(Aqours falsely reassures them, saying they had a great time and all...)

Hanayo: Huh, it sounds familiar...
Nico: Wait, I know what it means...

(Which meant that there were 7,236 final entrants in the previous Love Live - MORE THAN TEN TIMES THE ONE BEFORE THE FIRST ONE)

Everyone: EHHHHHHH!!!!??
Nico: I am right.
Hanayo: Man, that is such a huge number! I have been kinda updated with Love Live but I forgot how many it has beenn somehow.
Honoka: EH!? WHY? EXPLAIN!
Kotori: Oh my...

(Explains further that this was due to LL skyrocketing to popularity thanks to Muse and A-Rise. In other words, LOVE LIVE NOWADAYS IS WAY MORE COMPETITIVE AND HARD TO GET INTO.)

Eri: Damn.
Nico: Yep.
Umi: Totally makes sense...
Hanayo: You sayin' it is our fault?!!
Honoka: ....it's our fault....I feel so guilty...
Kotori: Hmmm....why does Dia know too much about LL?

(Dia says "You weren't supported. And we couldn't sing.")

Nico: DID SHE JUST CONFESS?! I KNEW IT!!!

(Dia finally tells the truth. Once upon a time, two years ago, there were already rumors that Uranohoshi will shut down - while showing flashbacks of a younger Mari, Kanan, and Dia.)

Hanayo: Two years ago? As in just after Maki, Rin and I graduated?!
Nozomi: What?
Nico: THIS IS IT GUYS! DIA IS GONNA REVEAL HER BACKSTORY! I AM SO RIGHT!
Umi: Whoa, what are we gonna learn?!!
Honoka: What! She has been hiding something?!!!

(The reveal that Kanan and Dia were dorks who told Mari about the entire idea that being a school idol will be the way to save their school.)

Nico: I was right all along!
Maki: Wow!
Eri: OMG!!!
Umi: EHHH??! So...Kanan and Dia were the ones who had the idea!?
Nico: That is right guys! I had my speculations why Dia and Kanan seem so insecure about idols. They were actually our fans!
Rin: This is mindblowing!
Honoka: Cool! So they wanted to save their school too! I am happy we became Muse then!

(Mari actually didn't want to join at first. Kanan forces her into joining via hugging her until she says yes.)

(Scene suddenly cuts back to Kanan and Mari facing each other at the beach, acting very hostile with each other...)

Eri: SO THIS IS WHAT IT MEANS?!!!
Rin: So ironic! So Mari is the one who likes idols while Kanan is otherwise?!
Umi: EXPLAIN MORE!! I AM SO CONFUSED!
Honoka: Wow....wait!! What!? They are having a fight?!!
Maki: What is this? Best friends turned enemies?!

(Back in the flashback, Dia tells them how they got an invitation from Tokyo....)

Nico: I WAS RIGHT ALL ALONG!! I called it!!
Honoka: Wait...don't tell me...
Nozomi: They failed didn't they?
Eri: I get it now.

(And then that is when they couldn't sing...overwhelmed by the greatness of the other idol groups. Aqours realises why Dia has been antagonising them all this time.)

Kotori: Wow!
Hanayo: I feel even more hurt!
Honoka: I feel so hurt. Their experiences were so...bad. They should have told them this long ago!
Nozomi: People usually do not want to tell their bad experiences. I understand them.
Eri: GUYS I AM SO HEARTBROKEN AND HYPED! DIA REALLY IS A NICE GIRL AFTER ALL!
Umi: Damn it! They actually had a START DASH moment like us. Worse, they can't even sing!
Nico: Man, the third years, aka the ORIGINAL AQOURS or Muse Copycats, are amazing.
Maki: Why are they still fighting though? I understand how horrible their failure is but.....something is up...

(Back at the beach, Mari and Kanan go into full argument. Kanan declares winning Love Live and saving the school is impossible. Mari questions her if giving up is better. Kanan says yes.)

Honoka: Kanan, have some hope! Help Chika and all! Be school idols again! Believe me and them!
Eri: COME ON GIRLS, MAKE UP!! KANAN, PLEASE HELP THEM!
Nico: Damn it. Why do I feel all tingly inside...
Kotori: Please make up...
Umi: Oy! You two are still fretting over this?! Get over it!
Maki: Sigh, this feels familiar.

(Mari signals Kanan to cheer up and hug her...)

Honoka: Oh my god! She is really going for it!

(....KANAN REJECTS MARI'S HUG and walks away while saying "Before someone gets hurt.")

(Mari is shocked. Declares she won't give up until she gets back the precious times she, Kanan, and Dia shared - WHILE CRYING AND EXPRESSING IT VERY DEPRESSINGLY!!)

Maki: OMG. Mari is very broken. I did not expect this.
Eri: Gasp! This is...so....brutal...
Honoka: ....(starts tearing up)...
Umi: I am....so obliterated...
Hanayo: I am sorry...I....(starts crying)....
Nico: I...I never thought she could make a face like that...

(Chika loses her cool, continues to act like nothing really bad happened...)

Maki: God, I don't know why I can relate to this....Chika denying it all and stuff.....

Nico: Hmph! She deserved it. Remember, she was actually happy to hear her school is closing so she can be like us and try to save it. She finally realises the reality right at her face!

(Everyone is depressed. Chika remains in denial...she refused to answer You when she asked her if they will give up, and her window was totally shut when Riko tried to check om her...)

Maki: Goddammit....I am tearing up...my heart can't take this...
Nico: I...am honestly shocked....
Honoka: I can't help it, guys. I am crying even though I don't want to...

(Chika fails to sleep. Reaches out for the Muse poster but remembers all the crap she had just seen.)

Kotori: I feel so bad that we did not totally consider the consequences of being Muse...

Honoka: This is painful....why can't she reach us and shine like us?!!!

(Chika is still fine?! Riko sees her dive into the beach. She is fine though, but she dived to find something similar to how it helped Riko find inspiration for her song. She found nothing...)

(Riko hugs her, finally relieved she is letting it all out. Chika did not want everyone to see her like that cuz she dragged them into this. Riko tells her that they became school idols because they want to, not for her sake.)

Nico: Chika....stop thinking everything centers around you. You ain't Honoka.
Eri: Riko is such an Umi best friend! Amazing girl!! (tears up a bit)

(Everyone arrives and tries to comfort her with Riko taking the lead. Yoshiko comes wearing her gothic dress and an umbrella...)

Eri: So gay, so depressing, so relieving, so....AHHHH I AM DYING!!! (crying)
Umi: Yoshiko...(crying)....just die....you have gone too far....SHAMELESS CHUUNIBYOU!!! THE HELL YOU COMING THERE IN THAT GETUP! YOU ARE VERY SHAMELESS!!!

(Chika finally recovers from her ordeal, after letting out all her tears. Riko mentions she is interested to turn Zero into One...)

Maki: Hold on...is that an anime reference?!!
Hanayo: Oh my...sorry....
Honoka: Okey...I guess we have a happy ending after all....
