We landed at the edge and I ran to Astrid's hut, Merida, Heather, Snoutlout and my dad followed. The twins and Snoutlout sent a terror to Berk for Gothi. I gently set Astrid in her bed and moved hair out of her face.

"We need to stop the blood!" Heather and Merida said.

"Hiccup, you trained with Gothi, so you do it." My dad said handing me a medical kit. 

I nodded and lifted her shirt until it was under her bindings. I looked at Heather.

"Hold her hand." I said.

She nodded. I soaked a rag with hot dragon water and held it on her side. She winced and screamed in pain. She started thrashing around, trying to fte us off of her.

"Astrid! No! Stop!" The girls and my dad cried worriedly​.

Fishlegs came in.

"Clam her down! She'll hurt herself​!" He said.

"How?!?" Everyone asked.

I quickly kissed Astird. She stopped thrashing and went still. I pulled away and saw Heather smiling and Merida smirking. My dad wasn't to happy.

"Merida, hold her down. Heather, hold her hand." I instructed.

They nodded. I placed the rag on her side and she started to fight Merida.

"Hey, hey, it's ok Ash. It's ok... I'm right here. Clam down." I whispered into her ear.

She stopped but she cried silently. I wrapped her side but I left her shirt in place. Merida got off of her and sat in a chair next to Heather.

"So-" my dad started.

"Dad, you and Fishlegs go wait on Gothi." I said.

"Sure Hiccup. Come on Chief." Fishlegs said.

My dad arched a brow but followed. After awhile, Heather went to go check on Stormfly and Windshear. I looked at Toothless who was sleeping next to Astrid's bed.

"Toothless is really fond of Astrid, isn't he?" Merida asked.

"Yeah. Yeah, he is." I awnser​ed. 

"And, you are to ay?" She asked.

I blushed.

"Sorry..."

"It's ok! We don't want to to get married anyway... But we have to. So, let's do this, we can have our own love interest until we get married, then we are loyal. Deal?" She asked offering her hand.

"Deal. Thanks Merida." I said shaking it.

She giggled. And I kissed her cheek in a friendly way.

She left to go hang with the gang, but I stayed by Astrids side.
