Jeremy's POV
I was almost asleep, laying in bed, curled up to the blankets, with my eyes closed. But the past thoughts flooded to my mind as I lay there. "Boo!" Suddenly a purple man popped up and I jumped back, realizing that it was Vincent I shook my head slightly. "W-what are you doing here..?!" I whispered "visiting~" he said simply, in  a teasing tone of voice. I frowned slightly "h-how did you know w-where I lived..?" "I walked with you, remember?" I blushed at my mistake i don't like him kid. I-I know but.. He hasn't hurt me.. Yet. "O-oh yeah.. S-sorry I forgot" "it's fine" he paused "don't know how you could forget a face like this though~" yeah, your purple. I shook my head "I-it is one of a kind..." There was a long moment of silence between us. Vincent sat himself down in a more comfortable position beside the bed. He put his hand against his cheek "what's up with your parents..?" The sudden question startled me. "M-my parents.....?" "Yeah, your parents." His voice got sharp and a little more deep, rough, and raspy. It reminded me of my dad, so I turned away. "N-nothing, their amazing parents.. They treat me better than anyone else I know..." And that was the truth. I hadn't lied, he obviously thought other wise. "Well I'm sure there are other people who care for you" I shook my head "uncles?" Again, I shook my head. "Aunts?" I gave him the same response. "Cousins, grandparents, siblings?" I shook my head. "There is no one else.." "Friends?" He paused sadness and guilt? clear in his voice. "Do you have any?" At this point I no longer answered him "go." I said hearing the anger in my own voice. "I-I need my rest.." He slowly nodded and with that, he left, no goodbye, no nothing, he was gone.
