage to this Drowzee. "That's a lot of damage!" Lianna called out. Drowzee was dizzy and Lianna used an Ultra Ball. Drowzee was caught! "Yes!" Lianna called out. "Eevee! Eevee!" Eevee called out happily. Lianna sent Drowzee to her house. "I'll scan it later." She said. "Vee Vee." Eevee replied.

"Wanna go out again?" Lianna asked her. "Eve!" Eevee called out, jumping for joy. "Okay!" Lianna said, leading her out of the grass. Eevee followed her and then suddenly, an egg shook. "Oh my! Ann egg is about to hatch!" Lianna cried out loud. It started to hatch. Lianna took the egg out of the incubator. The egg cracked and was glowing until a little baby Pokémon known as Tyrogue hatched from the egg. "A Tyrogue!" Lianna called out in happiness. "Ty. Tyrogue." He said. "Hey little guy." She said to it. Tyrogue opened his eyes. Lianna looked at him. "Tyrogue?" He asked. "I'm Lianna." Lianna said, holding out her hand. Tyrogue tried to stand up for the first time. Lianna was attempting to help him practice standing. He got up, but with shaking legs. "I'm going to help you." She said to him. Tyrogue fell over. "Ty! Ty!" He said, looking sad. "Don't feel sad... I got you..." She said to him. "Rouge." He said to her. Lianna gave him a walker.

Tyrogue took the walker. "Eevee?" Eevee asked. "You can practice your balance on this." She said. Tyrogue tried to stay balanced on it. "You'll get the hang of it." She said to him. Tyrogue smiled. Lianna smiled back. "Soon the other eggs will hatch." She said. "Vee." Eevee replied. Lianna smiled. "Vee! Vee!" Eevee pointed her paw at the Pokémon Center. "Huh? You want to go back to the Pokémon Center?" She asked her. "Eevee." Eevee said, shaking her head and looking at Tyrogue. "We should." Lianna said, taking Eevee and Tyrogue to the Pokémon Center.

The Nurse Joy Mermaid was in her pool. "Hello there!" She called out loud. The Nurse Joy couldn't hear she to her being underwater. Lianna was helping Tyrogue practice walking around the Pokémon Center. The Nurse Joy Mermaid surfaced. "Ah. There's nothing like a quiet swim." She said, then lying down in the water and closed her eyes. "Soon you'll get the hang of this, Tyrogue." Lianna said to her Tyrogue. "Tyrogue." He said. Lianna was helping Tyrogue walk with his walker. Nurse Joy Mermaid then jumped out of the pool. "Ah, I needed that." She said, grabbing a towel. "You okay?" Lianna asked. Tyrogue felt fine. Eevee pointed to the Nurse Joy getting out of the pool.

"Huh?" Lianna looked at the Nurse Joy. "Oh hey! I was asking if you were okay?" Lianna said to her. "Huh? Oh yes, I was just having a swim. That's all, it helps me relax." She said. "Okay." Lianna replied. "So how can I help you?" She asked Lianna. "I am training my Tyrogue how to walk." Lianna said. "Oh, how long has it been since your Tyrogue hatched?" Nurse Joy asked. "A while ago." Lianna said. "So I see, so it hasn't found its balance yet." She said. "Not yet." Lianna replied. "Well give it some time and let it rest, and then it will get its balance. But don't force it to try walking, for it will be very bad for it." The Nurse Joy explained.

"Okay, you want to rest, Tyrogue?" Lianna asked him. Tyrogue agreed. "Okay." Lianna said, returning him. Tyrogue went back into his ball "Err, that's not a good idea. It needs to be out of its ball for that." The Nurse Joy said. "Oh!" Lianna explained, sending him out. Tyrogue was sent back out. Lianna helped Tyrogue sit down carefully and then inspected the other eggs. Tyrogue rested and another egg started to hatch. "Ooh! Another egg! Eevee! Check this out!" Lianna called out, getting the egg out of the incubator. The egg hatched into a Togepi. "A Togepi?!" Lianna called out in awe, she scanned it. Togepi was female and she knew Metronome, Charm and Growl. "Metronome..." Lianna said and smiled. "I'm going to have fun with you." Lianna said. Togepi smiled. Lianna then helped Togepi practice standing up.

Togepi already got the hang of it and walked around like a toddler. "Toge! Togepi!" She chirped. Lianna smiled and Togepi sat down. "Just two eggs left." Lianna said. Togepi got up and ran to the doors. "Togepi? Where are you going?" Lianna asked out loud in worry. Togepi tried to run out of the Pokémon Center but she couldn't. Lianna picked her up. "You'll have to wait for us." Lianna said. Togepi waved her arms in joy. "Toge! Togepi!" She said happily. "A-are you using Metronome?" Lianna asked. Togepi stopped and closed her eyes. Lianna looked confused, then Togepi fell asleep. Lianna smiled. "Eevee, any other eggs hatching?" She asked her. Eevee looked at the eggs, and they did not move.

"Should I send Togepi back home?" She asked Eevee. "Vee?" Eevee asked. "I'll hold off to help her train..." Lianna said. "Eevee!" Eevee said, wagging her tail. "Hey Tyrogue!" Lianna called to Tyrogue. Tyrogue looked at her. "How are you doing?" She asked him. "Tyrogue." He said, feeling a little bit better. "You want to attempt to walk again?" She asked him. Tyrogue looked at his legs. "You don't have to." Lianna said. "Excuse me, but I think Tyrogue will need some time before walking, it just sounds like you want it to walk fast." Nurse Joy said. "Oh. Okay, I'll leave him be." Lianna said. "Don't worry, I'll take care of him." Nurse Joy said. "You're going to help him?" Lianna asked. "Of course, I'll take care of him." Nurse Joy said. "Okay..." Lianna said sadly. "Vee." Eevee smiled. "Don't worry about him." Nurse Joy said.

"Okay." Lianna said. "Eevee vee." Eevee said, looking worried for Lianna and Tyrogue. "You're going to hold onto Tyrogue?" Lianna asked Nurse Joy. "Yes. He will be fine, please go. A mermaid is always concerned about a Pokémon's health." Nurse Joy said. "Eevee. Eevee." Eevee said, trying to get Lianna to be positive. "Okay. I'm going to leave you here for a while, Tyrogue. I'll come back for you, I promise." Lianna said. Tyrogue felt happy. "I'll be sure to call you up." Lianna said. "Tyrogue." He said. Lianna smiled. "Tyrogue." He said once more. Lianna softly hugged him, but he tried to break away. Lianna let go of him. He felt fine then. Lianna smiled. "Vee Vee." Eevee said.

Lianna then set out Ponyta. Ponyta came out of her ball. "Hello there." She said to her. "Ta. Ponyta." She said. "I got two new pals, Tyrogue and Togepi!" Lianna said happily. "Ponyta." She said. Lianna shows Ponyta her pals Togepi. Ponyta saw Togepi. "Toge." Togepi said, trying to touch Ponyta. Lianna picked up Togepi and brought her close to Ponyta. Togepi rubbed the muzzle of Ponyta. Ponyta felt happy. "Aww..." Lianna said. The two Pokémon got along just fine. "So sweet!" Lianna said happily. "Toge." Togepi said, moving around in Lianna's arms. Lianna set Togepi down. Togepi sat down. Lianna inspected the other eggs. The other eggs looked healthy.

"I need to have more patience..." Lianna said, going over to Nurse Joy. "Here is Tyrogue's Pokéball." She said, handing her the Pokéball. She took the ball. "Thank you. I will take care of him." She said. Lianna went over to the computer to get Oddish. Her ball arrived over to Lianna. Lianna sent out Oddish and snaps a photo before calling Professor Oak. "Hello?" Oak asked out loud. "Hey Professor! How long will it take before Oddish evolves?" Lianna asked Oak. "It shouldn't take too long. Anytime now I would think." Oak said. "Okay! Thank you Professor!" Lianna said. "No problem, now is there anything else I can help you with?" Oak asked. "I have recently gained access to a bunch of eggs and now I have a baby Tyrogue and Togepi!" Lianna explained. "Oh that's nice, Filia told me about them as she entered the contest." Oak explained. "Thank you. Also, how is Rattata doing?" She asked him. "I'm not sure. Your Rattata is in Blue's care, not mine. And he is at the gym." He said. "Oh. Okay. Thanks anyway!" Lianna said. "My pleasure." Oak said. "See you later Oak!" Lianna explained. "Goodbye." Oak said, hanging up.

Lianna returned Togepi and Ponyta. "Ready to train, Oddish?" She asked her. "Oddish." She said in agreement. "Okay! See you later, Tyrogue!" Lianna said. Tyrogue waved farewell to Lianna at the moment. Lianna waved back before heading out with Oddish.
