Noah and Mary quickly left the party. They knew that if they would stay there for some more time then they would be busted. Noah can't control himself yet.

"We have to be more careful this time. We can't attack someone known or someone like Mr Smith. And we have to try not to kill them or they won't become like us, " Mary said while walking through the woods.

They were in search of a house far away from everyone, a place possibly where the residents are asleep, so that they can accomplish their job very easily.

"But why do we have to do this? Why attack people. We can also use animals, " Noah said.

"I think you are forgetting our main moto. After whatever happened with our people, we can't spare humans" Mary said.

"If I knew who converted me, I will never forgive him. I'll kill him!" Noah said determinedly.

"It's not as if he converted you on purpose. It's our helplessness. We have to drink blood or we will die. I am sure the person who converted you must be helpless, " Mary defended.

"But you were there when I was converted right? Then why don't you tell me who it was?"

"How many times do I have to tell you? I didn't see his face! when I came near, while he was feeding on you, he fled as soon as he spotted me."

Noah didn't reply.

"That's it! It's a perfect house!" Mary exclaimed. They were standing in front of a two-story house with a maintained lawn. They entered the property.

First, they took a proper look at the whole house to make sure they do not have any dogs. Then, they knocked on the door.

No one replied.

They repeated. This time loudly. They heard footsteps so they hid behind the bushes near the door.

A woman answered. She was in her nightgown and was holding a bat. She was definitely sacred.

She came a little out to check while Noah and Mary slipped behind her inside the house. They could have easily gone inside without waking her up but they liked to scare people before quenching their thirst.

They hid in the kitchen and she came back inside switched off the lights and went up.

Noah went in the drawing-room and fell all the books kept in the bookshelf. Again the women rushed down. She was so scared this time that she was shaking.

They grabbed thier opportunity and attacked her.

Noah pierced his fangs inside her neck and she screamed.

Then they heard hurried footsteps coming from upstairs.

Two children crept down stairs, a girl who looked to be about 14 and a boy who looked a little younger, maybe 11.

Mary attacked the girl and drank her blood while Noah attacked the boy.

After feeding, they got up and saw that they were all unconscious, soon to be vampires, one of their kind.
