"You're really okay after what she did to you, Jeanette?" Simon asked, his eyes glistening as he spoke.

Jeanette sighed. "She's Brittany. She's done a lot of things to me. And I mean A LOT. And I guess I've just learned to bite my lip, and accept the fact that she won't change. She'll never change. She'll always be the same bossy, self-centred, selfish person she is. And there's nothing I can do, except go with it."
